Problem of uninstalling the Java program, get error "the feature you are trying to use is on an unavailable network resource.

I'm trying to uninstall Java so I can reinstall it completely - wouldn't install the update, so I thought I would start from scratch. When I try to uninstall it I get just this message: "the component you are trying to use is on a network unavailable resource." Help!

If it means something - I did a restore of the system a week ago.
