Problem with headset and speed dial combination blackBerry Smartphones

My headset is a Bluetooth de Motorola 500. I can dial numbers on my speed dial list manually and via voice command and the headset works fine.  When I dial the same number to a speed dial I hear the dial unfold the headset turns off and I hear everything through the phone.  If I hang up and call another call, the headset is very good.  Verizon has replaced the phone thinking it was a hardware problem, but no change.  Did I miss a setting somewhere?

In addition, since activating the new phone, the indicator message indicates 1 new message, but I have been through all the email and SMS accounts and cannot find anything unread.  Thoughts?

If Verizon replaced the phone and you still get problems, there are two potential problems that create this problem:

  1. Your phone is not properly the pairing with the headset.  Once Verizon updated their operating system (OS), this can be resolved as bluetooth was supposed to be improved in later operating systems.
  2. Your helmet is simply not fully compatible with the phone.  I used a Motorola H680 headset and a BlackBerry HS655 + with my Storm and had no problems.

My best guess?  It's probably a combination of 1 and 2 and I'm sure that's all just a related software.  My only suggestion at this point is to wait for Verizon update the operating system for your phone, or you might try an upgrade to another carrier if you wish.  Let us know if you need help with this, but be aware that Verizon doesn't have to endure phones running operating systems that they do not officially support (you can go back if necessary).

Now regarding your second question, so is the message indicator an indicator of normal message?  If so, start by going to your Inbox main and made scroll down through the list of all messages to see if he is here... it could be a PIN message, or something similar.  It could also be a message to the call log.  Go to the phone application (press the green phone button), then to top at the top, click way to call log button.  You may very well have a failure called message it.  In addition, my next suggestion would be to simply try a battery pull.  While the phone is turned on, remove the battery for 15-30 seconds before reinserting.  Wait for the phone to reboot (~ 5 minutes) and then see if he disappeared.

    On your home screen, press the menu button and click on "show all icons.

    Also did you have fun with your service or maybe someone has made books.

    If the show that all the icons method does not work, consult the service books. Access the options on the screen and type "in-home service"... .service books will display on your screen and see if something is a miss.

    Or just registering on host routing table in the menu options... This will re - send service books. It is said once out of sent message to save options. Then do a battery pull.

    No, unfortunately not. The good news is that behavior passed back during one of the last nights. I wonder the next morning, as I tried to load and restart, it was still on. Great, but I have no idea why. My battery log shows the undesirable behaviors until the end of the evening, and I swear to you I've changed nothing at this time. Mysterious.

    Hi everyone, yesterday I tried to download an update of maintenance with docs to go. Its partial failure with a 500 internal server error. The included version provided is said now, it cannot work. When I did a reset all three icons disappeared although wheb I try the download again its saying a previous version is still there.     If it's the native docs to go provided with your unit.  Simply download your software approved carrier and reinstall just the Docs to Go application.  After the return if you do not know how.

    I try to organize my main screen to make that less cluttered. I created a new folder to store some of my apps in and called "Social Networking". I then he assigned an icon.   • BlackBerry Z10 Z10, problem with Gmail and BIS

    I just got a new Z10 and had all configured to discover that my primary e-mail service, Gmail, does not work if the only internet access is through the Blackberry Internet Service (BIS).

    When I configured first, I got Wi - Fi active (other than BIS, I don't have a data plan as my main focus is email). As it was my 3 services e-mail (Gmail, Hotmail and my prived ISP service) all the connected without problem. It was only after I turned off WiFi that I discovered that while my other two services work fine, my Gmail account has become "not connected".

    I tried everything I could think of, including delete my Gmail account, do a reboot cold and then try setting up the account to new as well as doing a reset complete, I could start over again. All to nothing does not. Only if the WiFi is on what can I cannect to Gmail and that doesn't help me if I don't have a Wi - Fi service.

    Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I might try?

    You may be right about Gmail not supporting ActiveSync, but on the device the Z10 was supposed to replace (Torch 9860 running os 7.1.0) no problem with Gmail and BIS, so there must be something unique about BB10 on the Z10.

    BIS is not used on BB10. BB10 access directly servers of e-mail now.

    Have you tried to configure gmail so that the signal from the carrier and not on wifi?

    I want to create a film based on shots from my personal camera. I started to work with IMovie to create a sequence of opening and added his musical band. I exported the scenes in Quick Time format without any problem. However, when I merge the exported sequence of I film with shots of my video camera, the soundtrack is completely eliminated.

    I checked on the Internet and saw that there might be a problem of "Codecs". To avoid this, I exported the sequence IMovie with Codecs of same as one of my video camera files.

    Now, if I compare the files exported from I Movie and those of my video camera, they have identical characteristics. However, the soundtrack will always disappear when I merge them.

    Could someone please help me solve this problem?

    Everything is up-to-date (flash, FF, my plug ins.) but I get crashes when loading the video. I can hear the sound but I see only the first frame of the video.

    I had the same problem, I uninstalled the plugin Flash player (Adobe Flash Player 11.0.1 152) and the problem is solved. I installed the plug-in again and the problem came back. So right now I have no flas Player liked-in, but I don't have too much problem. I hope that I will not find another problem, but it seems that everything is OK.
