Problem with router SPA2102 Battlefield 2?

I have problems with my Battlefield 2 (all versions). I have the SPA2102.

EDIT: The game freezes when I click to join a server, nothing happens.

I can play other games online.

When I try the demo version which im using this router, it does not work.

But when I try with the same laptop in other places it works completely fine.

I set up a static IP address and forwarded my ports to help

http://www.PortForward.com/English/routers/port_forwarding/Linksys/Spa-2102/Battlefield_2.htm

What else can I do to make it work?

I am running Vista 32 bit.

Thank you in advance!

Basically the SPA2102 is not design to handle the heavy traffic. This unit is designed to route traffic for VOIP devices and not for game features.

    Hello

I recently acquired a Satellite Pro A10 (PSA15E - 0115Q - EN) off the coast of the friend. It doesn't have a wireless card installed, but I managed to take of a Lucent MPC13A-20 that was installed without any problem, and it is recognized as a Toshiba Wireless LAN Mini PCI Card. However, despite the computer being able to read my neighbors wifi (next door and in the apartment on the floor), he refuses to acknowledge my router, even if I'm in the same room. My router is a ZyXEL P-660HW-T1 v2 which works very well (I tested it with another laptop).

    Can someone please help!

    Thanks in advance,

    Hello!

Make sure your router is using a WiFi standard that supports your card. If you use 802.11n you should drop down to 802.11 g for the tests.

In addition, you should check the channel of your wireless network card. It should be the same as the router.

  • Nook Color ereader & connectivity problems with router WRT610N

I recently bought a new Nook color ereader for my wife. As long as a network administrator, I thought that this would be an easy task to configure the ereader to connect with my Linksys WRT610N router on the 2.4 Ghz band. But I'm running problems when connecting. The question seems to have intermittent connection problems where the meals seem to see the wireless network, authenicates, tries to get an IP address, then connects for a short period or removes the signal very quickly while being right on top of the router with the device.

By the recommendations of various forums of Nook, I had the best luck with the following...

    2.4 Ghz band settings

    SSID: NookNetwork

    Channel width: 20 GHZ

    Standard channel: 9

    SSID Broadcast: enabled

    Security mode: WPA2 Personal

    Encryption: AES

    Passphrase: set out

    Key renewal: 3600

    UPNP: disabled

    RTS: default

    Defragmentation: default

    Tag: default

However, the problem still resides in an intermittent connection to the wireless network. I also tried various arrangements of the channel to both channels 1, 6 and 11 with my best cponnecting chance to channel 9. I also played with the security and disabled all together and have plugged but always file (will not however run the unsecured network). Also try a tag value of 75, a framework of fragmentation of 2306 and 2307 RTS setting. My computer laptop while run and connect properly.

I use the latest software updated both on the color of the corner. I am at the end and have searched high and low to get suggestions, and have not yet reached a compatible connection. Please help... Thank you! And my wife thank you in advance! Smiles!

  • problem with router WAG54G2

I bought this model and use it to connect 2 office units and a playstation 3 through the ether, but also a laptop via the wireless link.

using only the ps3 works fine, using only offices very well works.

problem using laptop computer while sharing the PS3 network for the most part,

Using the ps3 and laptop together (ps3-ethernet) computer laptop (Wifi), some time after the laptop is lose the connection with the router, can not access the router configuration page at all and nor i see the network when scanning with computer laptop .This takes place with the help of laptop too but 2 or maybe 3 times during several hours of use. laptop is verified works fine in other networks.

is my faulty router or simply need some sort of (firmware?) or another update? some config settings, I'm not aware of? p.s even shut down my ps3, my connection with the laptop can be re-established as able to reset my router.

performed all the settings above, yet his work very well with the ps3 update too.ill if it doesn't work.

  • MAC address filtering problem with router DI-624 and printer HP D110

Just got the wireless D110 printer and cannot connect to the wireless router.

    I have a D - Link DI - 624 Air Plus Xtreme G 2 .4GHz Wireless Router.

The error message I get from the printer, it's that "address filtering Mac can be activated on your wireless router. This can prevent your HP printer to connect to your network without wire during installation... etc. ".

The D-Link is configured with WPA - PSK security. If I disable all the security the wireless printer is able to connect. I can't connect the printer to the wireless router with WPA - PSK or WEP same active. There is no connection with the electrician the printer and the router.

I have connected the router Admin and have repeatedly confirmed that Mac filtering is turned off by going to Advanced Options > Filters > filters Mac > and choose disabled Mac filters. Where is this setting? Why is not able to connect printer?

