  So I'm working on a LT desire that has been upgraded from Windows 8.1 to 10 recently and it is this message on the login screen "the device is not connected to the computer.   In the Device Manager - right click on the device and Uninstall - when complete reboot.

  Check in the Device Manager to see if the device re-installed. If it isn't action - Scan for
