Problem to start 10 PSE after it closed

What 10 PSE (installed on a PC PC WIN7 Pro) closing closing the process seems to work OK. However when you try to start the PES again an error message occurs with the PSE is running and must be closed before restarting. I have the PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe file is located in the Manager Windows and tasks if I close this file down the PSE can do it again.

The problem seems related to the PES down take down all the files correctly. I have removed the PSE and top it up with the same result.

So I don't need to go into the Task Manager everytime I need to reopen the ESP if I ran it since the last PC power supply

Hi, I think I'll wait to create a new account, the cumputer is new so it should have been a fairly clean installation of PSE from the outset that I think. A new account (even if I can delete) may create other problems?

Since the last time I did the folllowing:

1. I did the check the "C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\10.0\Editor\.

and I have 4 files as below:

I had no error messages in this folder, even if I have 5 sec before had the failure report that the PSE could not start due to which is was already running. I used my normal functions in PSE and I do not see that all functions is missing.

2. I tried again to create a shortcut to the PES edit but this time I tried to run only after a restart of the computer and this time he did not start, he stated that he was missing a file any.

3. I saw in the folder Adobe PSE 10 that VLC had to file in this folder. I installed VLC on the cumputer, I do not know if this may be a conflict?

Edit:

4 maybe I could be important to know that the I can't find the Organizer in the set-up I knew, if I launch the application with the original icon Editor starts. If I click the organizier in the upper right corner, it starts to create workspaces but nothing else. I don´ ' t use the organiser so for me it's OK, but maybe that it's related to my other problem?

I think I'll also try call to technical support of Adobe or cat, thanks for trying to help me :-).

  • Problems to start the iPad after the charge.

    I have left the iPad charging outside the area during the night and have had start-up problems. I have a screen black and white and on pressing them and holding the sleep/home button an image of a battery. I release the buttons and finally after pressing the buttons, I get my home screen indicating a 100% charge. Has happened twice in the last few days when I greeted the battery power to reduce to 5%. My question is - this problem occurs when the battery power is authorized to reduce equal to or less than 5% before recharging or is the battery dying and requiring a replacement?

    Without knowing at what age the iPad is, it would be difficult to blame it on the battery dying. I never let my battery get too low before I reload them iOS devices. In fact, I put my Air 2 iPad and iPhone 5s on the charger all night in order to get a full charge overnight. I use the iPad all day at work, so I need to reload or to take the charger and cable with me, I prefer not to do. I prefer to load the day after.

    Why don't experiment you a little and do not let the unit run as low. Maybe that load when it gets to 25% left and see if that makes a difference.

    Everyone ran through this?

    OK, so it IS an error checking, which is simply not the same as before. The updated wireless NETWORK card drivers seem to have resolved this particular issue where 9f error checking as a result of one of the broadcom drivers. I crossed the dump and debugged it...

    In this case, it's always a 9f error checking, but it's the driver for power management native in Windows (acpi.sys) which was originally the error checking this time around.

    The fix was to install the Lenovo power management driver. After the verification of error no longer occurs, but Lenovo power management driver offers other errors of startup time. Without going into a long list, it causes delays in reconnection bluetooth keyboards after startup, as well as the player delays the NFC from start (which will be the litter to the event log).

  • After the last updates of windows have problems with start up and now drivers

    Hello

    After the last updates of windows have problems with start up and now drivers. I get an error code 21 when I try to install the drivers AMD apparently missing.

    May 14, last night I had several (automatically) downloaded windows update

    Today, I was unable to boot my computer with Windows - tried the disk check, start checks etc, and eventually had to use System Restore (for help before the critical update to restore).

    Perfection, everything works, but knowing that windows will attempt to redo an automatic update, tried to check online - no one seemed to have a problem and (naivly) thinking I could always do another restore of the system, I rebooted again.

    Same thing worse. Could not do a sys restore either just before restarting or last night. Chose a date earlier (last week) but then lost the USB drivers and pilots display. Downloaded updated but refuses to let my AMD driver install Windows I have a very unpleasant screen... and I must now stop the installation of this update "critical."

    Would appreciate advice how do my installed display driver or whether anyone else has problems following this update

    Hi sgodwin2468,

    Make sure that Acrobat Reader DC is updated Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader.

    If the problem persists, try the solution below.

    The default "save under" Acrobat/Reader DC dialog box is different from the dialogue box you had in earlier versions of Acrobat/Reader, it also allows you to record in the clouds and previous locations that you saved the files. It is possible that when Acrobat/Reader tries to connect to the 'cloud', it runs into problems. You can try to disable this feature to see if this brings your backup in the back of the box: open Acrobat Preferences, then go to the "General" category and uncheck "show the online storage when you save files:

    I have problems to restart of Yosemite, after power failure during the new backup, and now HD is also blocked.

    I tried the holding of 'command-r' and 'option' to see if the problem can be resolved or try any boot from a boot disk, my old backup, USB function start - but after a slow long process it all just stops.

