Problem activating my 6 Lightroom on my MAC
I bought Lightroom and downloaded 6 on my PC Win last week or more. Unfortunately, even, before I get to use the LR, my PC crashed and making it very difficult to run anything on it. So I bought a new PC Mac over the weekend (11/07/15). As my license for Windows and Mac OS, I wanted to download the same software on my Mac. When asked for redemption code that I provided as it came on the map, but the system saying isn't valid. When I asked the representative of Apple when I bought the MAC, he advised that I can't make it work, call them. But when I called and after waiting 10-15 minutes, they told me, I need to try online. I'm still waiting for someone to chat with me but seems waiting forever. Can someone advice, please? Thank you in advance!

Lightroom 2016 rouet (Mac 10.11.6)
The latest version of Lightroom won't stop suspended after the launch. I had to reinstall earlier versions of it.

On Mac, the disable GPU generally does nothing like it you do usually not the dizzying variety of graphics cards and drivers obsolete. I just bought a version of lightroom upgrade 6 (mac, upgrade from lightroom 4) and began the process of installation, but when I entered the serial number of the previous version, I got the message "the serial number you entered is not valid. Please try again. If the problem persists, contact customer service. The number I entered is correct - I checked against the original package and on the products of my adobe account page, and I get the error message even if I try to enter the serial number of the version of lightroom 3 I had before. I am at a loss to understand what I can do: I paid for this product, but I can't install it. The only thing I can think is that the lightroom 4A was purchased from an old computer, but it has migrated successfully to my current imac, as surely, it should work.
Problem is resolved now - it's due to my misunderstanding of what was required, and enter the serial number of the previous version (as an upgrade) instead of the serial number of the version I had to buy). My apologies for my mistake and thank you for your time.

Problem syncing Mobile of Lightroom
Hi all
I am currently using Lightroom CC2015.4 (latest version as of the writing of this discussion) and Lightroom Mobile try to sync 8 pictures and will not finish the sync. It has been like this for quite a long time and isn't really a huge problem but it's getting boring to see the 'sync 8 photos' above to the left of my Lightroom on my Mac. Is there a way to know what these 8 pictures and that I can give up their synchronization or a I just stuck with these? Another thing that I sync with Lightroom mobile phone works very well and when they finish, I still have those same 8 photos synchronization. Can anyone help?

I do not know what causes this, but I solved it for me wiping clean slate going into Lightroom > Preferences, and then click the mobile tab of Lightroom, by clicking on delete all data. Lightroom then re - synchronizes all the collections that you have set up to sync.

Make sure you sort the display you are looking at instead of file name recording time. It is in the context menu with a small sign of a to z just below images. Make sure also that you have no active filters.

Adobe has made great efforts to make it extremely difficult to do. They are really pushing CC. I found a page that seemed like the right page but when I go to the checkout, I get to an order review page that shows the product, sometimes the correct price, but there is no way to go further! There is no button to Proceed, or Next, or Transaction full at all. I tried for the last 3 days, using Safari and Firefox without success.

HEY ADOBE - DON'T DO THIS SO DIFFICULT. EVERYONE IS NOT INTERESTED IN CC!
OK - I realized what is happening and it's my fault. In Safari, I use 2 extensions; Ghostery and AdBlock. I disabled the two extensions and the purchase went through without incident. In Firefox, I lived the same problem and in Firefox, I think that I only use Ghostery... not sure. In any case, it worked. Thank you all for your help. I wish still Adobe did not make it so difficult to buy products like LR6 and CS6. I can't be alone in not wanting to use CC.

Bottom Line: I HATE Firefox 4. It gives me all sorts of weird problems not to mention the frequent freezing MAC OS x 10.6.7. I want to go back to the last #3. It has been impeccable. And I tried to present this as your comments but when I hit the button submit, again, it would take. Grrrrrrrrr

I have a problem with Adobe Photoshop Lightroom CC. I installed Lightroom CC on my 10 x 64 windows and I don't have this product alone, I have other Adobe products as well but I always Lightroom 6.5.1 instead of Lightroom CC 2015.1 why? Can you help me get 2015.1 CC Lightroom?

Sir, I just uninstalled the program and installed it again and my version of lightroom just changed to 2015.5.1 but others still facing this problem and I personally think that this is not a good way to solve this problem, nobody don't want to redownload the entire program for this. These open discussions, you can if you want to help them and thank you so much for guiding me.

The only way you would be able to improve Lightroom 3 Lightroom 5 is if you can find a version upgrade to purchase from a third-party vendor. 5 Lightroom is no longer sold by Adobe. The path to upgrade for you would be to 6 Lightroom Lightroom 3. This upgrade is available for $79 in the United States.

If you search for items 14, go into products from Adobe, click on 'Buy' in front of the name of the product and use the drop down menus to specify Mac or Windows full version or upgrade.
