  Hello.  Please can someone help me?  I recently bought a laptop with Windows 7.  I couldn't get my old printer to work with her, so I bought a new wireless all-in-one (Epson SX515W) I tried to install the drivers from the CD, but when it gets to the part of the installation where you select the printer on the network, it comes up with the error message "NetSetUp has stopped working" and the installation hangs.  I tried to download the Windows 7 driver for the Epson site, but I still can't connect wireless to the printer.  I contacted Epson about 3 times now, and they can't help and told to believe that this is a problem with Windows.  Please can someone help.   NetSetup is an application of Epson.  See if it will run in compatibility mode or even better to avoid to use the application.  See if Epson has a basic print driver for the device that does not include a setup.exe that would be ideal.  Then just search for the device on the network and add the printer using the disk and point to the inf files and the installation of printer driver.

  Their application may fail if the device is not on the same subnet as the computer, but I guess that Epson would have already determined the status of the device on the network when they helped you.