  • Since the update of 9.3.2 I have problems to start my iphone

    I updated my iPhone to ios 9.3.2 6s.

    Since then, I started having trouble when I start the phone.

    When the battery percentage shows something close to 37% or less, I always have trouble when I starts the iPhone after a stop down.

    I started with the iPhone, it starts normally and when the phone boot up completely, it stops immediately.

    I reboot but the battery symbol appears and I have to connect to the grid as it was completely empty.

    After this operation, the phone boots correctly and the battery shows the correct percentage and everything works fine.

    Trying to solve this I have reset the factory conditions and failed to restore the backup image, but nothing has changed. The problem remains.

    I must point out that everything began with the update to the latest ios version (9.3.2)

    If someone knows something about it, please advice.

    Try to download the free 'autonomy' of the App Store app. It will test your battery and let you know if you have a problem with it. Sometimes the hardware problems with an update, sometimes it's just a coincidence.

    Edit: Factory reset you did a full restore of the system like that? If you've done this from the phone itself, it did install a new copy of iOS.

    Since the passage of Win 8.0 to 8.1, my laptop does not respond to the new entry after the closing and reopening of the cover.  As an attempt to circumvent the problem, in Control Panel (Control Panel > hardware and sound > Power Options > System Settings) I selected 'doing nothing' for preferences "when I close the lid.  After having opened the lid, tab browser fail to loa, windows cannot be enabled/disabled and CTRL-ALT-DEL gives no answer (preventing access to even the Task Manager).  The computer must be restarted to continue in force.

    This solution seems to have worked, even if I do not know why the four actions that were "resolved" by the resolution of the problems of power would cause the issue.

  • Toshiba laptop start registry error after manual stop

    original title: Toshiba laptop start registry error after manual stop - HELP!

    Hello, I have a Toshiba laptop with Windows Vista.  Yesterday it froze completely upward and I had to manually close (hold the power button until stop you him) twice.  The second time when I tried to restart the came Toshiba screen, then the screen with the little scroll down bar, and then it went black, waited for a while, then flashes a bluescreen with a written up VERY quickly and cycles back to the Toshiba screen.  This time after the scroll bar it gives me white saying the writing system could not restart, and I want to start normally or startup repair. Follow these steps to try to solve your problems of boot.

    Restore point:

    Try typing F8 at startup and in the list of Boot selections, select Mode safe using ARROW top to go there > and then press ENTER.

    Try a restore of the system once, to choose a Restore Point prior to your problem...

    Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore > choose another time > next > etc.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    If restore work not and you do not have a Vista DVD from Microsoft, do a repair disc to do a Startup Repair:
    Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.
    Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.
    At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.
    When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.
    Link above shows what the process looks like and a manual, it load the repair options.
    NeoSmart containing the content of the Windows Vista DVD 'Recovery Centre', as we refer to him. It cannot be used to install or reinstall Windows Vista, and is just a Windows PE interface to recovering your PC. Technically, we could re-create this installation with downloadable media media freely from Microsoft (namely the Microsoft WAIK, several gigabyte download); but it is pretty darn decent of Microsoft to present Windows users who might not be able to create such a thing on their own.
    Read all the info on the website on how to create and use:
    ISO Burner:http://www.snapfiles.com/get/active-isoburner.html
    It's a very good Vista startup repair disk.
    You can do a system restart tool, system, etc it restore.
    It is NOT a disc of resettlement.
    And the 32-bit is what normally comes on a computer, unless 64-bit.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    Data recovery:

    1. slave of your hard drive in another computer and read/save your data out there.

    2. put your Hard drive in a USB hard drive case, plug it into another computer and read/save from there.

    3 Alternatively, use Knoppix Live CD to recover data:

    http://www.Knopper.NET/Knoppix/index-en.html

    Download/save the file Knoppix Live CD ISO above.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    http://isorecorder.alexfeinman.com/isorecorder.htm
    Download the Vista software from the link above.
    After installing above ISO burning software, right click on the Knoppix ISO file > copy the Image to a CD.
    Knoppix is not installed on your PC; use only the resources of your PC, RAM, graphics etc.
    Change the boot order in YOUR computer/laptop to the CD/DVD Drive 1st in the boot order.
    Plug a Flash Drive/Memory Stick, BOOT with the Live CD, and you should be able to read the hard drive.
    When the desktop loads, you will see at least two drive hard icons on the desktop (one for your hard drive) and one for the USB key.
    Click on the icons of hard drive to open and to understand which drive is which.
    Click the icon for the USB drive and click on "Actions > Change the read/write mode" so you can write to disk (it is read-only by default for security reasons).
    Now to find the files you want to back up, just drag and drop them on the USB. When you're done, shut down the system and remove the USB key.
    See you soon.
    You cannot use the system back restore more than you have Restore Points. The only one
    Another option would be to return the system to its out of the box, as it was when
    you received. So, it would be better reset your e-mail settings and check with
