Open windows control panel, open Windows Update, select "View update history" in the left pane and then select "Installed updates" link in the next window.

    Hello

I m not 100% sure that if I understood exactly you <-->Bluetooth speaker problem.

According to your message, you can't pair BT speakers during the second use Profil2 if the speakers are already paired with the mer1. Am I wrong?

Well, in my opinion there are nothing wrong because the speakers were already connected to the laptop using the BT. to my knowledge you cannot connect any BT device if it s already connected using another profile.

I think you should always disconnect the BT speakers using the mer1 if you use it n t. Then another user using Profil2 would be able to connect the BT speakers.

Make sure that you have inserted correctly the socket for headphones in the right port.

Right-click on the "speaker" icon > playback devices > reading tab > select Headphones > right-click on it to set it as the default device.

    Hello

What version of Windows are you using?

    • If your laptop uses the Realtek HD audio drivers then try to update the Realtek HD audio drivers for the last one is on the site Web of Realtek (who seems to have a lot of later Toshiba support site). After updating to the latest Realtek HD drivers, open the DD Realtek Audio Manager and enable "Loudness equalization.
    • Turn off the laptop (not a hibernation or sleep), Remove the battery and the adapter Plug and press the power on/off (nothing should happen, but it could fulfil all power remaining inside the laptop). Wait five to ten minutes and then reinsert both and reboot the laptop. For some, it seems that putting into hibernation and or "sleep" mode on these laptops cause the audio drivers to behave strangely.

You can also try to go to Device Manager > click on the< next="" to="">

Right-click on the driver and update or roll back to the driver

  • I have problems with my audio new laptop second hand when I plug in external speakers, it's as if some of the sound is missing. Can anyone help?

Problem: Sound is missing for example hand singing on a piece of music.
    Laptop: Compaq Presario C700/C731TU
Sound: High Def Conexant Smart Audio 221
    Version 4.42.0.50

I tried updating the driver and also searched through preferences and settings but have not found a solution, this is the first place where I've been since then. IT all works very well by means of edge speakers, but even a standard set of headphones seems to miss her.

Thanks for you suggestion, I did since then and he said that everything was working fine. I also tried a number of other suggestions from other sites, without success. I then went to do a physical inspection and when I unplugged the audio cable I noticed that the ring of metal around the entrance of my helmet was missing, I told the person, I bought the laptop. Fortunately he found on his ground, not knowing what it was and put it on the side of "just in case". I have re-installed and the whole works fine. So if someone else is reading this and is not able to resolve a similar audio problem with something to do with the software, look at the finer physical details. It could be as simple as that.

  • problem with my speakers

    Hello

I use HP ENVY m6-1225dx Notebook PC. It is nothing more than a year o; d and I never had any complaints with him.

Since a few days, there is a problem with my speakers.

However, when I use the option to trouble shoot, I get the following message "hardware changes might not have been detected. But immediately, the audio functions for a few minutes and when it I cut my speaker system. And a few minutes later, when the sound stops working, I'm not able to mute the speakers as well.

Also, when I try to test the speakers I get the message 'the camera is used by another application. Please close all units are audio playback on this device, and then try again'.

I tried to install the drivers from the HP page, even in this case, the speakers worked only for a few minutes.

I don't know, how do I go about it.

Any help regarding the above problem will be a great help for me.

  • Problem reading Audition3 with speakers/headphones

My musical director uses hearing to read the files.  We have recently upgraded it from 1.5 to 3.0.  Our problem is that 1.5 would play through the speakers until the headphones are connected, then would shut off the speakers and the headphones would be the only audio output would play the.  With 3.0, the only way I see to go to destinations of reading is to do it manually via Edit-> hardware (sorry, don't remember the option at the bottom of this menu), then choosing the destination reading (headphones/speakers).  I can't imagine that's the only way to make this work.  What Miss me?  Is there a way for hearing or the pc automatically detect and proceed to the appropriate destination based on which is connected?  Thanks a lot for your help!

If you have not changed the operating system on the computer, I'm a little surprised that the active remote sensing is suddenly became an option at all - it's weird. Maybe it's because the 3 Audition using ASIO - I don't know. But one thing, you can try free use ASIO4ALL as a driver that will make the release of Audition 3 behave almost identical to Audition 1.5 and use the same driver within the PC - so your headphone expected to behave as he has already done...

But if you changed the OS as well, then all bets are off. Detection of Microsoft active ridiculous causes much more trouble than that ever worth it. Your problem with an external interface, is that it will not power the speakers directly, so you would need an external and speakers amp to go with it, and it is quite a bit messy now, isn't it? What you really need, is a small pair of additional speakers with a headphone jack on them which cut the speakers - that may possibly be affected by the OS from M$ and would work with each system. My problem is that I can't currently to locate those who have this facility, I'm afraid - I'll have another look later, but maybe you can try the ASIO4ALL driver first and see if you can restore the status quo?

