Problem connecting Bluetooth C720

Bluetooth discovery working again AT & T merger 2<> C720, but said then the password/PIN invalid Bluetooth C720. I find no way to access it or know what valid pin can be. Any response?

I had previously used the page to CONNECT to BLUETOOTH DEVICES trying to connect. Given that mobile phones are not in the list of devices currently supported b/t maybe I'm just out of luck.

  • Problem connecting Bluetooth with Windows Mobile Device Center

    Hello

I have and HTC Snap with WM 6.1 I want to connect to my Satellite P500 running Windows 7 to be able to move the files by using Windows Mobile Device Center.

I know that this device can talk to this laptop via bluetooth, because there are some utilities bluetooth Toshiba that I can use to get a connection.

However, even if the Toshiba utility recognizes my bluetooth device, but WMDC is not. WMDC recognises my device when it is connected with a USB cable.

I don't know about the drvupdate-amd64 download which I think is necessary with WMDC but when I run what it looks like all it does is try to install a device driver for a device that is 'unknown '. I get a message at the end that driver could not be installed.

I have run out of ideas on how to get these things to work. Someone at - it a similar experience?

Could this be a problem of COM port? My Bluetooth device to 40 com affected Toshiba stack I don't see a COM 40 in the WMDC, just a port identified as "Bluetooth" settings

  • The formidable problem of Connectivity Bluetooth in Windows Vista continues to baffle. Here's my story and the cry for help!

    System:

Dell XPS M1530 - Windows Vista HP SP1

    Device Manager:

    Bluetooth radios
    -Dell Truemobile 355 Bluetooth + EDR (driver 6.0.6001.18064, 21.06.2006)
-Microsoft Bluetooth enumerator (driver 6.0.6001.18064, 21.06.2006)

    Other devices
    -Device Bluetooth device
    -Device Bluetooth device
    -Device Bluetooth device
    -Device Bluetooth device
    -Device Bluetooth device

    Additional information:

There are NO NOKIA SOFTWARE currently INSTALLED.  I had the version more up-to-date of Nokia PC Suite installed earlier today, but I uninstalled it to rule out it as the cause of the problem.

    Objective:

To be able to connect my phone Nokia E50 in my XPS and synchronize etc...  It's a thing that I was able to do in the past (not sure how long ago), but now I'm having these problems.

    Problem:

When I turn on my Bluetooth connection it starts to search for drivers of devices at random (see above).  He is unable to find the drivers for them and Windows problem reports & Solutions (WPRS) says that there is a problem with my Nokia cell phone.  However, as above, I uninstalled Nokia PC Suite and Nokia ALL entries from the list of programs in the control panel.

I'm also be prompted by WPRS to consult the Broadcom website for driver updated also, but surprise surprise their Bluetooth software upgrades are not available now.

I spent almost 3 hours to try to rectify this problem until today and I have tried at least four different solutions of various Web site, including this one.  From what I've read, it's an extremely widespread problem that seems to have no infallible solution, which is a bit ridiculous because it is only a problem of Bluetooth connection!

    So my questions are:

    1. Why is it I'm being invited to check the Nokia website when all of Nokia is uninstalled?
    2. Why is it I'm being invited to visit the site of Broadcom also?
    3. why my system tries to install five devices that do not exist whenever I power on Bluetooth?

I suspect that it is a problem of Microsoft or Dell but don't seem to be able to solve.  All my drivers in Device Manager are up to date (at least I said that when I try to update, although I'd like to think that there has been updates since 2006?) so unless there is some hidden updates on the wwweb somewhere that I can't find so I'm puzzled.

I know that people are probably sick of hearing about this problem, but it has not disappeared, so he needs to take care.

    Ronan:

    Hello, Ronan,.

Thank you for visiting the website of Microsoft Windows Vista Community.

I would like to respond to three questions of your message:

    1. Why is it I'm being invited to check the Nokia website when all of Nokia is uninstalled?

It is possible that your software Nokia my not completely uninstalled. There may be services or registry information left behind. You can download the following utility and uninstall completely.

Download the Windows Installer CleanUp tool to uninstall any remaining Nokia information.

Installation of the Windows Installer CleanUp tool:

    Find the tool here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301

When you install the tool, you must be logged on as administrator of the machine.

After you download the ms1cuu2.exe on your desktop, you will need to right-click on it and select "Run as Administrator" and you will need run the Windows Installer CleanUp utility from the start menu. It will be under programs and will be called "Windows Installer Clean Up.

    2. Why is it I'm being invited to visit the site of Broadcom also?

Because Dell uses Broadcom, more than likely, you will be redirected there after installed Dell printer the standard utilities trying to solve this error message Bluetooth that happens.

    3. why my system tries to install five devices that do not exist whenever I power on Bluetooth?

After you uninstall the Nokia Software completely, see if that solves the problem of device.

I would also recommend, contact your provider of cellular service to support more.

  • Any old Android can connect Bluetooth to my imac, why my iPhone 6 cannot? !!

I am SUPER frustrated and annoyed by this question. My iPhone 6 unable to connect bluetooth to anything. Why Apple did not find that. Any old cheap android phone can connect to what whether bluetooth but my dear super high-tech iPhone 6 can't, why? Since 2013 and perhaps earlier, I had this problem with iPhones, something so simple, so helpful, and Apple may not understand it. Come on!! I am really annoyed on this issue! PLEASE DO SOMETHING QUICK! SOLVE THIS PROBLEM! WE NEED BLUETOOTH AT WORK! Apple has simplified many things in life, but it has bluetooth connectivity completely SCREWED UP.

