• IMac is not able to share multimedia files with multiple users on the same computer.

  We just bought a new IMac that we were very excited.  We have phones Apple and iPads, replacement and ten year with a new Mac old PC made since.

  Now, the trouble begins. For more than ten years Windows had several usernames on the same machine and have been able to have a shared folder only for music, pictures and video that my iTunes program and others could acsess and share from several user names. This kept all in one place for new photos families by me or my wife and our 30 gigabytes of music that comes from our CDs was available at bolt of us. Now in train to implement on IMac should be easy but is impossible.  after transferring the music to my login information, it cannot acsess all files on my login. I am not even able to share or provide his acsess. I can move the iTunes folder to my shared folder. She can get acsess now but iTunes says that the library file is locked. I worked with care from Apple on the phone for that sold, but they believe it will not be possible without creating two copies of the 30 gigabytes of music for each of us. who would take more hard drive when it failed too.  Sharing is not any help. These files were before iTunes. I'm not pay 30 dollars a month to store in icloudcor use a google reader slow to the Internet connection when everything's fine here. Apparently Applow programmers do not believe in sharing of multimedia files between two users on the same device, even if a PC does that very well. My choice here is so far have duplicates of all the photos, music and videos loaded on the disc for me and my wife, charge all the media for an external hard drive which for some reason any all Apple programs will share, or return the mac to another PC that will be able to make several connections with sharing music and photos. Apple if you are reading this you are 10 years behind on that. Not everyone is born in the last five years and bought their music on iTunes to be able to use home sharing. Home sharing cannot help this. your applications should be able to be told to use the media files shared without import copies to readers of the user. I am very disappointed. Someone else has any ideas for that?  I have pictures, not iPhoto. I have a week more to be able to return it. I'm not interested in making a fake account that is always connected to share or maintaining of me constantly connected. It should have been easy, I had to be happy to play with new software.

  (2) I also realized that this may be a problem with associating extensions with non-64-bit programs and seems to be a non-issue if trying to associate with a 64-bit program... go figure.

  The program you are pointing to is not saved correctly.
  In regedit: go to Computer\HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Applications and find your .exe name.
  Sail under its name of shell > open > order. In the default change its location to the actual location of the executable file, press OK and then try and reassociate the file type as you normally would.
  Let me know if this doesn't seem to work.

I designed a HTML and CSS + Javascript Web site and I want to convert in application of BB via BlackBerry WebWorks packer. Applications well Gryson is fine but I have the problem with signature keys. I filled out the form for the keys, all is made well and RIM me has sent back the RBB, CPR, csi RRT files. Now, I typed in the command prompt: java-jar \client-RBB-***.csi SignatureTool [path] and he asked me to give a password for Key.I private did and then I registered it. Everything that does well also. The problem now is when I'm trying to do the same for the CPR and he wonder pine and Private Key Password.I entered them correctly and he said that I supplied a bad password. Where is the problem? I did something wrong?

• Problem with Windows Media Player: "Server execution failed" and "files needed to display video are not installed or do not work properly.

  I have a problem with Windows Media Player on laptop Lenovo G780. My laptop is under warranty (bought a month ago), but technical support Lenovo told me that the Windows Media Player program is not covered by the warranty.

  And this is a problem:

  When I click on Windows Media Player - to about 0.1 sec I see it opens and closes the window and nothing happens.

  When I select a mp3 or wmv file and right-click with the option open with Windows Media Player - I get a message: "Server execution failed" - I checked that all services with 'Media' in the name are running.

  When I select a mp3 or wmv file and right-click with the open option with Windows Media Center - Windows Media Center opens with the message: "the files needed to display video are not installed or do not work properly.

  When I select a file mp3 or wmv and right-click with option open with Windows Movie Maker life - see the video

  I tried to turn / WMP and WMC - did not help
  Tried to run as administrator - did not help
  I don't see something suspicious under events

  What can I do else?

  I had the same problem and then by chance, I tried a video on YouTube and it worked for me. Here's how I went on this issue and solved my problem:

  1. go to the computer, then OS (C).
  2. you will need to open Program Files (x 86) and Program Files.
  3. go to Windows Media Player in Program Files (x 86) and open the folder.  Then, remove the wmplayer file.  You may need to work around the error TrustedInstaller.  I'll tell you that, in a moment.
  4. in Program Files, go to the same folder for Windows Media Player and select the same file again. Wmplayer.  Copy the file in another window open.  Copy ensures that if the question comes up again you can at least try to fix it again.
  This should be the end of your problem.  If you need to circumvent the TrustedInstaller question is how:
  1. right click on wmplayer and select Properties > Security > advanced > owner > Edit > other users and groups.
  2. Enter your username and then click on check names.  Click OK.
  3. close the dialog boxes as he has requested.
  4. open again the properties and click Security.  Select your username from the list and click on edit.  From there, select full control.
  This should give you full control over the removal of the original file for WMP and easily allow you to copy the other files (x 86) programs.

• Outlook Express put in place problems with AT & T U-verse

  I have IE8 and use Outlook Express.  Try to configure Outlook Express as my Mail Server in AT & T 'U-verse Pro' internet service.  The settings provided by U-verse in Outlook Express accounts and Options do not work (I'm guessing that some of the problem lies in our ports specified by AT & T for the sending and receiving).  Tried all kinds of variations of the parameters proposed in several forums.  I can only receive email, but not send with the current settings; find settings to send e-mail but then could not receive.  AT & T printed literature, personal sales and the 1st layer Support using Outlook Express say is possible, even if the company is recommended to use their Web mail.  I'm about to give up, so please help with a solution.

