Problem memory 8 mb blackBerry Smartphones

Hi guys!  My bb storm works fine, except that I can't use the map expanded memory of 8 MB.  It keeps giving me a prompt message saying I need to format it?  I could access it as a flashdrive however, so what is with that? and could even transfer music and pictures on it, but it crashes before finishing anything.  Help, please!  Thank you

Well, this message is very different.

You have a card reader? It would be the best way to use Windows diagnostics, directly to the card.

If you don't and don't can't borrow one, I suggest take you the card and get a new one if possible. I took three

swings, before I was a winner! If you can't return it, consider a $30 Christmas present early to yourself.

Even if diagnose you the card with errors and fix, I'd be suspicious of it. Personally I'd rather not have one

a memory card that can be flakey in my new Storm.

    HIII everybody... I use bb9320curve with os 7.1, until a few days back everything worked well, in my opinion if it was my friends or community mailer. Then due to several reasons, I disabled my internet connection for a week, now, even once, I enabled the internet, I received a message that in 20 minutes I start receiving my notifications by e-mail, but nothing happened. I have not received all messages on my phone (but a lot through my Inbox in regular line).  I tried to reboot, perform a hard reboot by removing the battery while on and so far nothing has worked. Then I get notifications only when I receive by email from the community forum of bb not other e-mails that are my friends, I know it sounds crazy, but that's what happens. Can anyone suggest me the solution.

    Steps I took to get my system working again.

    -While the installation worked, I selected "forget device" in the menu of the device.

    -Done a complete uninstall of the software of Office BB, including user settings. (A reboot is necessary)

    -Download a new copy of BB 7.1 desktop software.

    -Installed software, reconfigured synchronization Organizer and everything works fine now.

    No problem!  I'm just sorry I can't do more to help!  If you explain in detail the situation of your carrier, I hope they can get you operational.  You may also call Vodafone in Germany to see if they will release your phone IMEI # and PIN # in order to work with your network.  Unfortunately I don't know a lot about this fact (just what I've seen here on the forums), but maybe someone else who has done this before will see this and can help more!

    If you do not hear anything someone else on this, try to start a new thread with the following title: "need help with get data service on a Storm 9500 unlocked from a different network."

    This should be able to get more attention to others who have experienced similar problems and managed to solve it.

    my blackberry torch battery indicator is displayed continuously like a battery empty red even when it is fully charged:

    It is said that the battery level is 1% since last night.

    I tried to recharge as well to the wall and from the PC, the bolt flashes (on the Red battery icon), but the level remains at 1% and the orange light blinks.

    After that what I believe is a sufficient time to fully recharge the battery, a "stopper" replaces the bolt flashing on battery (always red and empty) icon.

    The phone, once unplugged the sector, works perfectly, the only complaint, is that the battery indicator is always red, it says 1%, and the orange light blinks continuously; so I never know when the phone needs to really be recharged.

    I thought I'd give an update I solved the problem! The only solution is to get a new device.

    I tried many things, including not charging the phone at all until the battery really runs. In this case when I plugged it back I thought it worked well as it was very much in charge and the battery became white of empty Red... Unfortunately as soon as I unplugged the charger, the battery indicator is returned empty Red 1%.

    I called my provider ad, they sent me another combined (still a 9800 torch); I put my battery in it, and it works perfectly.
