  Security delete icon States: remove TSST CORP CD/DVD TS-L633L ATA DEVICE READERS of CD-ROM/DVD-ROM if I hit remove it will remove my CD/DVD-ROM DRIVE.

• Problem with the voice of cpl. 4 download

  I just downloaded the voice male and female to be used with the function of speech synthesis in Cap 4. However, I do not know where to place the download folder so that the CAP. 4 to recognize.

  I think that the entire scheme of installation of voice could use more work. First of all, you are taken rather generically to Captivate product page. You must then determine which page to visit to get the download. Many seem to miss the long text string which must be clicked to download. Looks like you did until now. Good on you!

  If the memory is, once you download, you run an executable file. You would think that they are finished at this time. But I think that what is happening is that run the executable you download simply creates a folder with files. I think that what you then need to do is to run * ANOTHER * executable in the folder created by running the first executable in order to actually install the voices and make them available.

Once again, everything seemed to go smoothly, installation, etc. until it got to the point when he said "Marketing Services".  Then, as before - everything stopped and jumped up to the exact same APS Daemon.exe - error box system (with the same message) referencing MSVCR80.dll once again, saying that it is missing and try to reinstall the program.  From now on, I don't know exactly what that means (I know, I know) or if it's something someone like I could fix (or even try), or if I should just run down to my local computer store?   Never had any problems with the Apple or Windows updates before this one.

  I am trying to install my new printer.  Turned on, the screen displays this message: "Is there a problem with the print head."  I have downloaded all the software and drivers, installed ink cartridges that came with your printer, followed the troubleshooting online and still the message will not go away.  I registered the product and tried to contact the HP support, only to get the message that this device is no longer supported by the HP BRAND - it's NEW!  I can't find phone # for support, so I'll try this forum.  If no help, I will just return it.  Very frustrating.

  As it is brand new is not same Jack with it. Take it for a full refund and buy something else.
