Problem uninstalling SAM 2003

I'm running it in compatibility mode, because my machine OS is Windows Vista Home and SAM 2003 does not support. Now, when I go to uninstall the program, I get an error in the uninstall of SAM program that says: 'SAM has detected an operating system that is not supported', and it doesn't let me go to uninstall. Is there a way to get around this?

Also, I tried to uninstall by going into my control panel, if that makes a difference.

Thanks for your help.

Windows® XP file Association problems? Copyright 2003 - Doug Knox? his files work?

It is wrong to go all that is your problem.

I have instructions to run the Doug Knox fix as a copy/paste of my notes, I'll never have to type it once again, which means that (at least for the EXE usual file association problem), I like to use, but we don't know what your question is.  In fact, the majority of the stuff I answer here is just a copy and paste, I have fixed some things so many times...

Here's what I have copy and paste about afflicted EXE file associations:

Looks like your Windows file associations have to dispose. This means that XP doesn't know what to do with files by looking at the file extension (.exe for executables)., .doc for MS documents, etc.

If you don't have it you, something done for you - most likely malware.

Go to this site WWW by Doug Knox:

    http://www.dougknox.com/

On the left, click on the Win XP fixes, file Association fixed and read the instructions at the top of the page.

Download the EXE File Association Fix on your desktop, unzip the file and apply it by following the instructions at the top of the page, then to restart and test.

Run the following scans for malware, and then fix any problems:

Download, install, update and do a full scan with these free malware detection programs:

    Malwarebytes (MMFA): http://malwarebytes.org/
    SUPERAntiSpyware: (SAS): http://www.superantispyware.com/

They can be uninstalled later if you wish.

  • problem uninstalling PlayItAll media player.

I am running XP pro SP3, on computer laptop lenovo.  Drive multimedia PlayItAll appeared on my desk one day.  Absolutely DAFT (don't ask why).  Uninstalling apparently caused most of the files to be tagged with the .lnk extension and now my computer does not recognize any file with a .exe extension. ? ! ?

I rebooted in safe mode and restored and it worked, but "playitall mp" is back as my default player and will not change what it is less.  Uninstalled again with extra care and... Same result.  But now, some of my restore points disappeared. One of the two worked on the left, but guess who's back?   Whence "playitall mp"?  And how can I get rid of it safely?

PS: I have not all google apps.  I mention that, due to similar problems, some had some Google stuff.  I noticed that most of them were PlayItAll mp also.  Is there a link?

    Hello

Check the status of the device in Device Manager. Follow the steps for the same thing:

    a. click on start

    b. click Run, in the Run dialog box type devmgmt.msc

    c. in the Device Manager window, locate the USB key and expand the drive, double-click the sub element to check if an error message or error code is listed.

If there is no error message highlight Bus USB controllers and then click Action select check for material changes.

  • problem with windows 2003 vpn servers. and xp pro clients vpn using bridge nic

I have installed 2 guests windows 2003 on 2 laptops. both are configured with 1 CC of backend and frontend 1 nat/vpn server that has 2 interfaces, a bridge and one configured for host only.

I configure nat on both servers windows 2003 rras and vpn services and have them connected to my local network. they are able to access internet, ping between them and other computers on the network, as well as the host systems on which they run.

the problem is that I am not able to connect to the vpn servers remotely from inside a guest virtual machine. I wanted to try a vpn site-to site between the guests 2 windows 2003, but the operation failed.

I then tested customer to type of a guest virtual computer pro xp vpn server. It is also a failure.

but I discovered that if I initiate a VPN from any one of the host computer system laptop or another computer on the physical network I am able to connect to the vpn servers I have set up.

I wish I could have these laptops to operate normally and

time to time be able to turn on virtual machines with vpn

servers and test as dfs things and replication active directory as if

they were running 2 separate real-world offices. the two laptops have invited Setup for 192.168.0.0 networks with subnet mask 255.255.255.192. each host that it supposed to be running a 1 subnet for the popular virtual machine with the servers vpn/nat connect together the 2 sites.

laptop computers are running xp pro and vista ultimate as the host systems. I'm only using the windows firewall but also tested with them disabled vpn connections. also launches the service ipsec on laptops to secure internal lan traffic, I have also tested with two guests with disabled ipsec.

is there something I'm missing here with the installation of the vmware bridge network?

Oh I forgot to mention, I test using pptp and ms-chap v2

I managed to do work by unchecking the tcp/ip settings and the microsoft file sharing on the bridged NIC resaeau.

now it works very well but who explain to me why it cannot work when you are using the same network as the host card. they all have two different ip addresses and mac addresses. but something seems to be in conflict

  • CS6 problem Uninstalling - does not appear on "programs and features".

.. or any other program uninstaller.

I could have tried remove manually, but the trial version installed clean - I could never use CS6.

I tried to uninstall programs and features, he said something along the lines of "sorry, we can not uninstall, but you want to remove this program from the list?" and I clicked Yes.

So now, I can not install Photoshop CS6 on my PC (windows 7 x 64) which is quite boring and sad for me.

There seems to be no solution to my problem, no uninstall program shows CS6 on its list, there are uninstall in program folder either.

It seems that I have scattered pieces of Photoshop all over my Pc and now I can't install it again (ever).

I don't know if deleting the files from registry would do, and even then, I don't know how.

I would be grateful if someone could help it, there seems to be other people with the same problem.

  • Problem uninstalling OBIEE 11 g

I'm on Windows Vista Ultimate 64 with a single instance of machine. I have installed 11g database and I have made several attempts to install OBIEE 11 g, but run into problems.

On first installation try to install the very much hung up on the creation of a domain. In researching the issue, I stumbled on this post:

Re: OBIEE install fails when creating a domain

where the last msg in this thread indicted the problem was I had an 'underscore' in my house BI name. I then canceled the installation and I tried to do a deinstall. Unfortunately I did not fully understand the procedure to uninstall and I only used the option Uninstall Oracle Home and did not have an extra step to Uninstall ASInstances handled by WebLogic domain. I deleted manually then the entire file BI home directory when I was.

I then tried to make another installation using a BI home directory that had no underscore in its name. This facility is no longer as he hung on the creation of the field also. I cancelled it and tried to do a deinstall following the manual with more precision, from the option for Uninstall ASInstances managed by WebLogic domain. Unfortunately, when I do and I'm invited to the connection on the Weblogic domain details screen information ' ' I get the error:

INST-07242-unable to connect to the Administration Middleware server

Although the connection info, I add are correct. The error tells me to make sure that the management server is in place. Then I went to Windows Services and start the service called Oracle WebLogic NodeManager which I guess is correct. I then try again to uninstall step and I get the same error.

I found this related post where the poster had the same problem but no final solution was indicated, and I know that the issue is not that I use the wrong password.

urgent need to installed and uninstaling OBIEE 11 g

In the end, I want to just erase what I've done and do a fresh install of OBIEE 11 g. But I can't take this error.

Can anyone provide some tips on this? Thank you
