problem scanning one while series SGP 2575

My PC is Windows 7, Scanner/printer works ok until recently.

Print still Ok, but with a sweep, once it strts, scan window is reduced in size, impossible to increase and when scanning complete, scan returns error. Detail of the error is 4, [(3,42,0)]

Uninstalled the HP full, downloaded software full a version and installed it successfully.

Analysis of problem remains the same with the same error code.

The steps wants to start similar to steps washer that I gave you before, but there are a few extra steps that should help to clarify this.  Let me know what happens.

1. run the disk cleanup on your computer

2. download and run the software and the drivers below.

3. once the download is done retrieve, cancel the download.

4. click on the start menu.

5. click on run.

6. type %temp% enforcement

7. Locate and open the folder starting with 7z (example: 7zS2356)

8 open the Util folder

9 open the CCC folder

10. run the L4.bat uninstall_ for computers not HP.  For HP computers, run the Uninstall_L3.bat

11. once the uninstall is complete, restart the computer

12 Access Program Files and remove all HP/Hewlett Packard folders that exist.

13 access program (x 86) and remove all HP/Hewlett Packard folders that exist.

14. click on the start menu, type %appdata%\microsoft\windows\sendto in the search box, and then press enter on the keyboard.

15. the App Data folder will open.

16 remove all HP/Hewlett Packard folders that exist.

17. click on the start menu, type regedit in the search box and press enter on the keyboard.

18. the Registry Editor opens.

19. access to each folder and delete all files from HP/Hewlett Packard or the keys you find.

20 reboot.

21 run Accessories\ System Tools Disk Cleanup

22. download and install the latest version of Adobe flash player

  • All-in-one HP ENVY 5530: problems scanning with Windows 10

    10 Windows does not recognize the scanner of my all-in-one.  I have no problem with it recognizing the printer and printing.  I removed the device and reinstalled several times.  As soon as I did this I can use the scanner in the device only, but not from the pc.  When I turned off the pc, it disables the scanner and I have to start all over again with delete and reinstall.  What should I do to solve the problem?  Thank you.

    You may need to temporarily disable any Antivirus software, just to be sure, that it is not interfere with scanning.

    I have provided a paper for not being able to scan using Windows 10. If you're still having problems, try one of the applications in step 6 of the document, unless can not analyze after the upgrade, HP printers - printer after Windows upgrade problems 10

    I'm not not clear with your exact printer model, it is the printer Deskjet 3050 a (J611) or model 3050 (J610) ?

    For the Deskjet 3050 J610- a complete software not available at this time.

    As there is no comprehensive software available for Mountain Lion, you will need to set up a temporary ad hoc connection and then use the EWS printer to connect the printer to your router.

    • Press the button on the control panel wireless to display the options menu on the screen of the printer wireless.
    • Select on the screen of the printer's wireless settings, then Netowrk default settings.
    • Under the same wireless and select Radio wireless and make sure to put it on.
    • From your Mac, click the WiFi icon and then click on join another network.
    • Click view networks, select the printer SSID, it will include 3050 or J610 in its name, then click on join.
    • Allow 2-3 minutes to establish the connection.
    • Open Safari and click on the favorite icon ().
    • Hello-click and then click on the name of the printer, the EWS page appears.
    • Enter the network tab.
    • Less wireless (802.11) click Wireless Setup Wizard and then click Start the wizard and follow the steps on the screen to configure the wireless connection.
      Note: If you must provide the type of security for your wireless network, you can click the WiFi icon, click Network Preferences and select the Wi - Fi network. Click Advanced, and you will find the type of security for your network in the Wi - Fi tab.
    • Once the wizard of wireless via the integrated Web server configuration is complete, click the Wi - Fi of your Mac and you connect to your router again.

    Finally, go to System Preferences > print & Scan and add the printer. confirm all calls to get the drivers from Apple servers

    After printing a document on my HP All in One 6200 series to my computer today, when I tried to print the following document, I got a signal to check color cartridge.  I checked it, ink was low, but I was not printing in color and black cartridge is full.  I pushed OK according to the directives and the signal is output, but then would not print my document.  It shows the printer works not online; However, the computer works online, and I was not able to solve this problem to find a solution.  Feedback would be appreciated.  My computer is Vista.

    I have a problem with my HP Photosmart Plus all-in-One Printer series - B209a printer.

    It prints a picture by using too much magenta.

    When starting the printer, I got a message saying that I had to replace the magenta toner with a new one. I did as instructed. I printed a new document, but it came out in magenta.

    Even if the other cartridges were not empty and yet I replaced with new ones, thinking that maybe the ink dries up because I have not used the printer for a few months now. I used all original HP XL cartridges.  Subsequently, I printed testpages 5 before you print my picture.

    The printer uses all colors now, but it uses too much magenta to print my photo.

    I used the printer for several years now and never had this problem before.

    Is this a problem that can be solved?

    The first series used in the C310a cartrdiges are cartridges special "setup."  You will need to Contact HP for a replacement.  After the initial installation, the replacement cartridges you have will work.

    In the United Kingdom, the cartridges would be 364 series.  You can order black, cyan, magenta, yellow or pack combo with three cartridges.  The cartridge photo and four packs of color with the photo cartridge are not applicable for your printer.

    You can also use the XL 364 cartridges, they have more ink at a higher price, but at a lower cost per page.

    If you can print wireless, go to the next step. If this isn't the case, please advise.

    On the desktop of your PC, you should see an icon for the printer (with the name of your printer below). It's the HP print driver you have installed. Double click it and Printer Wizard should appear. There is an option called it 'manage Scan to Computer' , click it, and then select Enable.
