  I solved the problem on mine, if I write it here.
  He was part of a file downloaded with an extension of Google Chrome. I found it in the system registry. So, it might be easy to solve if you find in your pc.

  I've recently updated my Photoshop by installing Photoshop CC 2015.  It works very well, but all aspects of the view appear oversized, including text, icons, tools, panels, etc.  Change the font size in the preferences has no impact.  It seems that the Photoshop screen resolution has been changed, but none of my other programs were affected.  Running Windows 7 Ultimate on a Hewlett-Packard PC.  Would appreciate any advice.

  Only, I have solved my problem.  I went to the Interface edition/preferences /.  Under scaling of the user interface, the default setting is Auto.  I chose 100%, Photoshop is restarted, and I was back to the view I'm used to that.

  Yes, you can disable (help > deactivate) and uninstall.

  you / didn't even need to have PES 9 installed before installing your ps12 upgrade.  If it's not installed you will be asked for the serial number of PES 9.

  1. Right-click on the Adobe folders, and then select Properties.
  2. Select the Security tab of the Properties dialog box.
  3. Click Edition, and a Security tab opens in a new window
  4. Click Add
  5. Type everyone and then click on check names
  6. Click OK
  7. Now select users "Group or user names" box one by one and check the full control box.
  8. Click on apply and Ok.

  You can also check the files and folder permissions

  I then signed off CC and back in. Although I can sign to OK the screen of the app Apps CC is now a clock is going along, but nowhere - the Apps screen is actually empty.

  I had a really nasty bug, glitch in my last update of Photoshop CC 2015, the colors just outside floats and its all just impossible to do anything. I am a professional photographer and do a lot of post-processing of files Raw and its important I operate quickly.

  Yesterday, I bought a subscription to Photoshop and Lightroom that was offered.

  I downloaded CC and Lightroom automatically downloaded/installed without problem. I tried to install Photoshop and get the "Windows updates from Microsoft to install this product are not available on this computer. Please install updates and try again. " error.

  My system IS up-to-date and after searching, I found stand-alone installers for Photoshop (only version 2015 for some reason some have not released 2015,5 files!)

  Photoshop works but I feel blurred by the update which is technically what I pay for right?

  Today, I thought I would try the demo of Illustrator, I managed to download through CC without any problems... until I actually came to open the program and now I am facing the problem of "api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing".

  I run windows 7 Professional and I'll add that Lightroom (and bridge) run/open without any problems... in fact my Photoshop 2015.

  It's very frustrating because I need photoshop and I'd love to extend someday to illustrator. I hope that my 7 day trial is not over before it is resolved.

  Stand-alone installers would be INCREDIBLY useful.
