Problem of charge blackBerry Blackberry Curve 8900 Smartphones HELP!

Hello the BB community, I am new here and I just wanted to correct a problem with my blackberry.

Well when I started to connect my blackberry to load (I have a usb to wall adapter charger), the battery percentage would not rise. Thus, after removing the battery and put it in the creeped out slowly on its way to 80% battery power and no more would go high, no matter how long I left it to charge.  Same problem when I tried to charge it via the USB port connected to a PC.

To try to solve my problem, I bought a new battery.  At first I thought it was the solution because the battery has been charging at a normal speed and don't punish me out constantly.  However, even once, I noticed that, after a night of load, the power would NOT higher than 80%.

I tried all tricks, even reset my blackberry and re-installed the software. However nothing will leave power rise above 80%...

Help, please!

(I should add that the charge indicator is on the screen, so all the time, it is said that he is still in charge, but 80% rises in the State of the settings menu)

It is the charger I

I ordered a new charger that is on the right track. You think that it will solve my problem of 80%?

Of course, please do. Since the old battery and new battery acted both in this way, I think THAT it will be correct and re - calibrate the meter. We'll see.

I have a Curve 8900 without SIM card I use strictly offline and via Wi - Fi. (No cell connection)

When I plug it into my computer with a USB cable, it syncs email, contacts and calendar with no problem at all.

However, when I try to transfer music, photos or videos to and from the BB, I get a message saying "there was a problem so he tried to connect with your smart phone BlackBerry." He then proposed the link "troubleshoot my connection.

If I go into the "Device Options" section of Desktop software, I can check the "Organizer" or boxes "my computer's date and time...» ' under 'Synchronize' but the 'Media' checkbox is grayed out and cannot be verified.

    Hello

A new icon has appeared on my blackberry today - I can't see it in the manual anywhere. Anyone know what this means? It looks like a small yellow globe and he wears the number 1 next to it.

    WAP push or browser icon.

On your BB, go to Messages > Menu button > view folders > WAP or browser push messages, find it, delete it or disable it.

  • BlackBerry BlackBerry Curve 8900 Smartphones - Error INDICATOR

I deleted messages, but the Message indicator says that they are still there.

Have tired a restart and have removed/reinstalled the battery.  Tried to turn indicator off and on again.

For more than 24 hours. Suggestions?

    Thanks for the input.

    Ok

Tips to clear the message unread... try them in the order.

If you have a new icon rogue Message on your home screen, or a negative number (-1), one of these solutions could erase or reset:

    Try these options:
The main Messages folder and select today's date, click on the menu button and then select Mark prior opened.
    * Hard Reset BlackBerry now ALT CAP (right Shift key) and DEL (or with the BlackBerry power, remove the battery and reinsert the battery)
    Messages > saved Messages
Messages > view folders, check each folder (calls, SMS and MMS, and boxes, saved missed boxes, browser, phone logs etc.)
    * Scroll at the top of the folder, on the title menu, click or tap to MARK PRIOR OPEN date
Change your theme and see if it persists and return to your desired theme. (Options > theme > select.)
    * Connect to Desktop Manager > backup/restore > advanced. On the right pane is the list of the data on your device. Scroll to the e-mail highlighted messages database, and then below, select TRANSPARENT. This will clear your system of all messages.
    * Clean and reload your OS.

  • Icon newspaper call blackBerry Curve 8900 Smartphone

I have recently spent over my 8800 to my new 8900 Curve - I like the 8900 but I miss the call log icon and the call log in general - my options are set for call logging however call logs are mingled with my e-mail as such messages is hard to follow - 0-0 while my 8800 was a separate call log - with an icon on my desktop that makes it very easy to see the missed calls and so on. Thank you!

    Edward

    1. If you press the Green dial key, you must open directly in the call log. Which is not the case on your device?

    2. to remove the calls recorded in your main messages folder, open the call log by pressing green digit key > press the Menu key > Options > Call Logging and the choice of ALL.

    And save.

