Problem to login / password for crazy

Please bear with me - it will take time to explain:

My granddaughter has a netbook acer aspire one and brought it to me to help him get connected.  She had worked with her for more than a year with no problems but now has been unable to connect. I tried to use his ID and password but it would not open a session for me either.  Its material is an Acer Aspire one originally shipped with Windows 7 starter edition, and then she upgraded to Windows 7 Home.

I took his computer and tried repeatedly to log in by using its ID/PW (I know that the definition of insanity) and I noticed on the sixth attempt, I'd get the circle of rotation and he looked like he was going to connect but finally returned with an error message that the id login or password is incorrect.  This has happened repeatedly on the sixth attempt.

I decided check the virus or malware - removed the hard drive and plugged on my machine and he opposed a complete analysis.  No virus found.  Then I reformat his hard drive and installed a new instance of win7 pro.  As part of the installation it asks an ID and password and I entered the entry I wanted to.  Once the installation is completed I restarted and connected to the fine (free House!).

I then added an ID/PW for myself and disconnected and tried the ID I'd just install.  NOT GOOD!  I had the same error of invalid message ID/PW.  I then tried the original PW/ID that I had put in place during installation and connected to OK.  I did some tests and found that if I was a user of the job ID switch already connected to my ID I could connect as expected.  If I disconnected and tried to connect again with my own ID it wouldn't work.  Is this something weird, weird with the acer aspire material?  If everything had it please let me know.

Lock shift is not and was not on when the PW & ID has been set up.

I checked that only the US keyboard is active (no other keyboards are loaded).

I did enter and try to set a password "12345", restarted the machine and tried logging in but

could not.

I then removed the password of a test ID, rebooted the machine, and this time I logged.

The thing is that the ID & PW I entered during installation of operating system works every time!

If it was a Windows problem, you would have heard about it a long time ago. The suspicion now is that you look at malware or virus infection. It seems to interfere with the process of setting up a new account or to create a password not empty.

    There are ways to reset the password to a blank password. I don't think that Toshiba would allow us to post tools like this on the forum, so having a search in google.

    Another solution would be to fix the HARD drive on another PC using a USB adapter, copy your documents and other important files, then put the HARD return drive to perform the recovery and then copy backup your files/documents.

    I deploy my applications dev alpha BB10 using debugging tokens. Device is in development Mode. Computer detects the device. Debug a valid token. Password is defined.

    Question: Quick refuses my password, says that it is "invalid". Does not record.

    2. Start the computer with your Windows 7 repair CD.
    3. Press a key when prompted to boot from the DVD.

    6. When you are prompted, select System Restore.
    7. Set up Windows to a point still, things worked.
    8. Plan ahead a little and create, test and document an alternative admin account, same as you have a spare emergency House key. This will save you a lot of trouble.

    Hello everyone, I had a weird problem. Different password for different database is connect in the same database. As you can see from downstairs... the different password is used to connect to 2 different times. One is the correct password for database (s3crds) con... and its logs me in the database proper (con)... but the 2nd attempt to connect to the database using a different database password (password for sys = ownerformts) is connect me perfectly well... in database design... but I use the mts database password... Why is this happening? any idea? is this related to the listener?

    And oh by the way don't worry... the password I put here is different from that of the original password used on the server... wanted just to boost my problem... Please advise... we're 10.2.0.3, and hp - ux... there's no passwrod file...

    Hmm, this isn't a bug or something but just a dcumented and behavior quite right. You connect using operating system authentication. You must have an oradba group or dba including your username o/s (Fortunately we bearing the name of Oracle) would be a part of. Let the user be on that group and try again, it won't work. You won't be able to connect.

  • 28 worm problem save password for a site

    I tried to get FFox to save the password on a site and it is a failure. I enter username, password, have the Save checked password and click login. Does not work.

    I went on another site and tried. She appeared in another window asking me if I wanted to save info. That one works fine. This window doesn't have a popup on the failed site.

    So, it works, but not for this site. And it is NOT an exception in the exceptions list.

    Which raises a question or suggestion. In password manager, add the ability to make a new entry. Who'd be probably my problem
