problem in writing 8.5 GB DVD only

I have Dell inspiron. N5010, Intel core i3, 3 GB of ram, drive 8 x DVD writer SATA L633J TSST. My problem is that I can't burn only 8.5 GB DVD.

Previously, I had problem in writing any od the CD or the DVD then I changed the DVD burner then I started using Nero 7, which gave a mistake nullified address block, and then I started using Roxio. Roxio has worked well for CD and 4.7 GB DVD, but when I tried to burn it used to give the error, then I uninstalled and tried burning with WIndows image writer I could write 'ONLY LOCAL MADE' 8.5 GB DVD but when I tried to write Supermedium / Sony, he was in error 0xC0AA301, then I calle dell d service they updated ware closed and off Roxio in "MSconfig" but still the same problem , then they asked again to change the DVD writer (for the second time), and then I started using Roxio, I could burn 6 DVD and I was failure to burn 4 DVD and it gave error.

    Hello

    First of all, you should check if are some registry issues.
    Go to the register a remove the Upperfilters and Lowerfilters completely from the following registry key values:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Class\ {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}

    Then restart the device and check if you could read the CD.

    I had a lot of problems with different discs (CDs and DVDs) as well
    I could solve the problem. the problem is that my CD/DVD drive is not compatible with some CD and DVD from different manufacturers

    Finally, I bought some TDK CD - R and my CD/DVD player has been able to manage these disks
    I think you should check the different discs from different manufacturers too!

    Last but not least check if there is an update of the firmware of CD/DVD for you, CD/DVD player.
    To do this, you should visit checking page European driver Toshiba details more details.
    You will find the info if the firmware has been published for you CD/DVD drive.

    Welcome them

    How to lower the speed of writing for burning a DVD?  It gives me no other choice!

    Brand of the disc can be a problem.

    Most of us don't burn with yet. There were serious problems that several generations back and I never use to burn now other than for testing. Construction of an image and burn with ImgBurn if you're on PC; Toast if mac.

    I was also worried that discs that burn successfully to you run the risk of not to play well on all players.

    but I should CUMULATIVE_AMOUNT correctly, the sum listed previous populations.

    could you please rewrite my request?

    Of course; But what results do you want the query to produce?

    You already know that you are looking for a group of countries with a GDP of 764106 or more.
    You already know that choose the country with the highest GDP/population will result in small groups.
    You already know how to calculate the GDP/population; you did even a query that displays the country sorted by this ratio.
    Looking at the bottom of this list, you can see that 2 countries with ratios over (AU and to) represent so more than 600000 + 200000 = 800000 total GDP, these 2 countries only represent the largest share of total GDP. Do you spend 5 minutes (if it comes to that) in a text editor to make a model the results you want to see, for example:

    LABEL CO POPULATION PCT_POP GDP PCT_GDP
    ---------------- -- ---------- -------- ---------- --------
    Australia        au   19913144    16.04     611700    40.03
    Austria          at    8174762     6.58     255900    16.75
      Total of above                  22.62               56.77

    ?

    If those who are be the results that you want, here's a way to get them:

    WITH     got_running_gdp     AS
    (
         SELECT     c.name
         ,     c.code
         ,     c.population
         ,     e.gdp
         ,     SUM (c.population) OVER ()     AS total_population
         ,     SUM (e.gdp)        OVER ()     AS total_gdp
         ,     SUM (gdp) OVER ( ORDER BY  e.gdp / c.population
                              )             AS running_gdp
         FROM     country      c
         JOIN     economy      e  ON   e.country     = c.code
    )
    SELECT NVL (name, ' Total of above') AS label
    ,       code
    ,       population
    ,       100 * SUM (population)
               / MIN (total_population)          AS pct_pop
    ,       gdp
    ,       100 * SUM (gdp)
               / MIN (total_gdp)               AS pct_gdp
    FROM       got_running_gdp
    WHERE       running_gdp     >= total_gdp / 2
    GROUP BY GROUPING SETS ( ( name, code, population, total_population
                                , gdp, total_gdp, running_gdp
                     )
                   , ()
                   )
    ORDER BY  running_gdp
    ;

    You were on the right track earlier, but you had your analytical SUM, "ORDER BY population" function. We are not giving countries by population, but the ratio of population to the GDP. (In fact, I used the other hand, the ratio of)
    GDP in the population in ascending order, which is the same order as the ratio of
    population GDP in descending order).

