Problem with HP Premium Digital Headset (XA490AA)

Hi, I bought very recently (a week back) a HP Premium Digital Headset (XA490AA) and it seems to work perfectly and has a great sound, but he had a problem. The right side of the headset, for no reason, will stop working then start working. For example, I'll use my computer for maybe a few hours to a full day, and then the right side will stop working. Then he started working as if by magic somehow.

I remember the first day I bought it, there was a bit of a problem of balance. For some reason, kept her moving completely to the right, leaving the soft left.

I have it plugged into different USB ports, but the problem persists.

I search online and it seems that so far I'm the only one having this problem, and I would rather go back to where I bought it if I can solve the problem.

I got a Logitech USB Headset, prior to that, and it worked fine.

I use Windows 7 x 64 on a HP Pavilion Slimline.

You did a great job of explaining your problem!  However, my search proved unsuccessful, too.  I guess that you are alone in this. Which tells me, is that there must be a problem with the headphones.  If it was one of the USB 2.0 ports, they would work in one of the other.  If there was a problem with the operating system, probably someone else would be to have a kind of problem; may not be the same as yours.

You said that you do not want to go back to the dealer, but this may be your only choice.  If a new pair did the same thing, you know that the problem is in your system.  Please let us know if you get a new pair and how they work.  Just use this thread.

  • compatibility problem with LG HBS730 bluetooth headset

    I am running Win 7 on my desktop computer that has a generic Bluetooth dongle. The system sees the LG HBS730 and install the drivers.

    As soon as it is finished, it goes to the 'blue screen of death '.

    It would have been really helpful for us if you had mentioned a couple
    things like:

    1. What is the brand and model of your computer?

    2. What did the dump file of the BSOD say what the contents of the file: "c:/windows/minidump" which records why the PC crashed?

    Nevertheless, here are some steps we can try:
     
    Step 1: Remove/uninstall/delete (NOT disable!) all Bluetooth objects of the
    installed the software and the Device Manager again.  Reboot - only-
    After that everything is removed, since it should try to reinstall on reboot.
    Step 2: Allow the Microsoft drivers install.  Reboot only if necessary.
    Step 3: Test with your latest drivers (downloaded from your manufacturing
    Web site of the manufacturer).  If this does not work, you can go back to
    step 1 and start again, but it is preferable to use the drivers from the manufacturer in this case
    If it works.
    3.1 - installation of the factory drivers.
    3.2 - if requested reboot.

    I just bought my son the above headphones for pc and there is only one problem that the sound does not come from both sides of the helmet.  If you move the microphone to switch L to R then its moves on the other side never both.  If we look on pc it displays 100 L and R, but the sound tests have sound on one side only you can help or to return these shop?

    If the sound level is 100, and if you go to playback devices, right click on the sound icon, you must have the helmet that there are listed.

    As request for Pfizer, Member of the support group I assists the user with software related issues. For now, I'm stuck with the following text:

    A user has Adobe 9 Pro installed on his machine to Windows 8. Whenever he wants to sign a document with a reason, there getting following error message:

    Creation of this signature could not be completed.

    Unknown error

    Technical support information: CDSHandler-619

    Click OK and try to sign in again, it works, and the document is signed. We have re-created the signature and deleted all the old signatures of its system. The problem persists.

    The issue is underway, since the user migrated from Windows XP to Windows 8. We have tested the following:

    1 establishment of the document .pdf by another user using Adobe 9 Pro or Pro XI

    2 creation of document .pdf by user using Adobe 9 Pro

    In the second case, when a Word document is saved as a .pdf document, the signature is placed directly. The error occurs in all other cases (.pdf document Word in Adobe using Adobe Pro 9 or creation in Adobe 11) and the second attempt is successful.

    I have a date value remove Adobe 9 Pro for system users and install Pro XI, but want to make sure I'm not missing something.

    What can be the problem and how can it be solved? Thanks a lot for your comments.

    Acrobat 9 was never certified for Win8 and it is no longer supported. So, if there is a problem it the only recourse is updated Acrobat to a supported version (I would advocate for Acrobat DC).

    I put t know what said you, but eventually the software webcam is not 100% compatible with Vista.
    You should know that the BSOD appears if there is a serious hardware problem or software. I don t think that this problem was caused by a hardware issue and so there is only one possibility; software compatibility issues.

    In case you I would update the Vista of the State and I will ask manufacturing webcam if it s 100% compatible with Vista.

    I have a little problem with my card PCI-6143. I would use two connectors digital one as a starter and one as an output. Now, I have the problem that I do not know how I address them. The input works as I want but not the output.

    As an example. I call my channel output on this name: Dev1/port0 / line0:0.

    The syntax that you use is intended to select several channels: the numbers are the initial and final channel in a subsequent channel list. Thus, written Dev1\port0\line0:4 means 5 lines are included in the read/write (FWIW written 4:0 has the same effect). It is redundant but good writing line0:0, which means a single line, but you can write to Dev1\port0\line0 which is simpler.

    If I get emails quite frequently NAVAIRSYSCOM workers via my e-mail from work which is the right company, no Government excuseraient. On my last phone an orginal Droid, a few emaisl would tell me there was a problem with the digital signature for e-mails, but I always saw the e-mail itself.

    Since switching to the Maxx HD, I can see no longer the body of emaisl to these people. All I get is a "impossible to decrypt this message." It is not every person govt, but enough that it is very frustrating.