  I notice that when I use the Internet Connection Wizard in Outlook Express, the fields specifying that the I.D. of mail server incoming (POP3) is found in the column where I expect to find an account name in the e-mails received.  Current settings, my list of downloaded emails shows "inbound.att.net" in the column account where I expect to see "Paul Mail".

  FYI: Internet Explorer has nothing to do with access to accounts via Outlook Express POP3.

• Problem with the conversion of Midlet (jad/jar) cod file (Jasymca 2.0)

It's quite impressive... able to make the symbolic math and math matrix among others. The ultimate calculator for a PDA... and the best I could find out there.

  The only problem is that it is written in J2ME as a MIDLET and the runtime is stored as a combination of jad/jar. Now, I tried the standard conversion using the CAP as follows...

  Hi, I have finally got myself a MAC with a grunt to replace my PC and installed first Pro CC of the cloud on the Mac.

  I copied the files on my PC, but when I try to open the first Pro CC (*.prproj files) I get the following error:

  "This project has been saved in a newer version of Adobe Premiere Pro and cannot be opened in this version"

  I don't understand, like the MAC and PC versions of first Pro CC have been downloaded from the cloud to Adobe.

• problem with CF 9 to reduce uploaded a PDF file in an Oracle 11 g db as BLOB

  We have a Coldfusion application that lets users submit a form to us and attach a PDF file.  The data is written to an Oracle database and PDF is convereted in a BLOB using cffile action and a cfquery (code below), we applied the latest patch CF 9 when it came out in February 2013, and we have improved our database Oracle 11.2.0.1 to 11.2.03 beginning of March; at the same time, we moved to a Parallels Virtuozzo Containers virtual server for a VMWare virtual server.  Operating system on the database server is Windows 2008, on the web server, it is Windows 2003 R2.

  Some time after the passage of Oracle & update, we noticed that many PDFs being presented through the web application are being corrupt.  The message from Adobe Acrobat only said: ' there was an error opening this document.  The file is damaged and cannot be repaired. »

  What I did to try to debug this:

  Check the size of my BLOB on Oracle - the maximum size is 119 TB and PDF files are usually less than 200 KB, then there should be pleanty of room for them.

  Updated the maximum size of post data to 500 000 MB and the memory of gas demand to 750,000.  The patch of February had developed these smaller numbers, but making them bigger has not fixed the problem.

  Looked at various CF newspapers, there is nothing to be reported as an error on the presentation of the data, or when the link that gets the PDF of Oracle and displays it.

  The code to write the PDF file in a temp on my Web server - I'm able to see if the problem occurs somewhere between write it to the Web server, inserting in Oracle as a BLOB and recovering in the database.

  Looked at the BLOB field in Oracle table using PL/SQL Developer (an application to work with Oracle tables WYSIWYG).  I see that there is data in BLOBs that are not displayed on the web, so at least I know that something is getting into Oracle, but I do not know if it is corrupted in the table.

  I don't know what to do about the problem.  Any help would be appreciated.  Here is the code used to send the PDF file and the code to see.

  Double check your setting CF data source it is a checkbox to activate the Blobs for most types of DB, Oracle not sure however offshore off the top of my head. If the box is not checked then it can truncate the data leading to corrupted files.

• Problem with the rule while the data is loading files

  I'm having a problem trying to load data to an application that uses rules files. Load data files were from another application using the DATAEXPORT. I have two files for each entity. One is for the current year and one for next year. The source and target applications are different, so I do all the mapping using rule files.
  
  The data of the current year file contains data for CurrMonth:Dec & CurrYear. The following year data file contains data for Jan: Dec and the next. I made rules for each entity files load data into the application and has made the mapping when creating these rules files using set 12 months.
  
  The problem that I am facing is that I'm able to correctly load the following year in the target application, my rules file is the right month for each column mapping. But for the year underway, I have just 2 columns of data (whereas & CurrMonth = Nov) and so when I'm trying to load the data file using the rules file, it is to map the November and December months like January and February and charging at these months of FY11, which is false.
  
  I don't know how to solve this problem. The current year data file it will always change in terms of months then how can I modify the rules that he recognizes that the months are coming in and where to put the data.
  
  Please let me know your suggestions. Any help will be appreciated.

  We have faced a similar issue and we were able to solve it by sticking to these months dimension members (& currmonth: dec) and generate the header
  The export file created when paste us the dimension names in front of months on the export file
  Suppose that your export file is currmonth.txt and she Nov and Dec
  first line of your export file should look like this
  'Version' 'Year' 'Scenario' "XYZ" "123" "ABC" "Account", "Nov", "Dec".
  We have created a batch file to add this to the original export file, it looks like this
  Paste d "\0" Header.txt "D:\Hyperion\products\Essbase\EssbaseServer\app\xyz\123\currmonth.txt" > "D:\Hyperion\products\Essbase\EssbaseServer\app\xyz\121\currmonthchange.txt".

  Header.txt is a text file that it contains ("Version" "Year" "Scénario" "XYZ" "123" "ABC" "count")

  change your rules file so that it generates the header in your source (currmonthchange.txt)

  rulefile--> the properties of data source--> header--> data records source header--> recording containing the names of data filed charge (set 1)

• Problem with background since the change of head.php file

  Hey everyone, I urgently need help with a small problem I have on my site.

  Today, I spotted on my Web site www.elaundry.com.au that my logo had a link to this topic. I could not find where to change it in the backend of the site so downloaded the file head.php from my server, open in dreamweaver and added a < a href > < /a > tag around the image of the logo in this file. When uploading to the server, it has deleted black background which crosses the site completely. I really need restore it to black as soon as possible. Anyone know the problem? I don't change any php just added to it.

  I have since deleted the < a > < /a > to head.php to see if it suits it, but there was no joy!