    The solution recommended Etbin was designed for a much smaller proplem, involving combinations of about 6 items. The problem with him is that double the number of combinations that we must consider whenever we add another line. With 15 lines in the overall sample, this solution would have to consider 2 ^ 15 ^-1 = 32767 possible combinations of countries, that might be feasible, but 200 countries would mean 2 ^ 200 ^-1 or more combinations of 1.E60. If your computer could examine thousands of billions of combinations every millisecond, it would still billions of years in the end.

    You can check the following registry key? :

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\ {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}

    To the registry for this key, in the right window, in the world is here, under 'Name', a LowerFilters and UpperFilters value?

    If so, for UpperFilters and LowerFilters, value which is listed under "data"?

  • Facing a problem with writing the custom for WLS identity assertion provider

    I am facing a problem with writing the custom for WLS identity assertion provider.

    Requirement:

    Asserter identity configured in WLS should get called when the following cookie is sent in a request by my application
    cookie name: OAMAuthnCookie_blr1234567.idc.oracle.com:7777

    I added the name of the cookie as a token of support and Active token in WeblogicCustomIdentityAsserter.xml

    < MBeanAttribute
    Name = "SupportedTypes.
    Type = "java.lang.String [].
    Writeable = "false".
    Default = "new String() {& quot; OAMAuthnCookie_blr1234567.idc.oracle.com:7777 & quot ;}.
    / >
    <!-ActiveTypes attribute contains the subset of your mbean SupportedTypes who are active in the area. ->
    < MBeanAttribute
    Name = "ActiveTypes".
    Type = "java.lang.String [].
    Default = "new String() {& quot; OAMAuthnCookie_blr1234567.idc.oracle.com:7777 & quot ;}.
    / >

    Problem:

    Identity asserter provider is not invoked for the request that has the cookie named OAMAuthnCookie_blr1234567.idc.oracle.com:7777.

    I did some experiments with the cookie name, to see where the problem could be

    Identity asserter provider is triggered for the following cookies:
    OAMAuthnCookie_blr1234567.idc.oracle.com7777.
    blr1234567. IDC. Oracle
    blr12_XXX. IDC. Oracle.com

    and it does not work for cookie name - OAMAuthnCookie_blr1234567.idc.oracle.com:7777

    I think that the name of the token supports not the colon. I don't have control over the name of the cookie, two points will always be

    Tried it with giving the name of the cookie after the encoding of the colon

    < MBeanAttribute

    Name = "SupportedTypes.

    Type = "java.lang.String [].

    Writeable = "false".

    Default = "new String() {& quot; OAMAuthnCookie_blr2211441.idc.oracle.com & #58;. 7777 & quot ;} »

    / >

    But still does not work
    Am I missing something? Any help will be appreciated.
    Help, please!

    colon ': ' is an illegal character in the name of the cookie.

    RFC 2616, Section 2.2 says:

    token = 1 *.

    separators = "(" | ")" | " <" |="" "="">" | " @"

    | "," | ";" | ":" | " \" |<">

    | "/" | "[" | "]" | "?" | "="

    | "{" | "}" | SP | HT

    It is clear ":" a "separator" and thus not allowed in a token or a cookie name.

  • Satellite P200-1EE - problem with writing DVD

    Had a problem with a disc that would not eject from the drive. The drive light flashes and a rattling noise coming from the command.
    Windows then did not recognize the drive at all!

    After leaving from one day to the next, the disc came out at the start.
    Everything seemed normal, DVD plays no problem.
    However, I can't burn a DVD using Nero 6.

    I get an error message "Abandoned SCSI command". It never imagined before.
    Is that what I can do to fix this?

    There may be dust on the lens? Try to clean with a Microfiber cloth.

    You can also try to remove the CD/DVD filters in the registry.
    When the associated CD/DVD (such as iTunes, Nero, virtual CD software), the software is installed, they install filters in the registry, which can cause compatibility problems.

    (1) run Regedit (start-> Run-> Regedit)
    2) navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Class\ {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
    (3) in the right pane, delete the "UpperFilters" key and delete the key "LowerFilters".
    (4) restart.

    If your CD/DVD programs stop working, you will need to reinstall them (preferably with an updated version).

    This utility can remove the filters for you:

  • Satellite P200 - 10 c with a problem of burning in the CD/DVD burner

    I have some problems with my DVD/CD-RW in my Toshiba P200 - 10 c (running Windows Vista Home Premium).

