• HP Officejet 6500 more: printer will not e-mail program scan

  My Officejet 6500 more will not scan to my e-mail program, Outlook Express, taken care of by Yahoo. I have re downloaded the HP print and installed software. Tried again to scan for "e-mail address as PDF", but get the error message "the HP Application scan was unable to save the file at the specified location"

  I use the upgrade of Win10 of Win7. The printer is connected to my cpmputer via a USB cable.

  Any suggestion would be appreciated.

  Thank you for your reply, I tried your suggestion, but it did not work and the reason was a driver error. I have re-installed the driver software of HP and so far that seems to have solved the problem! I guess time will tell.   With the help of a Sony Vaio with Windows 7 Home Premium 64 - Bit.

• Printing problems with the Paint program

  Used the Paint program for years, no problem.  Suddenly, every time I print get a very tiny copy as if it has been reduced by about 75%.  If I try to enlarge before printing, etc., it gives me anywhere between 10 and 20 white sheets before give me a very tiny copy.  I used different printers with the same result.  I love this Paint program and would like to get back to where he was.

• How can I print Quicken 2009 Deluxe printer HP Photosmart 4400 series program?

  HP Pavilion p6777c computer running windows 7 Home Premium.  Just connected Hp Photosmart printer c4480 all in one.  Cannot print from Quicken register or reports, but will be printed using suggestions from Quicken and all other print jobs.  I ran the diognostic tools and they say drivers and all are updated.

  I would try to print from an alternative driver such as the 990 c as a workaround for the printer. Here a link to an another messages that shows the way to make this work around for every windows OS it y a. look for the one that has been set up for Windows 7 and follow these directions to get the driver alternative and then try to print from Quicken with this driver. I hope this helps.

  Thanks for getting back to me on this subject.

  The HPStatusBl.dll is alerts ink Monitor on the computer. The uninstall process could not delete the shortcut for it.
