Every time I connect to internet, I see that nearly 100 MB of data is is downloaded, without my consent. I did almost all the applications that I know to ask my permission before you download.

There is background applications that automatically transfer and receive data when the computer is connected to the internet. Try if there is active apps running.

You start by the seller. How do get the data? HTTP put and get operations? Customer HTML screws can do that.
Which makes the network based thing you are trying to send your data? It would be useful to know. You see SFIS, MY or LIMS are terms all very generals who actually communicate very little useful information (see also: "buzz words").
I have Windows 7 and I am considering upgrading to Windows 10. Currently, 7, I struggle when I download my account data from Wells Fargo bank with Quicken 2014. Often, the fake registry posting date shows the transaction has been posted days before the date of the transaction. Several requests have been made to Quicken and Wells Fargo customer support. Still no final settlement. Windows 10 would eliminate this annoyance?
Probably not. the problem seems to lie between Quicken and Wells Fargo. Change the Windows system will not change.
I would like to use the data entered in a table to automate volume/sequence of airflow for a test Chamber. As shown in the screenshot of control table, the first column indicates the number of iterations by elements of array in a series of tests and the second data column specifies the length of each line sequence. Entries in the other columns are specific to different valves and specify values set required in the flow meter.
I guess my question is how can I index/assign each column of the table such that the data to exploit the respective valves are obtained in subsequent iterations all acquire simultaneously with data from other components in the order? While I recognize that the solution may be very simple, I searched on through various examples and messages on the tables and the tables without knocking on a solution. The attached .vi allows me to be a part of the series of tests.

If I understand your question then the solution is actually quite simple. The important point to keep in min is the fact that the Table control can actually be treated as an array of string. You can then use all the traditional table manipulation tools and techniques to manipulate your data as you wish. For example, use the Array Index function to retrieve specific columns and then if you want to spend the individual elements in a column in a loop, wire the table until the loop and ensure that indexing is enabled. If you then want to use these data elements to control your test application, you can convert a portion of the resulting string in more useful to digital.
All these concepts are illustrated in the attached VI. I hope this helps, but let me know if you have any other questions.

I've seen this behavior before and after some review and discussions with my colleagues, this is not a bug but rather a feature. The concept of "Download" a data set means that you want the "raw" data that are used in the report. In terms of OBIEE, this raw data is going to be what you would see in a Table report. A PivotTable report takes raw data and it aggregates in the specified dimensions.
So from this point of view,
Download-> means to obtain raw data Export-> involves handling data

I use JDev 11.1.3.0 with JSF ui and I followed the excellent example on the importation of values separated by commas of a file .csv, M. Bors, but I have a specific problem...
(1) when I try to import a value date (format dd/mm/yyyy) to a date field in my table of the adf, the date will not be accepted and it is not shown (I use Row.setAttribute ('field', text) for this purpose). I guess I have to enter in a specific format, but do not know how! (2) the same with double values. I tried showing 1.50 and it's on the table of the adf 0.02. Tried of 1.50 (with a different text separator) and he throws me an error and doesn't show anything on the table (again I use Row.setAttribute ('field', text) for that one too)...

I don't know, but it the seam that you set the type inappropriate at the table of the adf. I guess you read the CSV as string data. When you use
row.setAttribute("filed_name", value);
You must pass an object of the appropriate type of the attribute defined in the table. Therefore, convert the string containing the date to a Date object before asking in the previous row. Even with the double, you must convert the string "1.50' to a dual purpose."
I make use of series for the SUBSTR and INSTR function to extract the fields of a data file and carve out spaces based on the number of post mentioned in the Excel worksheet. I was able to extract the first 3 areas namely, customer, manufacturer, product, but for quantity, requested delivery date, price, I can't do it.

I was able to extract the first 3 fields of the file data, but when I use the same SUBSTR and INSTR functions to extract then three fields I am unable to do so (I get 5, 6 on the ground as well when I extract the 4th field). I've hardcoded the position values in these functions, such as mentioned in the structure of flat file.
It would be great if someone can tell me how to extract the three fields in the flat file.

Why you use v_end_pos to trim spaces when you know the beginning and end of all columns positions? I do not see the code when you check out the values of other 3 columns (Qty, Date & price).
You can use substr underneath rather do SELECT each time.
