Problem with the HP Photosmart C4780 connection after moving
I recently moved into a new place, so, get a new router, connection. Since I moved, I was not able to connect my printer (HP Photosmart C4780) to the wireless network. When I try, an error message indicates that the IP address of the printer does not match the one on the PC (a Windows 7 32 bit). How can this problem be solved? Thanks in advance
From the front of the printer: [Scan] Setup > network > network by default.
Now run the HP software to add your printer (start > all programs > Hewlett-Packard > C4700 series...)

Good evening. I have some problems with the HP Photosmart Plus b210a. Precisely after printing when the printer is not detected on the network and is defined as "not available". The works remain in the queue and the printer is turned on and on again unable to work in print queue.
The printer on the network report says "Success" for each element
It is the same for the iPhone 4 and iPad 2
The system is composed of:
MacBook Pro 13 "with OSX 10.6 update now
Connected to the Internet router Wavewgate Digicom3G150 with key
HP Photosmart B210 Pro Aio series with ultimate drivers Apple
D4 HW (MAC) address: 85...
192 168 123 102 (non-static) IP address
Authentication: WPA - PSK
Encryption: Auto (AES / TKIP)
The same system also use a PC with Windows Seven Home, but in this case, the printer works PERFECTLY! Even with the iPhone and iPad!
Thank you for the help that you can give me
OK, I will assume that the connection of the printer to the router and the router are OK for 3 other devices work correctly.
Make sure that your OS X is healthy:
After that, you can reset the printing system once more.
I am now on my iPhone second 7 with Verizon. I had four phones for me and my family. I have now had issues where I have no signal in the same areas where my signal allows to be strong. I can't solve the problem with the activation/deactivation of the airplane and then mode again in normal mode. My phone will rest with no signal for 5 minutes, then going to LTE with three bars. I also had the problem where I had only 1 x signal, while my son standing right next to me has LTE. And he had the same questions, where I'm on LTE and it gets no signal. I use to have LTE where I live and work all the time, now it's spotty at best. Apple has replaced me and my sons iPhones but not luck. Still do. Any ideas or an any other suffering?
(1) go to settings/cell phone/cellular data Options/enable LTE and select ONLY the DATA. This seems to solve the problem (as a temporary solution) for most of the people affected by this problem. The bad part is your request might not be as clear (since they cannot use the highest LTE signals) and you can make calls and data at the same time. But it does not solve the issue.
(2) there are rumors (but you didn't hear that from me that we only are not supposed to discuss beta software program Apple in this forum) that the new version of Apple Beta for iOS (which also includes an update of the software carrier Verizon to 26.0) seems to solve this problem. So, there's a light at the end of the tunnel.
I'm having a problem on my HP Photosmart C7280 all-in-one printing. The following message appears, this is what came on the screen of the printer: ink system failure has not not able to copy, receive faxes or print. Refer to the documentation for the printer error O.cl9a0007.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Hey Spider! First of all welcome on the forum.
I recommend to remove all ink cartridges, disconnect the USB cable from the computer that connects to the printer and then turn off the printer completely by unplugging the power cord. Then, restart your computer. Turn on the printer but leave that he disconnected from the computer. After that he ended his power over the cycle forward and reinsert the ink cartridges in the printer and make sure their seat correctly.
After you have all the cartridges in the printer correctly, then connect it to the computer. See if that fixes the problem. If not post back with no results.
The installer after my installation but I have regarding finally choose the printer but the printer Photosmart C309a was not rated.
I searched HP website for a possible solution and downloaded a set of instructions using my Macbook connected directly to the printer using a USB cable and the printer's built-in System. Everything worked well and the printer has found that my computer on my wireless network then opened the Mac window to select a printer to add to my list of printer. Photosmart C309a was registered and I chose but then got the error message "year error occurred while trying to add the selected printer".
Below was another comment, "Server-error-service-unavailable". "."
I tried several times with the same result. I used the CD that came with my printer which stated that it was the SW for my Mac 10.4 operating system.
I had a problem at the start when I tried to install everything on the CD and installation put OK until he got to the installation of fax utlilty and it froze. I retried several times with the same result. Finally in frustration, I uninstalled and did another installation, but this time leaving out various additional SW and the fax SW that I won't be using this printer as a fax.
Any help would be appreciated. I quickly checked the various recent messages, but couldn't find anything relevant to my problem
Apple has a document of support for this problem:
Hi, maybe someone can help me. I'm trying to connect a W540 (no external dock) to an external monitor Dell.
I tried with two monitors, but none work.
