Problem updating my software blackBerry Smartphones

I currently own a Blackberyy Bold 9000. I have a problem, upgrade my blackberry version 4.6 to 5.0 software. When I try to upgrade, it tells me that I have enough space (missing 21Mo), as shown on this picture http://img42.imageshack.us/i/26864228.png/ . This is not normal, because I have bearly applications (Blackberry Messenger, MSN Messenger, Twitter and Facebook and that's all). In addition to this, I have a 16 GB memory card. Can someone help me please?

Unfortunately, it really does not offer much help (btw... your SD card is not relevant... only the Application memory is relevant). You might do better with this process:

From a PC, you can install any bundle of BONES to a BB via this procedure:

Note that although written for "reload", it can be used to upgrade, downgrade, or recharge - it depends on the OS package you download and install on your PC. You can even use a different OS package carriers simply insert, between steps 1 and 2, the deletion, on your PC, a file named PROVIDER. XML. remember that you remove from your PC, no matter what other packages devices OS BB as having more than one installed on the PC can cause conflicts with this procedure.

    Whits, this is a known bug with this operating system, but this is a temporary solution (until the Vodafone UK updated again)-add a password to your device, and then when low buttons affected, will not unlock the phone.  It will unlock only when you put your password.  If you make your password quick and easy to enter, this should not create too many problems (and it will give the added advantage of not giving friends access to your phone when you do not want that they can access).

    Follow the instructions here to download and install the OS manually.  The operating system for download may be differenct carrier as yours, but it does not matter whence downloading.   Just follow the instructions exactly.

    Steps I took to get my system working again.

    -While the installation worked, I selected "forget device" in the menu of the device.

    -Done a complete uninstall of the software of Office BB, including user settings. (A reboot is necessary)

    -Download a new copy of BB 7.1 desktop software.

    -Installed software, reconfigured synchronization Organizer and everything works fine now.

    • See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

    Follow this procedure to resolve this

    Cause

    An update of the BlackBerry Desktop Software could not remove the folder of C:\Program Research In Motion\BlackBerry\Connectors connectors. As a result, older applications Microsoft Outlook have been recorded with BlackBerry Desktop Software.

    Resolution

    To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

    1. Check that the connectors folder is present in the following folder:

      C:\Program search in Outlook Connector Motion\BlackBerry\Connectors\MS

    2. If the connectors folder is present, perform the tasks listed below.

    Task 1 - remove the existing Microsoft Outlook Connector ilxolkCompanion.fil

    1. Open a command prompt.
    2. Navigate to the following folder:

    3. Type regsvr32-u ilxolkCompanion.fil.

    HIII everybody... I use bb9320curve with os 7.1, until a few days back everything worked well, in my opinion if it was my friends or community mailer. Then due to several reasons, I disabled my internet connection for a week, now, even once, I enabled the internet, I received a message that in 20 minutes I start receiving my notifications by e-mail, but nothing happened. I have not received all messages on my phone (but a lot through my Inbox in regular line).  I tried to reboot, perform a hard reboot by removing the battery while on and so far nothing has worked. Then I get notifications only when I receive by email from the community forum of bb not other e-mails that are my friends, I know it sounds crazy, but that's what happens. Can anyone suggest me the solution.

    Re-register your phone on the network.  From your home screen, follow the Options > device > advanced system settings > host Routing Table >(Menu Key) > register now.  Try to access your network again after following these instructions.

    Hello I'm a newbie here, but have some problems with BB Bold 9900 updated.

    During the update alls datas were recorded as usual during restart the BB there's an error to come, means that BB lost its operating system. I used the tips here and somwhere else to restore successfully. Unfortunately the data stored during the update process have not restored, even if the file already exists on my PC.

    The file is called LoaderBackup-(2013-09-26) .bbb - so almost similar to the usual backup file.

    Ho do I restore the data now?