In addition, I check the logs on the router and it shows "Wireless PC connected" and "Authentication successful" with a note that has the Mac address of the corresponding hardware address mac hardware of the printer on the wireless network Test report. It seems that the router is to let printing but the printer is not able to communicate for some reason any. It even shows under status > wireless printer is connected.

When I talked to HP, they said to contact the router company and they couldn't help. When I called D-Link, they said technical support is no longer available for the model. I am stuck, can anyone help?

Windows XP, tried the front of the printer and USB connection and using the software.

After a few hours on the phone with the D-Link and HP, the problem has been resolved.

Apparently, even if that Mac filtering is disabled (set to disabled MAC filters), the Mac address had to enter the router to enable all keeping off Mac filter setting. To me he appeared in the counter intuitive to enter the Mac address, while set to disabled the Mac filter so I wasn't that before picking up the phone with HP. Further on this point, the problem is not going away right after adding the mac address, but rather after the reboot of the router, such as the addition of mac address did not effect, without a reboot of the device.

HP has been much more useful than a D-Link on it, although it would be nice for HP to add to their instructions and Test report of wireless network to add the Mac address, just in case. I would have tried this step if it has stated that it is acceptable to add the mac address and keep the mac filters disabled.

  • Problem with route on PC with split tunnel VPN

    Hi all

    I have the following situation:

    ASA 5515 X 8.6 running

I have several inside sub interfaces:

    .10 = 192.168.10.124

    .11 = 192.168.11.124

    .12 = 192.168.12.1/24

    .13 = 192.168.13.1/24

    .14 = 192.168.14.1/24

Now, I want to implement a VPN IPSec remote access:

I attribute the range 192.168.99.5 to 192.168.99.50 for VPN clients.

I have configured the tunneling split for the following networks: 192.168.10.0, 192.168.11.0 and 192.168.12.0

They are also exempt from NAT.

    So the config looks good.

    The VPN is in place.

However, when connecting to the VPN, none of these networks are available.

After troubleshooting, I discovered the following:

Received my card VPN IP address is 192.168.99.5 (as expected)

However, when I make a copy of the itinerary, I see the following:

    Destination netmask gateway interface

    192.168.10.0 255.255.255.0 192.168.99.1 192.168.99.5

    192.168.11.0 255.255.255.0 192.168.99.1 192.168.99.5

    192.168.12.0 255.255.255.0 192.168.99.1 192.168.99.5

The entry door to the routing of my PC table is pointing to a non-existent address, in my opinion it schould be on the same address as my adapter VPN (192.168.99.5).

I tried this with annyconnect and the classic VPN client.

    Where I'm going wrong?

No, this ip pointing 192.168.99.1 route is correct. It is not the cause of the problem.

  • WIFI problem with router WAG120N

    Hello
    I have a router linksys WAG120N upgrade 1.00.16
and I have wifi problems that while I use wifi on my laptop or mobile then disconnected wifi (wifi on green router, but I can't connect) until I have restart the router
    Can you help me?
    Please, I beg you!

It could be the firmware is damaged. Firstly, what you can do is set a channel fix (1, 6, 9 or 11). Customize settings wireless advanced: tag set to 50, interval threshold of Fragmentation 2306 & 2307 RTS threshold. If this does not help, make sure you reflash the firmware, reset the router and reconfigure.

  • Problem with routing inter - VLAN... How to solve it?

    Hi all.

I have a WRVS4400N in my office to have a VPN with our main customer and also to manage the entire network of small size.

In two weeks, more or less we will change our office somewhere else, merge two in one.

At its new location, we will have two different ADSL connections, and we will keep our separate LAN to the other LAN.

The goal is to interconnect the two local networks in order to 'see' the machines on one local network to another, but keep the two local networks with their current configuration, subnet, etc..

To achieve this, I created a new VLAN on the router and I have attached only port4 to this VLAN.

As you can see, VLAN main has its own/24 subnet (10.148.145.0/24) and dhcp enabled (for addresses on my LAN) while the new VIRTUAL local network has its own 24 subnet too (10.0.0.0/24) but with the disabled dhcp (is a different LAN with its own DHCP server).

VLAN 1 use ports 1-3 and VLAN 2 use the single port 4.

Of course, I enabled routing inter - VLAN:

To emulate the future scenario, I connected a router with an Internet port 4 with IP:10.0.0.2, and I therefore two different local networks.