    When I try to burn a CD (audio or data), the software I use (listed below) shows me the progress of burning of 0% to 100% and at the end said "complete engraving process" or something like that, but * when the CD comes out (after burning) *, if I look at his face I see that it is really burnt, because I can see the area where data has been burned. But the problem seems to * when I insert the CD into the computer *, the laser of the CD/DVD-RW drive starts reading and reading and so on... made strange noises and finally, after some time, * windows detect the CD as a void (empty) CD *. And if I try to burn the CD again, the logger simply burn again on the latest burned data and so forth, for the third time, the fourth time...

    This problem only occurs when I try to burn a CD. If I try to burn a DVD, nothing is wrong, and the DVD is properly engraved.

    I already tried the following:

    -Burn a CD with NERO (version 7): same problem
    -Burn a CD with Toshiba CD creator: same problem
    -Burn a CD with MagicISO: same problem

    -Update the drivers (value package)

    -Try to play the CD in my computer (Toshiba laptop)
    -Try to play the CD on another computer
    -Try to play the CD in my audio player (with an audio CD and a MP3 data CD)
    and in all cases, the laser becomes simply crazy, you try to read the CD I burned my Toshiba laptop.

    ----
    I think (it's just what I think), the CD/DVD-RW burn the CD correctly, but do not burn the part of the disk called TOC (table of contents), I think. This is perhaps why the CD may not play in all devices... I think that devices cannot read anything at the beginning of the CD data
    ----

    Please help me... I don't know who do more...
    Need help... Anyone with the same problem?

    Hello

    Have you tried to burn data on blank CD using Vista option (do not use any other burning software)? I've done this several times and in my case works well. I have P200D.

  • Qosmio F60 - BD DVD Player read DVD only if the theme is one of the aero themes

    I found that DVD Toshiba BD player will play only DVD if the windows theme is one of the aero themes.

    Personally I do not use aero.

    Does anyone know how to get around this problem?

    I can play the DVD using other software.
    The main attraction of using the Toshiba Software is it is the function of upconversion.

    Thank you.

    Hello hicham.

    This means that you use the DVD from Toshiba drive, but you can t without Aero theme Blu - ray game discs?

    In this case, I would recommend the DVD Player update. Just check for an update from Toshiba Web site:
    http://EU.computers.Toshiba-Europe.com

    Have you tested other players? Toshiba DVD player in my opinion is not important. I use VLC media player because he can play audio and video files more! :)

  • Problem with writing in the new file every day, error #1

    Hi, I have build a vi that writes data measured for each second of the file. This vi will be used for the acquisition of long-term data and I want to write the data to a separate file every day, else the file becomes

    very large. The vi is supposed to work like this, first set the folder to save it and then start logging with the "datalogon" button, first write the column names in the file and after that write data

    every second. If the date is the same newspaper, data, if the date is not the same write the new file name, write the column headers and write the data again every second. The date is used as the file name.

    This work is quite good only at the beginning of the vi I get the message "error 1 occurred open/create/replace the file writable spreadsheet String.vi-> write to the spreadsheet (string) .vi-> NHR file -

    SerialDaq - 03 APR 2013 .vi. I did some tests and it seems that in the first or the second round of the loop, the path in the annex is ' file name:------"and not drive:- and this seems to be caused by the fact

    that I first write the column headers, and then the data (if I write only the data of the problem does not occur).

    So I (think) for what is now the problems but don't don't know how solve it, I would appreciate it if someone could help me with this.

    Regards, Martin

    I made the change you mentioned and to my surprise I got the error message and also, with the vi you sent, I took look at it and found that:

    -If I first enter the "folder to save the file', then run the vi and then press on the" data connect "I don't get the error.

    -If I first run the vi, then enter the folder ' save file to "and the hit" the data log on ' I get the error.

    I also tried with the vi original (without the connection shiftregister in the case of false and init for removal) and which gives the same result as above. If I get the

    error message and choose stop the vi, start the vi again once I don't get the error because the folder in which the file is entered. This issue appears only when there is no file «»

    to save the file "in the dialog box.

    While I'm writing this I realize that "folder to save the file" is outside the while loop so only executed at the start of the vi is maybe I have to put it inside the while loop? A tried

    This and at first, it seems that the problem is solved, I don't get the error message on my screen, but it still appears on the error handler in another part of the vi (visa series).

    Oh, Yes. The 'name of the resource visa' and 'file to save the file' are both outside a while loop and are only read at the start of the vi, at the moment they have not a valid

    the error value is generated.

    Problem solved, thank you for your comments!

    Regards, Martin
