  Hi, thanks for your time! I have problems printing from FireFox. I use PayPal for print shipping label (I sell on Ebay) and he's a few weeks that I have to use IE to print from the Internet.   From the desktop, hold down the Windows key and press R.  In the run window, type services.msc and press to enter.  Scroll down to the print spooler service, right click and select Properties, then click the Stop button.  Now search for C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS, then delete the work inside this folder - you may need to click a command prompt to get the authority to open the PRINTERS folder.

  Restart the computer and you should find that the documents have been deleted.

Vista can see xp connected on the entire map, but can not do anything with the icon (it shows the IP etc. When hovered over with the mouse). tried fix & checked all the rest including the settings found on the masses of internet sites. don't think that this problem is so widespread and not final fix?. someone must know the answer. both computers have norton 360 v6. !. two computers use internet very well through the same network switch. two computers worked flawlessly again, no repairs, no reinstall, not zero other problems ever (always ran 360 and first market backup battery).

• Cannot print files have since Indesign and Illustrator

  I tried to find my answer on other posts here, but couldn't.

  Background: we have CS4 and place a variety of vector maps directly from HERE into our InDesign documents that they are related. We use the similar card formats in other files and have not had any problems in past years, or until this InDesign file. This particular ID file is 290 pages and 12 492 kb, which is not much different then our other documents) they are long text documents, our 8 cards are the only graphics.

  It's only the cards in this file will not print from InDesign, Illustrator or Adobe Acrobat (9 Pro). our copier or our regular printer. Everything prints then when our map section rises, the printer stops. (All cards fine print for our other InDesign documents that were created using the same templates) We have had no problems printing to date.

  We tried without success:

  Export to PDF (cards still wont ' print from the PDF file)

  Export the Indesign document as in the Exchange and re-registration.

  Re-create the Illustrator file

  Copy and paste the file in a new document Illustrator.

  Are there preferences of the user or memory problems that could be the cause? Another way to check the file do to possible corruption?

  We do not get the message error from illustrator or InDesign guests.  The programs aren't break not just the printer does not print the cards. I wonder if split this 290 page Indesign file can help, but the strange thing is that our other files like this all very well.

  That tells me a lot and narrow your problem down to be in the illustrator file. When you recreated it, did you copy and paste elements from the original?

  Your file could not be printing because:

  • You have a corrupt font, you use
  • A very large amount of vector point and you are overflowing limitcheck
  • Some points are confusing interpreting postscript (for example: 10 points of vector not connected directly on top of the other)

  Try to select > object > stray points and remove them, if they are not needed.

  Otherewise, I recommend the ILLUSTRATOR CHOP SHOP TECHNIQUE

  1. In illustrator, save a copy of the file
  2. Select items in half
  3. Remove them and try to print
  4. Keep doing this until the document print
  5. Once it prints undo your last deletion and try to find the exact faulty component.
  6. If you deleted everything and the document does not print, your problem would have probably been set by selecting all and paste into a fresh illustrator document.

  The chop shop has set several files for me over the years, hope it solves your problem unprintable.

  and I see FontAwesome used in several places.

  I can only conclude that Courier New is the applied font.

  You can shrink before sending it to the printer (also enlarge).

  Just use the Print > print preview

  Under retractable small drop to the bottom of the window, simply select the correct % for you.

• Why can't I open an email in zoho? Occurred on 2 different computer, different from firefox 2 different OS & version 2. And it's not zoho.

  I could connect to zmail of zoho and retrieve my mail but I could try to open 20 times, but I have nothing, not even an error message. I went into my settings on zoho and couldn't find anything that would cause it. So I connected my cell and no problem opening. So I tried to find an answer on your site of troubleshooting, but the only thing I found was reset and I tried, but same problem, I see nothing else wrong with it, but I do not always use all the capabilities of firefox.
  The 1st time was on my desktop with Win7 and firefox v.20. I removed it and put v.15 in (Icouldn t find anywhere a v.17) 2nd time was on my laptop with Vista and firefox v.15. (I've installed this version once I changed the desktop computer. I'm a big supporter of mozilla and Firefox. I hate IE - any version. It would kill me to go to this extent, but that's enough to seriously consider finding something else. I'm at halfway to crazy in a good day so its not that far from go if I am driven crazy.
  I also find firefox wont close completely unless I go into the Task Manager and ending the process, on both systems.

• LaserJet CP1025: Printing pink spots on the first page of all documents Word and PDF but not Excel etc.

  This printer has had very little use again, last September. This problem started about 2 weeks ago. It affects Word, PDF files and print from Chrome.

  Excel, Publisher and Notepad all print correctly. It affects only the first page of the documentation. Printing multiple one after another - first page only of each doc is assigned along the right edge together about 1 inch wide.

  My office programs are on my school's network. No other users have the same problem and impression on my inkjet at home is fine. My solution is to add a blank page at the beginning of Word documents.

  It seems that it is only this printer is affected, but I do not understand why some programs are affectd but not others.

  Ideas would be welcome.

  I see that you are having problems printing applications, the first page has pink spots on the right side of the page. I want to help you.

  It's certainly an issue that you are experiencing. Since it is not done this with all applications. So I don't think it is a hardware problem, but related software.

  Make sure that you are logged on as an administrator and try to print again.

  Download and run the Print and Scan doctor. It will diagnose the problem and could solve it automatically. http://www.hp.com/go/tools > using HP diagnostic tools for printers under Windows HP.

  What were the results when you ran the Print and Scan Doctor? (she print or scan, error messages)

  If you're still having problems, I uninstall and reinstall the latest version of the printer software, just to rule out a software conflict or the printer driver is damaged. Full Feature software and driver.

I have an existing designed outside of DW which was beautiful in IE6, IE7, FF, Opera, and Netscape, but at the time I saved as a model and then created a new page and look at the new page in IE6 css is disabled... Not so off that CSS is not used but simply not good, but if I look in any other browser that's good... Is DW 'fix' my code for me? I looked in the settings and all Code rewriting options are deselected or is it a bug and I can around her...
