Try replacing the header with the following text file (for unknown reasons, the forum won't let me download it). Function calls use simple types, there is a good chance that the DLL import wizard will be able to manage by using this header file. For some reason, the Import Wizard of DLL, at least in 2009 of LV, imported bool as a char * instead of int, so I replaced the bool with ints as well. See if it works.

Just so you know, this error message is for a 'service' that Windows is trying to start it's related to the HP device. I just go and delete this file manually. Please follow the steps below.

Satellite Pro L300 - 'problem adapter - driver not installed.

I replaced Vista with XP. Almost everything well except that I get this problem adapter - driver not installed message"whenever I connect. I have been on the download from Toshiba site and almost everything has been installed to the L300. Not very techinical so I would be grateful for simple answers.