  • Problem with sound on my laptop speakers

I have a problem with the sound in my PC, when I want to read a file (music, video), there is no sound to hear. for example, I want to play an mp3 file, windows allows player to media me this message "Windows Media Player encountered a problem while playing the file. For any additional help, click Help on the Web. ». Also when you browse the internet, there no sound when I play a video from youtube too. I tried to fix by updating the audio driver, but it is already up to date. And I tried to fix it by going to fix the Center Online (from Microsoft), but still no use!

Problem solved, I ran a quick of my microsoft security essentials... not found threat scan. Finally, I rebooted my PC... sound came back to normal.

  • Weird problem with headphones Jack Bootcamp

I searched many forums / tried many things before coming here, but for some reason - probably for the first time I don't see my problem on Google.

    The question:

Every time I put in the helmet, they show only disconnected in Windows on Mac OS X 10 with Cirrus pilots. Sound continues to play on the speakers. This problem wasn't there yesterday and randomly began today.

    Results:

    1. it is not a hardware problem: headset works perfectly on Mac.

    2. it is probably not a Windows problem: when I install Windows drivers by default, the headphones ARE recognzied (!) (this I do by uninstalling Cirrus and restart the Mac). Of course the audio does not play not (or through speakers or headphones) because these drivers are not used to a Macbook Pro.

    3. drivers are not exceeded - just downloaded software support of Bootcamp and re-installed windows.

    Conclusion:

It is most likely a problem with the driver for Cirrus, which is weird, because I assume that there is already a forum about this if there is (although someone should be the first I guess).

I have no idea what to do - Apple support cannot help, Cirrus doesn't have a lot of support and it is not a problem with Microsoft (I guess), the only solution I can think of is to find another driver, which I can't find.

If anyone has a solution or even a certain direction to a solution as possible, it will be very useful!

Found the problem: Windows does not recognize the headphones with 1 side does not, no wonder there is no one else with this problem lol.

  • Problem with the volume on Satellite Z30 control - A

    Hello

I have a problem with the analog output sound on my A - Z30 (internal and line/headphone speakers). If for example I play music I see a clearly weak signal volume on the fader control of volume in my Win 8.1 source volume control. But on the master fader, I get a completely saturated and distorted signal. Even down to the time source and output does not help... it just sounds horrible.

See: link: [https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/30325547/SoundProblem.jpg] (sorry, it's a German system)

Here we can see that the (extreme right) music player delivers a signal of low volume, while the master fader (left) receives a 100% volume distorted signal.

If I use external speakers that connect via USB (Logitech Z305) it works perfectly.

I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version of the drivers for my sound card. But this problem is very persistent. It seems that something pulls the signal up, but I can't find any control that turns off.

I'm not completely sure when that started, but it can be connected with the beginning of the use of a USB headset. But I already uninstalled this software once again, but that did not help as well.

    Any idea?

    Thank you very much

    Hello

According to the specifications of the laptop and drivers available on the Toshiba driver page, this laptop supports the Realtek sound card.
That's why the Realtek HD audio Manager software should be available in the control panel.

Realtek HD audio Manager provides different parameters as well as the speaker of the configuration options to get the best sound performance.

In addition, computers laptop Toshiba are preinstalled with a sound tool DTS/Soft
This software provides audio improvements in your computer.

To be honest, I not quite sure what which could affect your sound volume, but the mentioned tools and configuration should be checked permanently m.

  • Problem with my Satellite C870

I have a problem with my toshiba satellite C870. The noise stopped working. the sound icon is cut and I got a message: no speakers or headset is connected. Hello

    Reach:
Panel of-> sound-> the Read tab

You see your speakers or headphones here?
If so, make sure that the speakers are marked as the default device.

In addition the combination FN + F11 would turn on and off MUTE.
    Check it!

When two solutions of workaround don t help, uninstall the device high definition audio / controller as well as the audio driver from the Device Manager and restart the computer laptop n.
After restarting again the system should install the uninstalled drivers even more often, this will help you to get the sound.

  • Satellite Pro C650D - problems with the audio and game controllers

    Hello

I recently had problems with my microphone and speakers/headphones and game controllers.
Sometimes the microphone stops working when on Skype, for example, but most of the time works fine, once again, when I restart the pc.

Stakeholders sometimes still work when I connect headset.
Some of the sounds are still coming through the speakers while some coming through the headphones.

I have a usb game controller which also did not work everything properly.
If I assign buttons in the program that they do not work in the game.

