Printing on CD or on a label

I have a HP Officejet 6700 prem I print label CD on this subject and how.  Or what I can print on CD

Hello

No, this printer doesn't have a setting that allows you to print on printable CD / DVD. No attachment on the list of evaluators:

http://WWW8.HP.com/au/en/products/printers/product-detail.html?OID=4323624#! tab = OAS

In fact if it were possible, this accessory must BE within the area.

Kind regards.

I go through all the steps to print a shipping label when I'm on the Web site of the post Office for a click ' n ship, but the site will not communicate with my printer (when I'm in firefox 4). So I switched to Firefox 3 and have no problem.
This has happened before in the beta version and was happy to go back to Firefox 4 when the full version is out, so I had to switch to Firefox 3, I have but the problem came again and after all the steps have been performed to complete the shipping label and I hit the button for label printing, my connection to printer window never popped up so that I could click to order my printer to print the label. I'm a user click ' n ship on www.usps.com

After waiting to still talk to a jolt to USPS click and ship assistance, he told me that it is a question of Adobe. I didn't ask why it is just started happening, but I too just recently updated to 4 Foxfire, there must be something to do with it.

Open your Adobe reader... programs... mine is called Adobe Reader X

Go in 'Edition' at the top left, click on "Properties..."

Uncheck the 'Display PDF in browser',

Then restart your computer before it takes effect. I am so grateful that it worked!

  • Print too large for designated sheet labels

I am currently pring 5436 Avery labels, with a sheet of 4 by 6.  When I go to the new page of document, the document looks like a document of 4 by six with the appropriate police.  When I print, however very large print labels and take a full page 8.5 by 11.  How can I fix it?

Assuming that you are using Microsoft Office, visit the office web site and download templates for number of label Avery that you have.  If you use another word processing program, see its documentation on how to set the paper size or use label templates.

  • Trouble aligning vertically to print them on paper for CD labels! (Adobe HAVE CS4 & OSX)

    Hi all

I use a D1660 and problems aligning the printing on paper for CD labels vertically. Essays on ordinary copier paper and implementation of work for my paper for labels, printing is perfectly fixed - switch on the label paper CD printing for real and move the image vertically to + 13 mm.

It's ok, I'll pass the work vertically-13 mm to fit again - but when printed image and more travel that I changed the work! (- 26 mm)

I can only think that the printer detects the paper for labels and changes where printing starts from a little heavier. I have searched online but can not find thing in material aid.

I print from Adobe Illustrator CS4 on OSX10.6, and I look at the settings of Page layout and printing of dialogues. I am also an experienced graphic designer, but can't understand it... Please help!

Randy, here's my follow-up. After losing a lot of paper, the other day I thought about it:

In the Apple print dialog box there is an option for "Placement" in the box "Options." This is something that I have never had to worry with previous printers, but apparently affects where the D1660 puts the image on paper.

Setting the X & Y values to zero and by selecting Do not scale and it printed perfectly. One of these things we must learn I guess!

  • Print a PDF file on a label printer

Hello to save time trying to find a way to get a resized pdf so that it will print on my printer to label.
I tried to do it via the print settings, but have not progressed.

My thought/goal is that I type the address in the beginning of my form and this part of the form is filled in on another page for printing to the printer of labels. -No problem this creation.

The main issue is the page for resizing to reduce the size of the labels to the printer, or scaling of the page to fit the size of the labels in the label printer.

Has anyone had experience with this?
    Thank you for your time!

    Hi Bill

Thanks for writing - my mistake was that I had chosen (choose paper in pdf size) which seems to have solved my problem. Who was that my printer always said that the size of the paper was incorrect for the printer.

  • I can't print ebay shipping labels after Firefox update

After the last update Firefox to 22.0, I can no longer print on ebay or PayPal shipping labels. For ebay, I can print the invoice and PayPal, I can print paper of the total load. However, no pop-up window see when I go to print actual shipping labels.

