Problem with light Omni 10

Hello, first of all, I wanted to apologize for my English, I write good English, sorry.

I have a tablet of 10 Omni, when I turn off the Tablet by clicking on the option 'Disable' in Windows 8, sometimes light near the camera is turned on but turned off! The only way to turn off the light is by clicking on the button for 10 seconds.

Please could you give me a solution for this problem?

It is normal that the light flashes briefly during closing; If it stays on, some software prevents your tablet of turning-off completely. The option of "10 seconds" you describe forces all active processes to quit then turns your tablet.

You have not indicated how long you had your Omni & if you have installed all apps transferred from another computer... If you have not yet spent a lot of time to install additional software, one of the "Recovery" options will likely restore normal operation quickly (start with "Refresh"). If you first want to try additional troubleshooting, it will be useful to know if this problem still occurs when you try a menu stop immediately after your Tablet road and logon. If you are familiar with the Task Manager, you may identify 'suspects' in the list of applications that are active only - before turning your Omni-off and use the Task Manager to end one-at-a-time to find the one that interferes with the normal shutdown. If you identify software that you installed as a guilty, then you will need to uninstall it and find a newer version or another application to accomplish the same task. If troubleshooting doesn't quickly lead to identify what is causing the problem, then you can always use one of recovery options. There are several updates for system software and applications that came pre-installed on your Omni; After that your Tablet does not function normally, don't forget to re - apply all eligible updates from Microsoft and HP, to get the best performance from your Omni. In a case report, please come back with the steps that worked for you, so that other forum visitors can learn from your experience... (Your English skills are very well!)

I can see the light, but there is absolutely no kind of the area delimitation or container around it, and it seems to be unmovable. It just something I miss or cela a bug?

    Firstly, you must ensure that you are using a video card supported with the updated driver.

    When you get the lighting effects, you should see an ellipse that you can move and change. There are several selections to the right of the word 'lights '. If you select one that looks like a flower, you get a widget to move the light.

    Check first GPU, then play.

    I have problems with lights in AE CS5 on a PC. The project uses the layers and 3D lights to create a shadow that must be related to a mobile 3D layer.     Since your iSight webcam works up to the time that your Mac goes to sleep, I would like you to start please help desk trying to replicate this problem then to reboot in safe mode:

    1. Choose the Apple menu > shut down.

    2. After your Mac stops, wait 10 seconds, then press the power button.

    3. As soon as you hear the startup tone, hold down the SHIFT key.

      You must press the SHIFT key as soon as possible once you hear the startup tone, but not before.

    4. Release the SHIFT key when you see the gray Apple logo and progress indicator.

    To exit safe mode, restart your Mac, but no press during the startup.

    OS X El Capitan: start in safe mode

    You can see the status of the application of CC desktop download.

    The CC app desktop click the creative cloud icon located in the taskbar (Windows) or the Apple bar (Mac OS) menu, to open the creative cloud desktop application.

    I understand this thing you display may have a bad connection that you have to play with, then fish on the screen to show the line.

    Want to know if this could be fixed by a tech.  The short answer is Yes.  Here is a link to 2009decembre 17 December 17, 2009 HP Pavilion dv4 Entertainment PC Maintenance and Service of Guide. Please note Chapter 3 page 3 for a list of the replacement screens supported by number of the part.

    It may just be a connections loose as you said, either a bad connection cable...  The cable may have become defective through the opening and closing of notebook, during normal use.  Please note Chapter 4 page 27 for the removal of the screen procedure.  Before considering the replacement of the screen, I would try a new cable first to exclude it.  You should be able to buy the cable to any computer supply store.
