• Problem with D009TU in latest Notebook drivers

  Recently I bought HP 15-d009TU Notebook PC. It came with BACK installed. I installed Windows 7 64-bit OS. I downloaded the drivers listed in the section download drivers & HP.com, but most of these drivers (driver chipset Intel graphics driver, Audio driver, etc.) does not work. While trying to install it, most of them said that it is not liable for the minimum requirements that all system requirements mentioned in the list of requirements are present.

  Now, I am unable to use even the USB ports in my laptop.

  So please give me as soon as possible to this terrible problem.

• Problem with the Compaq Presario CQ60-216DX

  Hello, I'm having a problem with my NEW Compaq Presario CQ60-216DX mother. Every time it boots up vista and I run internet explorer, I get a strange blue screen which exports a file memory and reboots.

  I have the feeling that this might have been caused by a virus, but I can't do something, because Vista can't reformat long for some reason any.

• Problems with Compaq Presario 5BW220 RAM

  This office is 8 years old and supposedly supports 512 MB memory SDRAM PC100.

  Recently, I worked on this for my son-in-law.  It came with 64 MB of SDRAM PC100 and Windows Millennium Edition.  I tried to install 2-256 MB memory SDRAM PC133 maximum amount supported RAM, but it refused to start.  I replaced every 256 MB module with a 128 MB PC100 module and managed to do start.  I expected to read 384, but he will read only 256 MB.  I had not all PC100 256 MB modules to use.  I finally installed modules from 2 to 128 MB PC100 and he left like that.

  No boot device would mean that it cannot read a boot sector of any of the devices detected by your machine.  This could be because the hard drive is bad, the boot sector is damaged or you let a non bootable DVD/CD in the drive.  You can enter the bios and see if you have all of the hard drives listed or recognized by the system?  My best guess is that you have a problem with the hard drive.

• Problem with the HP Pavilion e033tx-15 Notebook shutdown/restart/sleep

  I had windows 8 OS 64-bit working fine with my HP Pavilion Notebook 15-e033tx.

  I had problems, so I decided to update my drivers. I already had BIOS VersionF.08 and the hp support page has shown that there is an update of the bios to VersionF.21.

  After updating the bios the problem started when I stop lighting and the laptop into sleep mode kindof. I have to hold the switch down to foce him close. If I restart it, it says "reboot pc", goes blank and then all power off, and it's not stopped.  and if I SLEEP, he's not waking up.

  I rolled back the bios and it fixed the issue.

  Then I freshly installed win pro 8.1, and it has only VersionF.21 of the bios available.  Same problem again.

  HP Support Assistant showed that a new bios update Insyde F.22. But the problem is still there.

  I searched other posts with similar problem and I can't seem to solve this problem. Help, please.

  I understand that you have a problem with the BIOS.  I'll try my best to help you solve this problem. I suggest following the procedure described in this document for the restoration of the BIOS .

  If this does not resolve this problem then restores the version F.08 http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02693833 driver it should always work for Windows 8.1.  Here is a document for more information of the device to Windows 8 Manager which explains how to roll back the driver. It will be the same steps for Windows 8.1.

  I suggest Using HP Support Assistant (Windows 8) to change your settings for manual update. This allows you to choose what you want updates.

  This is perfectly normal, and you can fix it easily also.

  Go into the BIOS and in the sub-menu of device configuration, modify the LAN/WLAN, set active to disabled.

  Save the setting it by hitting the F10 key and again when you go out (save the settings and exit).

  Now the wireless stays on when you connect by using a LAN cable.

• HP ENVY notebook - m7-n011dx: problem with keyboard

  • Click the language that you want to add a keyboard layout to.
  • Click on Options.
  • Click on add a keyboard.
  • Click on the keyboard you want to add. (Ideally, it should be (English - U.S.).
