Then last night on a group text between me and another user of iphone and a droid user messages were not all going through and an 'unknown' appeared on the screen of the droid users as if this person has attempted to send a message to our group text but nothing was there.  Iphone users could not see it.  This morning - messages still does not go through the text of the group or on one.  Any ideas?

  The "image on fax send report is set to off" is just for the image on the fax. This is will you won't fax. Check the connections.

  The only way to recover data from your phone is if you have backup icloud or iTunes.

  If you have not made a backup, then sorry that data has disappeared.

  Are you referring to a SMS?  Unable to send or receive SMS messages between a real Smartphone BlackBerry and the BlackBerry smartphone Simulator.  The Simulator doesn't have any connection to a cellular network.