    Well, the reality is this:

-From my PC connected to the VLAN1 I have an IP address (assigned by my Cisco) and I see all my VLAN and I see 10.0.0.1 too (IP of the router on VLAN2), but I don't see any more (pings to 10.0.0.2 didn't answer). I can access Cisco router to 10.0.0.1 and 10.148.145.97.

-My PC connected to the VLAN2 I have an IP address (assigned by the other router on 10.0.0.2), I see only my VLAN (10.0.0.0/24 IPs). I can access only Cisco router to 10.0.0.1.

How can I do to enable these two VLANS to 'see' each other?

How can I control access to the WAN port? I don't want machines to VLAN2 accessing internet through our router.

    Thank you and best regards!

    Hello Francisco,.

In router mode gateway mode switch will turn off the NAT on the router. Which will allow to the vlan 2 does not to get out to the internet but also vlan 1 and which is not what you want. You may be able to create access rules and deny rules for not being able to get out of the internet... may create some default of the rules of the road as 0.0.0.0. Also, you may be able to create internet air to stop a certain subnet that it is able to get out of the internet as well.

Regarding the VLAN talk to each other, everything looks good, routing inter - vlan, it is allowing the two VLAN to talk to each other and which is activated. What your default gateways are installed on devices you are testing? As long as default gateways on your PC and devices are pointing to the routers ip/gateway address, you should be good to go at this point.

VLAN 1: default gateway should be 10.148.145.97

VLAN 2: default gateway must be 10.0.0.1

Other than that everything seems to be implemented correctly based on the images. The VLANs that you put in place on the ports are correct.

Let me know your devices are configured on the rise and will go from there.

    Hope this helps,

    Thank you

  • Problem with routing/circuits between SG300-10 and Dell Powerconnect 5224

    Hello

I just bought a SG300-10 switch and loaded new firmware 1.27 on it.  Configure my VLAN and trunks, but I have a weird problem that I can't seem to understand.  It may be something small, I'm missing, but no matter, I have been scratching at it all day and I kicked in the butt.  If anyone can point me in the right direction or maybe something that someone see in my config which is wrong, I can get the terminology/theory wrong, after all, I just spent my CCNA :)

    My configuration:

I have the SG300-10 as my switch and changed over to L3, so it may be my core of my small network.  On port 1, vlan 200 is configured as my unidentified native PVID and I put it to 210(LAN network) to trunk VLANs, 220 (management vlan) on the tag to the Dell powerconnect 5224 24port switch.  On port 1 of the Dell switch, I install as a trunk it as well with the same configuration (vlan native of PVID unidentified 200, 210 and 220 tag trunking).

I have installed virtual interfaces on the SG300 for each VLAN (vlan 210 = 192.168.210.1/24, vlan 220 = 192.168.220.1/24) and on the Dell, since this is a feature of L2, I changed the vlan 1 to 220 management and assign the IP 192.168.220.2/24.

Now, since the SG300 web interface, I ping IP management Dell (192.168.220.2/24)successfully and vice versa, can ping from Dell web interface to one of the IP of the bridge VLAN (210.1 & 220.1) successfully so that test, to me, looks like the Dell communicates with the SG300.)  I also have the default gateway of the Dell 192.168.220.1 printer value.

    Server IP: 192.168.220.10/24

    Workstation IP: 192.168.210.80/24

    Now the dilemma:

I have a server plugged into switch port Dell 2 (configured as 'hybrid' because there is no option to access, value 220 PVID, vlan, worth 220 Untagged) and from the server, I can ping IP management dell very well switch and can ping the IP of the gateway of great SG300 so.  On the SG300 switch, on port 2, I plugged in a workstation (configuration is in access mode, vlan 210 unidentified) who can not ping the server plugged into the dell switch.  The workstation, I can ping all the SG300 interfaces and also the IP management dell but I can't ping the server.

Any ideas anyone can provide is much appreciated!

    Edition of VLAN.

Lenell, thank you for the call tonight. It seems that we have found the problem. The SIN, although it is configured with a default gateway, the gateway that brings 0.0.0.0. We also checked the NAS works from the same subnet to connect but fails outside of the subnet. Conversely, we checked 2 computers have no problem to connect through the VLAN level 3.

I hope we got the right direction.

If you have the NoScript extension or other blocking JavaScript extensions (addons > Extensions), you must allow (or temporarily allow) the IP address of your router. Any particular setting should be held in Firefox itself.