All these devices are in Device Manager in a group that makes me think it's sort of annoying update doubtful that messes with them.

Any body have similar problems or know what to do better?

    See you soon
    Laurin

    Hello

Can you please send some details on the laptop model and the system you are using?

With regard to the issue of sound/mic:
    > The microphone sometimes stops working when on Skype, for example, but most of the time works fine, once again, when I restart the pc.

Are you talking about internal microphone or external? This only happens using Skype?
In your case I would test the microphone using different applications to make sure that is not a Skype related issue.

    > Yet sometimes the speakers work when I connect headset.
    I recommend this thread:
    http://forums.computers.Toshiba-Europe.com/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=65295

The user has had a similar problem, but this phenomenon was linked to the Realtek HD Audio Manager settings.
    She wrote:
+ In the upper right corner, there is a small yellow folder called "Connector settings" in my version. +
+ There, finally I could re-enable the setting "enable popup dialog box, when the unit is plugged. +

+ So now when I plug an external speaker or headphones, it appears, and I select the option "helmet" (instead of "line-in"), and then the sound only through the headphones/ext.speaker.+

    Regarding the game controller:
    > I have a usb game controller which also did not work everything properly.
    > If I attribute buttons in the program, they do not work in the game.
I put t think its problem of laptop in my opinion, you must make sure that the controller is compatible with the games you play and also recommended to check some info provided by the manufacturer of the game controller.

  • HP 15 r-045tx: problem with audio driver of hp r045tx

    Hi people,

I am facing problems using Skype video call feature as it also appears with a message "problem with recording devce" or a "problem with the playback device. and secondly, I also used audition Adobe and in that also, I faced the problems with the audio driver.

and every time this problem occurs that the speaker in the lower right corner icon displays a message "the audio service is not running" and solves the problem at the opening of the troubleshooter, but even once, when I use Skype it reappears.

I have this major problem. can someone help me please?

    Hi there @shivam17,

Welcome to the Forums of HP Support! It's a good place to find the help you need, so many other users, the HP experts and other members of the support staff.

I understand that you have a problem with your audio files on your system when using Skype. I'm happy to help you with this.

Having other problems with the sound, or did when you try to use Skype?

Here's something I found regarding this issue of support of Skype Forums:

    Problem with playback device?  -community.skype.com

More down this page is a post which includes the following which I included verbatim. Give it a try.

    1) go to control panel.

    (2) place material and audio.

    3) click on the sound.

    4) click on your speakers by default, then select as "default speakers."

    (5), click Properties.

    (6) to go to the "Advanced" tab

    7) click "Restore Defaults".

Tip: Do not forget to press 'OK '.

    (1) now go to Skype.

    2) go to tools > Options.

    3) click Settings Audio.

    4) click on the green button with the arrow. If it works, you are finished. Or, click the menu drop down and select your default speakers. If it still does not work, then read on.

  • Strange sound problem with Satellite L740 TV outputs

I'm having a strange problem here... I googled this several times already, and I only found the same solution mentioned several times and the given solution * not * work is to me.

I have a Toshiba Satellite L740 running Windows 7 Home Edition Premium, with a 64-bit Intel Core i5 - 2410M @ 2.30 GHz CPU and 4 GB of physical RAM. My problem is the following...

There are two different TVs in my house that I regularly connect my laptop via HDMI cable.
The first is mine, and I can get sound through the TV very well when I plug it in.

Sometimes, however, I will disconnect the computer from my TV and not get any sound through the laptop because he's trying to output to external speakers to TV.

More importantly, when I connect my laptop to my * roommate * TV (the same make as mine, you mind), I can not all the sounds of his TV at all.

This is a recent problem. Until this morning, I was able to get noise from two TV very well and only sometimes had problems with sound through the laptop itself, which has been easily resolved by restarting.

It's just a hunch, but it's almost like * doesn't realize that there are two different TVs * that it is connected to my computer. Maybe it's stupid, I don't know, but be it, it's frustrating...

    * ALSO: * I've seen dozens of suggestions that I put my HDMI audio as default device. Yes, I did. It wasn't the issue. Is the same to activate my audio drivers in Device Manager. They are all turned on, so it's not that either. Any ideas?

It's a bit strange if you connect the laptop to two identical televisions and use the same HDMI cable to the TV.

Unfortunately, it all works automatically and I put t know if you can force your laptop to recognize two TVs on the same path.

In the worst case you have to do it manually in the sound properties > playback devices.
If it works with four mouse clicks you can change.

I tested my laptop with two different TVs.
At home, I have a Toshiba TV and at the office we use Sony. On both automatically get sound on the TV speakers.

If you will be able to find the solution please let us know.