  • BlackBerry Curve 8900 smartphones hangs at startup / boot with window Application permissions

    Hi all

As the title suggests, I installed the soft Color ID trial last week and he had run no problem, but yesterday it restarts and starts, it displays the desktop and it also displays the window from the Application of the permissions, as shown below, as soon as it starts.

He will not allow or deny, my scroll button will not move the cursor, no response from all the keys outside the SHIFT key (which displays the icon of the CAPS in the upper right), and the same goes for the ALT key. It is a fairly new phone after my 8900 has been replaced. I tried to remove the battery and memory card, and a soft reset (ALT CAP LED) simply restarts tender BB, on which the app permissions window comes up directly at startup.

Anyone can throw some light on this issue please? I'm about to go back to my carrier to replace another.

    Thank you and best regards,

    Lucky

Morning, I just had the same thing happened to me after installing new updates. 23:00 23.

I removed the battery to reboot and press and hold the ESC key until it finished reboot.

This allows you to restart in safe mode and remove the colorid from your phone.

Now, the only problem I encounter is that I can them to reboot on safe mode, it get hung up on the provider screen which always brings me to restart in safe mode.  Now I use my bb in safe mode

looking for a solution for the provider to hang up.  I hope this helps.

  • Bb user new blackBerry Curve 8330 Smartphones help with installation of the Email

I can't understand this. "I have a new 8330 and when I go into the configuration Email options I have 2 options: I want to use a professional email with Blackberry Enterprise Server account" and I want to ignore the e-mail configuration. Shouldn't there be an option to configure an existing e-mail account? I want my Outlook of Comcast.net email to pass on to my BB, but can't seem to find a way to do it. I have setup a BIS account which seems to be configured correctly. I use Desktop manager 4.6 and Outlook 2007 HELPPpp please... It seems there is no option in Fund Manager to implement. And when I set up the synchronization options, it only shows the calendar (which works)

To configure your email go to your phone via the Blackberry Internet Service, there are really only two options: 1) the installer of your phone; or (2) the installer through the website of your mobile phone service provider.  From your phone, search for "Setting up Internet E-Mail" icon, select and it will take you through the steps until the establishment of consumer email.  If you don't see this icon, go to main Menu > Options > Advanced Options > host Routing Table, press the menu key to the left of your trackball and select "register now".  Pull your battery, wait a few seconds and pop and then reconnecting, which should automatically start the phone.  If the icon is not there, contact your mobile phone service provider, because it cannot be fully implemented in their system yet.

If you try to set up the email on the Blackberry Desktop Manager and you see an 'E-mail settings' icon, and then you installed the BES, not the version BIS of the BB Desktop Manager and you will need to uninstall and reinstall the software.  The key is to choose the second option, the installation options that is for BRI.

    I hope that helps!

  • Charging Curve 8900 Smartphones blackBerry device software

Hi I have a problem with my Blackberry device software, how to remove and re intsal software on my Curve 8900?

    Manual device OS upgrade instructions:

    1. start by searching for your operator and the system operating file that you want to use.

    http://NA.BlackBerry.com/eng/support/downloads/download_sites.jsp

    2. make a backup of your device first, using Desktop Manager > backup. Close at the end Office Manager and disconnect it from BlackBerry. Get DM here http://us.blackberry.com/apps-software/desktop/

    3. download the OS files to the PC then install on the PC by running (double click) the downloaded file.

    4. go into c:\program files Research in motion\apploader and delete the file named "vendor.xml."

    5. This step is not necessary unless there is a problem on the next steps. Use BBSAK from BBSAK.org and wipe the device (after doing a full backup), then after you get the 507 error (no OS installed) then proceed to step 6

6 remove the internet connection for PC and reboot the PC.

    7. plug the BlackBerry and double-click on "Loader.exe." It is located in the same place as the above vendor.xml file was in.

    8. If you did step 5, restoration of the back upward. Follow this KB if necessary http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB10339

Take advantage of the new operating system.