I did not change any settings after upgrading Firefox. In addition, I can print the labels on ebay and PayPal if I use internet explore (I prefer not to use).

I've been printing of shipping labels on both sites for years on the same computer with the same OS (Vista). So the problem MUST be the update of Firefox.

Anyone else encounter this problem and what would be the solution.

Thank you very much. What you suggested, he has worked with all disabled. It seems to be an extension for Dragon Naturally Speaking. It seems like updating Firefox. All is well now. I really appreciate your help!

  • OfficeJet 4635: printing avery 8160 labels - correct alignment

Can anyone suggest where/how do I get help with printing labels Avery8160 on my Officejet 4635.  I tried to use Avery templates and other options on the site of Avery, Avery downloaded on Word 2010, using HP Photo Creations with labels Avery, tried to use models of success in the past on this printer, which I have not yet used for the labels.

Everything seems perfect for the labels on the computer with all the editing screen and centered, but when we print the text is not aligned in the location of the label and not all three columns are centered.  I'm lucky if three or six labels on thirty are usable.  It's @# $% & frustrating.  I too lose paper, labels and ink, not to mention my time!  I also tried to use brochure mast as suggested in a post.  That did not help either...

My last 3 in 1 HP printer does very well with the labels - they were child's play.

    Hi Trinkie.

We retested printing of labels Avery 8160 with HP Photo Creations and two different printers Officejet and could not reproduce the problem of misalignment. (We used the default device and HP Photo Creations print settings panel.)

To be clear, the options of scaling I mentioned above would be in the control panel of the printer itself, you can reach by clicking on the blue printer settings link on the HP Photo Creations print screen. (This link is between the printer and the paper size in my screenshot of menus.) I think that you have checked that. However, if you have not installed the long drivers for your printer, you will see fewer options. It's a possibility.

It is a long shot, but engineers thought that it would be possible that you are using J8160 stock. It is a format of A4 paper and would produce out misaligned.

    Hope this helps,

  • How to print envelopes and labels on an Office Jet Pro 8600 more all-in-one

Envelopes and labels can be printed using the paper on top of the Office Jet Pro 8600 more printer all-in-one?

If printing envelopes the lower tray, should I remove the paper from the tray and adjust the margns?

    cor21911,

You are not able to print labels or envelopes of the ADF, for copying or scanning only. Also, it is not necessary to remove the regular printer paper to print on these types of media, even if it can make it a little easier. All you have to do is go to word or any other type of program allows you to print and select the appropriate model label or envelope and follow the instructions.

Let me know if you need additional assistance.

  • Label PSC1410V - ups HP is only printing on 1/4 of the page and can not understand why

I tried to print a ups label to return an element from zappos, I do quite often and never have a problem.  However, today when I tried to print, the label came out only 1/4 the size it is usually.  I've tried everything I can think of and I am just frustrated terrily.  Help, please.

    Hello Msjan,

Welcome to the Forums of HP Support!

I see you are trying to print a UPS shipping label, but it will only print 1/4 across the PSC 1410. What is the operating system you are printing from Windows or Mac?

You print the shipping outside the Web label? If Yes, what web browser are you using, Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc. It would be a good idea to try to use another browser on the computer.

Are you able to save ups label your computer as one. PDF, printing, it can work in this way as a work-around.

    See you soon,.

  • Unable to print labels & Description in Photoshop CS5

It seems that I am trying to print a photo with Description and labels under review in the output section don't won't happen.

Any thoughts on why this function does not work in my recent update to CS5 (version 12.0 x 64)?

    Thank you

Sorry, there is a bug in printing of labels for PostScript printers.

If you print in PDF format, which uses a different print path and avoids the bug. The labels are printed in the form of images in this case.

The problem is with the width of the label, so if you shorten the name of your file less than ten characters, it will work, but maybe it's not convenient.

Cutting the labels is the safe workaround.