Connected via VGA port on the side of the W540
(1) connected monitor and clogged up the resolution of the screen on laptop (lines icons tiny, black on each side of the screen). External monitor works fine. When unplugged, it went back to the previous screen resolution.
(2) laptop registered resolution and icon size of the screen as a profile.
(3) external monitor connected right click options graphics Intel, insured was custom display, main display plus external monitor, then had to go in a re - click on the name of the saved profile.
(4) this worked ok until the next day, when turned on laptop and a blue screen. Managed to get this back hard by restarting and completed the steps in N3
(5) cannot get the Nvidia Control Panel to display anything else than the 3D options, even if it make the default value (instead of the Intel graphic card)
Can anyone offer some so that I can connect an external monitor without having to go through all this hassle every time? Why this affects the laptop so bad (and also, it runs very slowly after that)
Running Windows 8 (but with the interface of Windows 7)
Thank you very much
Thank you. A quick update, I contacted Lenovo, and they sent the updated bios drivers. I also uninstalled some software Canon MP Navigator and Lenovo EMC Discovery (http://support.lenovo.com/us/en/documents/ht081844?tabName=Solutions). One or all of them seem to have solved the problem, including the slow start.
I'm new on all the forums, but desperately need help. Even though I am not new on windows and have been building my own computers for years, I am pretty new to networking and also for Linux.
I have a home network with 3 computers with windows 7 installed and my server with Debian Squeeze. Somehow I've muddled through the installation of debian and even on my network using samba (after days of research). Everything has been great to work with all 3 computers and my server talking to each other.
I got internet connection across the home network, and all the computers + Server appeared and was accessible on the LAN. It was with a little D - link DIR-601, last week I lost all the internet connect to Comcast, which turned out be their problem but Comcast informed me that my router was not the best and he was originally put my speed problems.
So I bought a new router Linksys WRT54GL and installed yesterday and it's where I need help... I have internet connection and you can surf the web on all computers 3 windows and the debian server, all computers 3 windows appear and are accessible on the LAN, but not the debian server.
As soon as I reinstall the D-link router, everything is back to normal. I tried with my limited knowledge of Linux to change network configuration files in my debian server but so far no change. I'm not sure this is a linux problem or a problem with linksys... If anyone has any ideas on how to solve this problem, I could use you help... Thank you ALL!.
Thanks for your suggestions, but it turns out that the problem was a Linux problem, after changing routers, I had to make some changes in debian Linux as share. I'm on duty again.
I regularly used my laptop connected to a projector via a cable VGA for PowerPoint and video clips view in Windows Media Player. It is automatically detected and adjusted for different sizes of screen of the laptop screen (1366 x 768) and projector (1024 x 768) and projected with success. Recently I connected the laptop to a second monitor - also 1024 x 768 - instead, and even once, it fits perfectly.
It suddenly stopped setting for the resolution of the projector; When I go to the resolution of the screen, the option to set the resolution of the second screen is grayed out. No matter if I use extend or duplicate, he insists that the two screens are 1366 x 768. This has happened with two projectors, all two used to work properly. I also tried different VGA cables. The end result is that the image of the projector is hurry to tray.
I can connect fine to the second monitor via the VGA port and sometimes with different resolutions for both screens. I can also connect to a TV via an HDMI cable. I can't try a HDMI cable for the spotlight as it is ceiling mounted, and the other is old and is not an HDMI connection.
I checked the drivers and they seem to be up to date.
My laptop is a Dell Latitude running Windows 7. The graphics card is an Intel HD Graphics 3000. I tried many suggestions already given on these forums without success. The real puzzle is that it was working fine and nothing I can draw has changed except that I connected on the other monitor.
Thanks for the reply with the status of the issue. I'm sorry to know that the issue is still unresolved, your efforts to solve this problem are much appreciated.
I suggest to follow the method below and check if that helps:
Method 1: Perform a system restore.
System restore WARNING: when you use the system restore to restore the computer to a previous state, the programs and updates that you have installed are removed.
Method 2: Uninstall all hidden devices:
Step 1: See the article below to activate the devices hidden in Device Manager.
Look at a hidden devices
Step 2: After you enable hidden devices, remove devices from Device Manager.
1. press start.
2. type device manager in the start search box.
3. Select Device Manager in the search result.
4 uninstall everything that are grey also uninstall the drivers to display completely.
5 restart the computer and install the drivers to view the manufacturer's Web site.
Hope this information helps, just reply to the State of the question to get help.