And the iPhone is not intended to be connected to a computer via Bluetooth.

  • Portege M440 - Vista problems: problems of Bluetooth, the unknown device and tablet.

I just installed Vista on my Portege M400 and installed all the drivers on the driver Vista page.
    But I have several questions...

1: bluetooth does not work. I can't find anywhere in Control Panel whatever it is on a connection bluetooth or something else.

2: after you have installed all the drivers on the driver Vista page, there is 2 "unknown device" in Device Manager. I can't find any information on what are these devices. However, when I tried to manually install the driver bluetooth on the first of them "Unknown device" he admitted the driver. This does not work on the other. And it does not solve the problem of the bluetooth missing.

3: the tablet itself feature works very well - the pen and everything. But when I turn the screen into tablet mode it does not change the screen layout. Or the buttons on the lower part of the screen to work.

I hope that there is some sort of solution to these problems - and that someone can help me.

I am also very interested in these drivers because all I know Toshiba Vista drivers are not available at this time.

  • Unable to connect bluetooth microsoft (Yosemite 10.10.5) mouse

I use Yosemite 10.10.5 on an iMac "mid-2007".  I recently bought a Microsoft Bluetooth Mouse.  When I try to connect, Bluetooth does not recognize the mouse trying to connect with him.  If there is anything I can do otherwise than throw the mouse, I would welcome any suggestions!

    Hello

It happens the same thing for me. I'm on Mac OSX 10.11.6 El Capitan on a MacBook Pro (13 inch, late 2011).

I have a Microsoft Bluetooth mouse 3600 (https://www.microsoft.com/accessories/en-us/products/mice/bluetooth-mobile-mouse-3600/pn7-00001) which, under the plug is compatible with MacOS 10.10 (it was the last version for the moment).

The problem is that my mac does not detect the mouse, so that I can detect it other windows.

Is it possible that, regardless of the OS x version, the version of bluetooth mouse (4.0) does not work with MacBook of 2011? I checked my version of the laptop was the last of them using bluetooth 2.1.

    Thank you

  • Satellite A305-S6825: unable to connect Bluetooth to a wireless mouse

    Hello!

I'm from Russia and I recently bought a portable Satellite A305-S6825 my friend in the United States (and is not on sale in Russia yet).
Everything is OK except one thing - I can not connect Bluetooth to a mouse wireless (of course active and put just nearby).
I went on Bluetooth in "Bluetooth settings" but whenever I press the button "Add a new connection..." I see the following statement appears on
the display "BLUETOOTH IS NOT READY." But how to make it "ready"?

    This problem really intrigues me.

Many thanks in advance for me have helped!
Looking forward to get a quick answer!

Maybe I'm a little confused, but use BT, to BT mouse too. I'm afraid that your laptop has no BT.

In addition, Googling around, I found this page. Is this the right specification for Satellite A305-S6825?

  • Problems of Bluetooth - Satellite L305D-S5892

I can't have my phone to sync with my new cell phone (nokia 7510).
I could get it to sync with my mobile phone passed without problem.
It is not the phone, because I can sync with my husbands phone.

I tried to install the drivers from the toshiba web site (when I do that, he wants me to "connect bluetooth device and press ok" - well, I don't know what that means! so I plug the usb bluetooth key I have for other software and it does not work.)

I tried my bluetooth with usb accessory (model IOGEAR #GBU221) bluetooth software that works with the previous cell phones (including my husband cell) and my laptop. I contacted the customer software support and they don't know what the problem is! I still can't do them (my new phone and laptop), to recognize each other.

ANY help would be greatly appreciated!

Bluetooth is integrated to your laptop?
If so, you should see a silver sticker of Bluetooth when you return on our laptop.
Make sure that the antenna switch is on if you have a built-in Bluetooth when you want to use.
Use your USB Bluetooth key if you don't have Bluetooth inside.
In this case, you must use the bluetooth software that came with our Bluetooth adatper.
I assume you are using the Nokia PC software now in oder to synchronize your data.
Be sure to use the version of fascination for your phone.
You can also exchange data manually with the fi, the Toshiba Bluetooth software is active
using the Bluetooth menu information interchange (icon systray Bluetooth-> right click-> Bluetooth information interchange-> Bluetooth-> Device Discovery-> FTP)

  • problems with bluetooth

    Hello everyone.

I have an aspire8290g with bluetooth button. My mobile samsung works with usb is plugged. I tried all of the updates. He won't know.
    Am I missing something easy?
    Thank you

    Hi Steve,

    1. what operating system is installed on the computer?

    2. are you able to connect other Bluetooth devices to the computer?

The first thing you need to check is that the Bluetooth device is installed correctly or not. Check in Device Manager and see if you have a yellow fringe on the Bluetooth.

Step 1:  Check if one recognizes oneself in the Device Manager, go to Device Manager follow the steps listed below.

    a. Click Start and then click Control Panel.

    b. click System and Maintenance, click System and then click on Device Manager.

Note: If the control panel is in Classic view, double-click System, and then click Device Manager.

If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click on allow.

    (c) in Device Manager, expand the device; check if it shows all the marks on your drivers listed.

Check the Bluetooth device is discoverable and that your computer is set to enable Bluetooth devices to connect to your computer.

Step 2: Also, try the following steps:

    a. click the Start button, select Control Panel, click hardware and sound and then click Bluetooth devices.

    b. click on the Options tab, select the Allow Bluetooth devices to connect to this computer check box and then click OK.

Follow the steps in the below items to solve the problem.
