Problem Creative Cloud and Adobe Application Manager

Hello community,

Since the last update of creative cloud, there automatically cloud devices icon and the Adobe Application Manager icon in my status bar on Windows 8 icon bar.

Before the update, there was only the creative cloud icon. If I click on the Application icon Manager creative cloud opens. They are both running? How can I solve this problem?

    I'm all of a sudden having problems with creative application of cloud. He asked me to reinstall (I think, a few days ago). I uninstalled, downloaded the latest version, and now it won't let me install back. He gets to Midway through the installation process, and then disappears with no warning whatsoever. The application does not install on my system.


    In a first attempt to download the Creative Cloud Desktop app, I received a message stating that I had to download Adobe Application Manager to resolve the problem.     I'm on an iMac running iOS 10.10 (Yosemite Golden Master). Even though it was not officially released, I've had the OS for a while now without any problem to Adobe. I didn't update anything before this problem occurred, it seemed to come out of the blue.

    Yes, I did. After you have reinstalled the operating system twice, I was about to start exploring other options for design program. On a last ditch effort, I was able to solve the problem by reviewing another thread (Creative Cloud Desktop won't install issues on Mac OS X 10.8.4). Step 2 in the process of Romit was an extra step that other suggestions had not listed and seemed to do the trick. The cleaning tool does not delete these.

    First of all, I try to do what you said, but nothing changes. So I try to disable other thing and when I disable "Map virtual hosts Microsoft network" ("Virtual card hosted Microsoft network" in English), the camera just before what you said in the list and the problem has been resolved.   • Creating cloud membership-Adobe Application Manager install problem

    I recently signed up for the composition of creative cloud.

    I downloaded Adobe Application Manager. (After that I logged on the site of creative cloud)

    I can download applications, extract it, and then it fails to start the installation or is unable to complete the installation. (For example on Muse it will fail to exceed the 16%)

    My operating system is windows 7. There i7, 1 GB, ram 8 graphics card, /specs etc are not a problem.

    I tried to run the installer from adobe cleaner, I uninstalled all adobe products, several times. I have changed the preferences for the location of the download several times. Nothing works.

    Also, I run with adminstrator priv adobe application manager.

    My windows user account is an administrator.

    I waited for hours without any sign of progress.

    The program does not report any errors that it just is not to proceed with the installation.

    ... Ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    OK SOLVED THE PROBLEM

    This is certainly not the fix I was hoping, but it works. Essentially a reason any the vcredist exe does not load correctly the internal files in the exe file. What I had to do was use 7zip to extract all of the internal files in the exe file. Then I renamed the primary file inside the executable file that adobe is looking for. Right after it extracted I deleted the default adobe exe file and pasted all the internal files with the primary internal file renamed the default adobe exe file. Worked like a charm

    Certainly a pain but at least it works... Also it took me more than 20 hours to solve this problem. So I'm pretty upset.

    It was adobes fault beause they should of already extracted the internal files in the program instead of being lazy and leave in the exe file.

    Big problem with ligthroom CC,

    Initially, I got the error 16, I changed the name of some files the other instructions.

    Now, Lightroom still doesn't work and ask me for the "Adobe Application Manager, which is absent or"injured", to run the trial version. But I no longer use the version been trying for over 2 months!

    I tried to uninstall Lightroom and it does not work, adobe talk a uninstall problem. I tried everything it was written and still does not work

  • Download the application Adobe Creative Cloud opens Adobe Product Manager but never updates

    I tried seveal times to download the Adobe Creative Cloud app, but whenever it opens Adobe Product Manager and then updates never APM to the creative cloud app or it give me options to install the soft CC.  Note: I used adobe cleaner to clean my manager and did a fresh install of the latest Adobe Product Manager.  This allowed me to see all other programs CC at least and install several of them.  Its my understanding that APM is supposed to update the CC app, but it never does.  I would really like the CC to interact with the cloud app is intended.  Please advise and help.

    This issue has been resolved by Adobe techinical support.   Creative Cloud Installation issue has been resolved by running the Adobe Creative Suite Cleaner tool once and reinstalled Adobe Application Manager

  • Creating cloud app and Adobe Application Manager not synchronized

    Until this week, all my downloads were managed by Adobe Application Manager. Now appears the creative cloud app, that tells me that I have not downloaded anything.

    How can I get the CC app to acknowledge the fact that I downloaded almost the entire suite of creative apps cloud?

    Please make sure that launuage of the creative cloud app installation is her even that you had Setup for Application Manager.

    Otherwise, it will not recognize the applications already installed.

    as in above question I can't download Lightroom because of the failure of initializer to progress beyond 10% approximately. Same problem when you try to download and install the new copy of Adobe Application Manager.

    The machine is HP laptop Pavilion Entertainer. Last week is managed on the basis of download Photoshop CC without any problem.

  • Just finished a clean install of Photoshop CS6 on my Mac Book Pro Yosemite and Adobe Application Manager does not and cannot install a new copy of Adobe

    Just re-installed a fresh copy of Photoshop CS6 on my Mac Book Pro Yosemite and somehow the Adobe Application Manager does not work and so can't check my copy.  What should I do?

    I get a message saying that Adobe Application Manager can be damaged and that I should install a new version of the MAA.  But after downloading a new copy of MAA and makes installation, the program (AAM) will still not installed.  It's like an infinite loop!

    I'm sorry but I'm not on creative cloud.  I'm still on CS6 and it was Adobe Application Manager was not working and I could not install the update to this application.  My AAM version is: 8.0.0160

    The link you provided was the update I wanted to install but it does not work.  A window will appear during the installation that says:

    We encountered the following problems.

    Setup could not initialize.  Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem.

    and then the link to Adobe Support Advisor that leads to a page "Adobe Support Advisor has been abandoned".

    Hello. I installed Adobe Creative Cloud and Photoshop on my computer. After PhotoShop from time to time I tried, I realized that I was unhappy with this software. I uninstalled through Control Panel uninstall a program PhotoShop and Adobe Creative cloud and I uninstalled manually in the registry for any software such occurrences.     I wanted to check with you again on the forums. Have you tried to uninstall Acrobat, restarting, disconnect you and sign in CCM and reinstall Acrobat?

    Try this (assuming you are using Win)

    -Download Fb Installer, locate the top-level folder containing set - up.exe

    -Now open the command prompt with ""run as Administrator " mode"

    -Go to the folder that contains the set - up.exe

    -Now, run the Set - up.exe - mode = 'silent' to repair Adobe Application Manager.

    If the problem persists, share newspapers %temp%/PDApp.log

  • I deleted the CS6 AE and AE CC without uninstalling them and am trying to re - install, and Adobe Application Manager must think they are still there and they will not be re - install via DVD or through cloud.

    You have said that delete you apps and did not uninstall them. It's the reason why you see these apps installed.
