• Problems with 'Connection to the Site target' where is the log file?

  I am VSphere replication deployment to 2 VCenter servers with 1 Center Server in a lab environment. I successfully deployed and saved VRM devices to both VCenter servers. I also installed the SRM agent on the same VCenters servers as well. Both plugins are appearing in both VCenter servers. When I try to connect to the site target either VCenter, I get the following error below after I click 'OK '. What log file should I look at to determine my problem?

  

  I solved this problem today.

  I had the two configuration of VCenter servers for both use TCP 8080 for HTTP traffic, I have uninstalled/reinstalled VCenter at both ends. I accepted the default 80 TCP HTTP this time and I was able to connect to my remote / targeted VCenter in the connections section.

  What is strange, is that the VRM devices said they used TCP 8080 to save the VRM instance/database on the Service Platform controller (VCenter) and recorded everything very well. I was able to perform very well with configured TCP 8080 local replication.

  My company has sometimes display TCP 80 a vulnerability and try to use other ports where possible.

  My essbase cube is used to be the source of OBIEE data. Now, I can not connect to the service of the administration of essbase, but the POET can read data in the essbase cube.

  I try to configure DB Oracle 11g network for duplication of the DB and respectively for DATA GUARD and I face the problem with the network of the DB. I can't realize the basic problem. The problem is that after I connect to the DB with the name of the network service, I can't do anything. I get ORA-01034: ORACLE is not available

  You must download and install the driver for your network card.  It is best to get it fron the computer manufacturers web site.  You will have to get on another computer and copy it to a Flash DRIVE or a CD to run on your.

  I have trouble to configure my EA 4500 as an FTP server.

  I followed all the instructions according to the manual, but cannot access the USB I connected tot the EA4500 of the internet.

  When I try to connect my own network, everything works fine.

  The configuration I have at home is as follows:

  Cable modem ISP--> EA4500--> all computers.

  As said, I use the EA 4500 as an FTP server.

  If I install an FTP server on one of the computers on my home network and transfer the correct port on the EA4500 for this PC everything works fine and I have access to the internet. Unfortunately, it won't work when using the USB plugged into the EA4500...

  When you go to the EA4500 configuration page, have you enabled the FTP server function?

  When I set mine up, I have was go the section when you set up the USB (shares, etc.) and turned on FTP.

  In the security of the router Security tab, I uncheck the 'Block anonymous Internet requests.

  I do know for sure that you have to uncheck this box, but I always turned off this box, just out of habit when setting up a llinksys router.

  In any case, this is what I did and it worked fine.

  The only other thing I can think is... Your modem is perhaps a nat router. And you have the EA4500 operating on a different subnet. And your modem may possibly be block it.

  What is the brand and model of your modem.

  When I was trying open the jsf/jsp page after the deployment of adf application in glassfish server, it opens with the page source code rather than design. and it is showing the message as

  You must ensure that your page is processed by the engine JSF/Facelets.

  I am trying to connect to SQL Server with the new version. I have the jtds 1.3 installed and get the configuration of SQL Server tab, but once more to get the infamous SSO error trying to connect:

  Discovered this problem (thanks to Jeff Smith!). I had a 32-bit DLL in the path that are in conflict with the 64 bit one. Once I deleted all of the extra 32-bit versions, the SSO authentication works.

  I have problems connecting to a Shared PDF review hosted by our Teamspace server when you use Acrobat Pro XI in the MAC environment.  I see this error message in the status of the server.

  "Error: could not get new comments." Acrobat cannot access the network. Please check your computer's network connection and try again".

  I also have Acrobat X Pro under Windows in VM Ware installed on the same Mac and it connects fine.

  Can someone help me with a few setting changes on the MAC side that will allow me to connect to our server Teamspace?

  Sorry, we use an internal server. The problem occurs usually when there is an update on the server. Sorry, not sure if this is useful.

  I use the customer Oracle 11g and ODAC 11.2 Release 3, windows 7 and VS 2010. Durning a few days I can not connect to oracle because of error database: "OCIEnvCreate failed with return code-1, but the text of the error message was not available.
  I checked the case with privileges, and that's ok. In the end, I reinstalled VS and oracle client, but it did not help.
  I have no idea what is wrong: () thanks for any advice.

  For now, go ahead and rename it. Since SYSTEM32 is on the path, the dll may be getting picked up rather than the version 11.2.
