Pro more than 8600 copies and put the output in reverse order

8600 pro more

When copying this outputs printer copies back to order before.  Is it the way it is supposed to work?

Hello columbia530

It is because the printer copies since the ADF Document (CAD) using first of all in the first page of the document. If the top of the page (usually the first page unless the document is already reversed) is copied everything first and thus ends up on the bottom once all pages are copied.

However, the series Officejet Pro 8600 has the ability to scan all the pages and then print from the last page. The option is called 'Collate' and you should find it in the copy settings. Just turn it on and start the copy.

  • HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus: HP Officejet Pro more than 8600 mysteriously went offline today

Hi all.  Hoping that someone out there has experienced and solved the problem, I will describe.  We have a desktop computer with Windows XP Dell, a Dell laptop with Windows 8 and several iPhone 4.  We also have a quantum Verizon FIOS router, which we installed a week ago.  (We were able to print to the printer HP of all of our devices, once the new router has been installed).  Until today, all of our devices connected to the router and our range of HP printers.  Today, we cannot print anything for the HP printer.  We uninstalled and reinstalled the printer software.  We have followed all the steps HP print and Scan doctor.  We have unplugged the printer and the router and plugged them both back.  We rebooted all electronic devices.  We ran the network Test on the printer wireless and did get the message 'no problem found.  Congratulations on the success of your wireless printer setup. "All the results of the test came as a 'PASS '.  Still no luck.  The printer is 'offline' and none of our electronic devices even recognize it.  Any help would be welcome!

    Hello

have you tried reinsalling the HP software?

Full software features include IRIS OCR for Windows 10 too.

Right click on the start icon and select programs and features.

search for HP and remove the device HP Officejet Pro 8600 base and IRIS OCR software (if installed).

BOF, the control panel select devices and printers, remove any printer of 8600 left by right clicking and selecting remove device.

Then, reinstall the latest version of the software below:

  • OfficeJet Pro 8620: Scanning in color and put the scanned on my computer, is it possible?

I want to be able to scan to my computer and in color. There is however no setting I can find on the printer, and HP apps on my computer Mac, there is also no way to set all scan settings, such as color scan instead of grayscale. The web interface of the printer does not provide such a definition either. There are settings to specify where scanned files is put in the analysis to the computer, but how digitization is made, what resolution and color / gray scale is not defined anywhere.

This should be a trivial thing to do, but I didn't spend hours trying to find such a context and have now given upp!

All I want to do is be able to scan a document in color and put it in a folder on my computer in PDF searchabe. All this criteria seems to be impossible to do. There are no parameters anywhere for all this really bugs me. This makes this more or less impossible to use printer/scanner.

    Regards, Tommy

    Hi @tombensve,

I have provided a few steps by @ Sunshyn2005, which should help to edit your scan tasks.

    Can not scan in color.

If there is anything else I can help you, let me know.

Please select "Acceptable Solution", if these measures have helped to solve this problem. Thank you.

  • HP Officejet Pro more than 8600

When I scan from my HP (just installed) in Word, the words "scan Addin Trial" appear on my analysis in black letters "BOLD" that I can't remove.  Can someone help me with this aggravating problem?

    Hey,.

It is good to see that you were able to find a workaround. I looked into this for you more and I wanted to just give you what I found.

When you bought your printer and installed the software, you should have a 3rd party installed with it program call "I.R.I.S OCR". Look at yourself programs/features if that was installed. If not, you can rerun the software cd and choose Add more software, to see if it's a component on disk. There are some printers where the drive for this is really separate, so you may have had and doesn't know not what it was for.

What this software allows you to do, is to sweep as editable text. Allowing you to use the HPscan, and then save the document that you open in word.
Here is a link to 14 Readiris, just to give you an idea.

I'm sure there are also other programs that works the same way, just mention it will should have shipped with your printer. (free version) And it fixes the problem that you are experiencing (although it won't fix the scanning directly from word. That would be best handled by Microsoft).

I hope this was a little more informative for you. Thanks again for the display on the HP Forums.

  • Scan to e-mail - by default - officejet pro more than 8600

How can I remove the default email that is automatically inserted into the line send when I initiate a fax in Control Panel?  It is meaningless, it is filled automatically.  Otherwise, I have to go to AddressBook and uncheck and then check the right pair.  Thank you!

Who did the trick.  Thanks for your help!

Come to think of it, I like the idea to be copied on all outgoing emails.  BUT I don't want to get a copy of the attachment.  Would be nice to have a feature allowing the administrator to copy without getting the attachment.  But that becomes very picky.

The Officejet pro 8600 more is the best printer I've owned so far, especially considering the price.

Created a new account with another email third successfully, tried to change the email back to the former, but without success. for some reason any hpconnected I cannot use previous used e-mail addresses.

How can I keep my old e-mail used in eprintcenter also in hpconnected?

    Hi @GeorgiosT,

Thanks for joining the Forums of HP Support for a solution to your problem of account creation.

I understand that you have HP Officejet Pro 8600 more e-all-in-one printer and you have problems by creating an HP account connected with e-mail addresses previously used and recorded. I would like to help with that.

    I've seen this before.

Now that you have an HP account connected, you can replace the email you with the one that you have already used the eprint service, but you will need to contact HP Cloud Services for a ticket can be up to release the e-mail address of the HP connected and accounts of Snapfish.

It usually takes a few days that the request should be addressed, but once it's done, you would be able to replace ithat email with what you have created on behalf of HP connected.

HP Cloud Services also lets see if a previously used hpeprint.com e-mail address may be used.

What you can do, is to use the following link to create yourself a file number, then call and it can help to expedite the appeal process:

Step 1. Open the link: www.hp.com/contacthp/

Step 2. Enter the product number or select Auto detection

Step 3. Scroll up to "still need help? Fill out the form to select your contact options.

Step 4. Scroll down and click on: contact HP options - click Get phone number

  • duplex printing on jet office pro more than 8600

just bought officjet 8600 pro-ok all set up - I'm a mac user running the most recent version 10.9.3.

Don't always work out the default settings to double-sided printing (mainly from Mac office word, but all the really).

    Hi brownies55,

Thank you for visiting the Forums from the HP Support! I see that you are not able to set a default value predefined for double-sided printing when you use your HP Officejet Pro 8600 more with your Mac OS 10.9.

I would like that you start here: changing the parameters of printing from Mac OS X, once here that will guide you through to change the print settings and also show you how to save your new settings as a preset.

Make sure that you select the option for the OS X 10.7 and 10.8, they will be the same steps for the Mavericks 10.9 OS.

    I hope this helps!

  • ink replacement Office pro more than 8600

I have a 8600 OfficejetPro more.  I want to only print in B & W.  All cartridges were exhausted, but I replaced the black ink only.  It won't print either, even in any B & W.

Must all color cartridges be replaced, even if I do not want to use them?

for this model, Yes. The cartridges in this model, are just ink tanks, and missing ink will dry and probably damage the print head.

  • OfficeJet pro more than 8600: different shades of color on each line of text

I have 3 printers Officejet 8600 and I have the same problem, regardless of printing from a Windows 8, Windows 7 or a laptop. Whenever I try to print in a font (say green) colored grand (say 48) (say arial) the odd lines have a different shade of green to them even.  This applies to Word and Indesign.  I also did a whiteboard with 14 one lines, a red fill and the first 2-3 red lines were a different shade of red for the others!  I contacted HP technical services and they went through various troubleshooting switching off etc but nothing works. They want to send me a new printhead, but this may not be the same problem with all three printers.  Everyone knows this? Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
