printer says to replace the ink cartridge, even though it is new

Hello!

Could really use some help with my printer. I recently bought new ink cartridges and I replaced the "old", but then my printer started to show on the compensation carriage jam error messages, even though it was clear and since then, he has constantly shown this error message on ink. He wants me to replace an empty ink cartridge to continue printing, it won't work otherwise.

Ink, that I placed in the printer is totally new and authentic, but there is no answer, he displays the same message to two ink cartridges, which makes me realize that it of not really discern who is new or empty.

If I remove them both, it tells me that there is an empty ink or damaged.

I tried the reset of the printer, stop it down and turn, but the same message is displayed immediately. The light next to the screen flashes all the time.

When I replaced the old cartridges I did not process the printer, I replaced them all first and then let him treat. Maybe it was wrong to do so?

It seems to be a problem with either the hardware of the printer or the replacement cartridge. If it is the cartridge, it should be covered by warranty (if it's authentic HP) given that you bought at just. Now, I think that your best shot would be to contact HP Technical Support to see all the other possibilities for you.

The only other option would be to try an another new cartridge replacement for rule in or out the cartridge at fault.

    I found a work around.  On the pc win 8.1, it seems that the print request must see a reset of the HP envy 5530 to print mode single cartridge.  I just start the pc and then reset the printer by lifting the hatch for the print heads.  That's all.  Once this is done, the 'attention required' message goes to the loan and it is able to print.  It will open a window, which suggests you add the color cartridge, but it will disappear when printing.  Simply open the door once and you can print until you turn off the pc.

    I read your post about the ink carriage being stuck in your Officejet 3830, and I wanted to respond to troubleshoot.     I don't think that should have used a lot of ink.

    Although it shows that 60%, I think you should be able to print as well.

    If the cartridges are rebuilt you will not get a read out on the ink levels. You will need to use a new OEM cartridge with a new chip for the ink levels. Click on the links below for more information.

    During the warm-up routine, it will check all THE components, including the inks. It may stop here that something is missing or not right. My Photosmart 7510 can read and copy (white) with cartridges empty ink, but in general and to protect the life of the printer, I couldn't do that, only for the test.     With the help of a printer C410e/HP Photosmart Premium e-ALL-IN-ONE, I went through the original ink cartridges without any problem.  I have received warnings that the ink was low and bought the HP 564XL cartridges and installed according to the instructions.  Now, the output seems only to print the color inks, but not black.  After trying help indicating to try pulling the plug for 30 seconds and then plug, I got about 2 pages of output stained and white pages and then again.  Any suggestions on how to fix this?

    I solved this by buying another cartridge of black ink.   Guess I got ripped off on my previous purchase.  The two were the same shop HP ink cartridges.

    Contact the manufacturer of your printer.  It is a hardware problem that neither Microsoft nor Windows caused or can solve.

    I just run out of the "no Flash" color ink cartridge (ink cartridge black 'no snapshot' is about half full)-both "no snapshots" cartridges supplied with the printer.

    So - I replaced the color ink cartridge is 'no snapshot' with the color cartridge instant I received a few weeks ago, when I signed up for the instant the ink plan, my question is: should I also replace the ink cartridge 'snapshot not' black now with the black cartridge of instant or wait until it is empty?  Is it true that I should replace the black cartridge and color at the same time whenever one runs out of ink?
