problem with genuine microsoft software

When I have once again updated my pc as it recommended I did it more than once.
But this time it downloaded "authentic microsoft software" which I did not need. Due to which my walpaper turned as black screen & its also give me a message--"you might be a victim of software counterfeiting" sound also saying to save a file in full download.
Should WHT I do to uninstall it.

Please post here after picking from Vista or XP:

It's because you have an OEM product key and this site is for retail product keys.

You must contact the manufacturer (the manufacturer of the computer) for a recovery/installation media defined for your computer which they sold you as a whole unit (included OS.)

  • genuine Microsoft software?

    Hi all!

I have a big problem with the validation of Windows XP Professional. I bought IBM x 24 with Windows preinstalled in 2003. Some time later, asked me to pass the online validation process. I did and it turned out that my copy of Windows is not genuine. Since then, I have the black screen. But I don't understand how it can be. COA on the machine seems authentic, and it came with the IBM software pre-installed. The company who sold me computer does not exist anymore. A few thoughts:

As much as I know in Windows activation prosess the 25-character security code is associated with the material. In this case it is more possible to reinstall the same copy of Windows on another computer. The only thing I do not know: when you buy a brand new PC if you needed to activate Windows yourself or it is already activated? If it is already activated on all computers before they left factory then how it is possible that my copy of Windows is not genuine? I wonder what the company (computer, or their employees store) should remove true counterfeid of Windows and install? They cannot use my product key on another computer in any case. My computer was brand new but already out of the box when I bought it.

Microsoft offers the Windows product key update tool. It will help in this case?

Thank you very much for the help.

Unfortunately, your product key for this installation of Windows XP Professional is one who has never issued by MS - it was created by KeyGen program a computer hacker.

You IBM ThinkPad seems to have had a non-genuine, reinstalled XP version probably by a techie misplaced or lazy.
The machine is very old, it is likely that the Lenovo (IBM took over the brand) will have remaining recovery disks available for resettlement.
For which version and edition of Windows is the laptop under license, according to the COA sticker on the case?
If it is XP Professional, you can be lucky and be able to use the tool to update key product to correct the problem - but if not, you will need to find an appropriate disk and do a full reinstall of that after saving your data to external media.

Sorry for the bad news, but HP does not update the BIOS of your PC for Windows-10.

They planned them to Win8.1, and you should have to do the upgrades at the time, BEFORE you upgraded to Win10.

The HP BIOS upgrades are OS-specific version, so now that you have upgraded, you can no longer run these.

  • Problem with the Microsoft Lifecam VX-1000

I have problems with the video quality of the webcam, it is very slow with the delayed and blurry motion. The problem seems to be that on the window of parameters of that bandwidth usb is at least (1) and will not be changed.

I managed to operate only once by trial and error and plug the cam into a different usb port and the cam worked correctly with a fast refresh picture, also the usb bandwidth went up to 6.

I downloaded the latest version of the software for this cam but the problem persists, it seems very unstable and crashes easily. I use vista family premium fully updated and all the rest works fine.

Someone at - it ideas of what could be the cause?

    Thank you

    Hello

Thanks for your reply, I found that the USB bandwidth seems to be limited on the 1 port, which is part of a panel of memory on my pc card reader. I now use one of the USB ports on the main case for the cam and the bandwidth is only showing 6 and giving a normal pace.

Also changed the ring on cam for a sharper image.

I use the latest version of the CAM software and video card drivers.

After watching in msconfig I found that she was set to selective startup, which i have now changed start normal, although this does not seem to have changed anything, everything works ok as before.

    Thanks for your help.

  • Problem with LINK blackBerry software

So today, I went to try to sync some songs on my phone via Itunes, I plug my phone into the computer as usual and start link only to find out that my phone and link won't talk to eachother. I tried to uninstall the link and re install, I got error 1376, I followed the instructions to fix this problem and nothing has worked, I still also have Desktop Manager 7.1 on my laptop, will not uninstall either. I thought that maybe there was a problem with my phone so I reset which and there has been no change. I plugged my phone on my wifes computer and everything worked the way it's supposed to.

My question is how Devil can I get rid of the two programs above when nothing of what has been recommended before does not work, there is no problems with the registry on my computer files. my laptop is running a 32-bit version of windows 7. I'm definitely at my wits end with this, and it's starting to make me reconsider what phone I'll go with when I update in a few years. I've never had a problem with the blackberry programs before, so it's extremely disappointing.
