  I was feeling of success with my Windows XP computer for years on my HP 7360 inkjet. All updates and patches are up to date. Last successful impression was about 14:34 on June 22. The current number is any attempt to print from any application provides an error that there is no printer. There is no indication on the list of printers. Microsoft Fix It says spooler is not running and the fact (even if the Service Manager said it was running). Even after rebooting, I am unable to print or add a printer through the wizard, or via a separate program from the HP Installer.   Often, but not always, the symptoms you describe are caused by a corrupt print job stuck in the queue or a damaged printer driver.  However before you clean things up, on general principles, that you can download, install, update and run full scans with each of these two free programs:

  AntiMailware MalwareBytes
  SUPERAntiSpyware

  Do not operate the two scans simultaneously.  Each will take a long time, so start it and then go do something else for a while.

  Cleaning of printers

  • Open a command prompt window (start > run > cmd > OK)
  • Type the following in the black command prompt window, and then press ENTER after each line

• Print with HP LaserJet 3030 from Windows XP to a Windows & Pro

  We have a HP LaserJet 3030, we put on a Pro in Windows 7 64 bit computer.  We are able to access this computer from all Windows 7 machines on our network.  We are trying to gain access to this our Windows XP Pro (32 bit), which is on our network.  Although Windows XP can find the hp 3030, it me does not install the drivers, so that I can use this printer to the XP machine.  Any help will be appreciated.

  Method 1: register the OLE control
  To do:

  Method 4: remove all temporary files related to Internet

  1. start Internet Explorer.
  2. in the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
  3. click on the general tab.
  4. under browsing history, click deleteand when you are prompted, click Yes to confirm.
  5. in the dialog box delete browsing history , under Temporary Internet files, click delete filesand when you are prompted, click Yes to confirm.
  6. under Cookies, click delete Cookies, and when you are prompted, click Yes to confirm.
  7. under history, click delete history, and when you are prompted, click Yes to confirm.
  8. click on closeand then click OK to close the Internet Options dialog box.

  If all goes well, you should be able to print now.

  Search for antivirus and other program interventions in WinMail.  See www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3

  Also try to compact and repair the database and see if that fixes things (see www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/).

  For the print issue, you can print from IE?  WinMail uses the IE print engine, in order to check that.

  IE9 is not compatible with Vista Windows Mail. Maybe that's what you see.
