The download should go in the home folder of your Web space. And there should be a file named index.htm or .html. If you have created a subfolder in your personal directory and uploaded your files, when you type the web address in a browser, you will need to type www.mywebsite.com/subfolder.

    Hello Ali,.

    Thanks for you quick response.

As you mentioned that the problem is the same on all browsers. It is possible that some third-party application program\ is in conflict.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check.

Step 1. Try to go to safe mode and check.

Start the computer in safe mode and check if the problem persists. Safe mode is a diagnostic mode in which you are connected with only the minimal necessary services and active pilots. Check if the number is reproduced.

To switch to safe mode see the link given below

Try to go to safe mode with networking and check.

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-8/Windows-startup-settings-safe-mode

If the problem does not exist in safe mode, try to perform a clean boot and check.

Step 2: Perform the clean boot.

Place your system in the clean boot state helps determine if third-party applications or startup items are causing the problem. Check this question in the clean boot state.

Reference: How to perform a clean boot in Windows

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135

Note: After the boot minimum troubleshooting step, read the sections "How to reset the computer to start as usual after a clean boot troubleshooting" in the link provided to return the computer to a Normal startup mode.

Put us up-to-date with the results after you perform these steps. We would be happy to help you further on this issue.

Safari won't have web pages, even with sites well known such as google.com or cnn.com. The progress during the loading of work stoppages and Safari bar seems frozen. • Frequent when crashes tabs loading web pages

For several weeks now, Firefox has been crashing at random several times a day when loading data tabs. It could be the new tabs for a Web site or those pre-existing from a previous session that is clicked. It crashes always less than one second (if not immediately) data being loaded in the tab. I have not noticed a pattern with a particular Web site and can I visit the exact Web page immediately after the accident and it is fine.

It only occurs when a Web page loads on a tab - I don't remember it ever happens when you place a tab that had finished loading.

I noticed it first around the period 29 Firefox came out. I got to 28, but accidents continued (I rolled back because the Manager of Session module did not work with 29 at the time and Firefox crash recovery has not saved sessions where all the computer crashed), upgraded to 30 - same problem. Completely uninstalled Firefox (deletion of all personal data) and reinstalled - same problem.

I have not tried to use it in safe mode again, but the first crash after the new installation happened when I didn't have many addons.

I discovered only on the display of submitted incident reports yesterday. I submitted a ton over the past weeks, but don't know what they are now, since I reinstalled Firefox.

So far, it crashed 6 times in the last 25 hours. The reason of the accident is still EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION_READ.

    Please help me understand this!

Disable the add-on HTTPS Everywhere and see if the impact of crashing down.

  • FF goes through periods of refuse to load web pages

Since the last 7.0.1 update, Firefox repeatedly through periods of obstinancy. He started with a short time but now is quite persistent.

What is happening is that the web pages just refuse to load. Any page. FF is sitting there as it tries to connect, but it never does. FF restarting can sometimes coax brief connectivity for the tabs saved, but the refusal to load pages an almost immediate return.

Finally, FF comes out of his snit and I can browse normally for a few hours-but then, apropos of nothing, he'll go back to being themselves.

I am running Windows XP and CA Security Center Firewall. FF was going well until it update 7.0.1. Internet Explorer and other Internet programs work very well.