Unfortunately, I do not have a restore point old enough until the problem occurred. I have not found any that was relevant in hidden devices, but in normal Device Manager mode when I clicked on "monitor" it opened a "Generic PnP" entry even when there was no extra monitor or projector fixed. When an additional monitor has been attached, there were two of these entries. I disabled them both, and I found that I can now adjust the resolution of a second monitor to a different setting of the laptop screen.
Thanks for your help.
I have VPCCB390X laptop Vaio from Sony. I have upgraded from windows 7 to windows 8. My web cam worked very well after that installation for a day and now its shows an error "the last USB you connected is not recognized or bad boy" and I couldn't find any category of imaging devices in Device Manager. The webcam has become an unknown device. I tried to contact sony and microsoft, but none helped me. Microsoft says that drivers may be incompatible. I checked with the upgrade of Windows 8 assistant, and he noted that the companion of Arcsoft web cam is compatible with Windows 8. I tried to reinstall the software and drivers, but that did not help and the problem persists. Can I have a solution to this?
Check with the Sony Support, their drivers and documentation online and ask for their
Forums about known problems. BIOS update, chipset of low level drivers and major
embedded device drivers. If there is no version of Windows 8, try the latest versions of Windows 7.
Do not forget to ASK Sony Support and in their forums, because there are likely to be known

More often than otherwise, I'm going to print to this printer from one of our laptops wireless and it won't print.
Whenever this happens, and I run a wireless test, the printer is still fine.
The printer appears in my devices window and seems to be fine.
Troubleshooting never translates into a response.
Usually, when this happens, the spooling print window that displays the status of print jobs says that the printer is offline. I removed the checkmark next to "use printer offline" last time it was is past, and that it's worked. I had tried before anything will do, but thought that perhaps it has been fixed once for all this time. Especially since I saw in another post this fixed the problem of someone else.
Tonight, it doesn't print, says nothing about being offline, but just says: "error" in the status column. No other information.
At the top of the list in the window where I can put as a default value, select this option for use in offline mode, etc., the word 'connect' appears. It is not an option... the word is gray when all the other words are in black characters, and clicking it has no effect.
I can always choose the printer of course, he sees the laptop on the network and it seems normal until you try to print.
It doesn't seem to matter what laptop that I use, I'm having this problem with both. I also had problems similar with this printer using any other wireless and portable. So I don't think that it's the laptop, operating system, or anything with the network, just the printer itself.
Suggestions? I wish that there is a quick fix. I'm starting to think that it is defective.
Is model # D110 you printer a or b? Here are some steps I take for a quick solution when a printer was working wireless and suddenly quit.
- Make sure that the print queue is empty. If delete you it, or if it was already empty and you can not print, take the next step.
- Download and run HP Print and Scan for Windows doctor. If there is no change, go to step 3.
- Reset your wireless network, as described in the following link. Click here

What don't understand me, I've set up a new virtual appliance version of vcenter test 5.1, I can connect just fine using vsphere client and console, but the web interface refuses to agree with the same identifiers. What is happening with this single sign? I really do not understand.
You guys could help me please?
I stumbled upon this same question. 5.1 with the search service is completely different than 5.0, this is why the others are not working.
Here's what I did to solve the problem. I turned on the regeneration of SSL certificate:
- Navigate to https://[IP]: 5480 and connect
- Go to the Admin tab and press the button "Toggle the setting of certification" until activated regeneration 'certificate' displays Yes
- Go to the network tab and change the host name. This will trigger a regeneration of SSL (or you can change the ip address). I don't know if change 'localhost' to something else helped, but it can't hurt.
- Restart the box (restart System tab button.)
At this point, you can look at the start-up of the machine of vcenter console messages. You will notice some messages about detection of a new hostname or IP and regenerate a new certificate. You will see all the services to import it again SSL ceritifcates so.
At the end of the reset, I was able to connect to the web client to vCenter!
Your laptop must be one of the Intel wireless cards listed in document go2 posted.
By your own words, you stated that your model has the Realtek RTL8723BE card without wireless/bluetooth, which is absolutely not capable Intel WIDI.
My laptop was even one of the listed Broadcom cards, and tool updated WIDI reported «this platform does not support the Intel WIDI.»
I had to change the map for the Intel 7260 dual band Wireless-N card, and subsequently WIDI works beautifully.
Specifications for other laptops HP indicate that models with the wireless card that your laptop is home to Miracast.
Realtek article also speaks to them be selected for Miracast.
I don't know a thing about Miracast, so I don't know how you get the laptop to connect using Miracast technology.
I thought you had to run an Android device for that.
But you can try until the cows come home, home and WiDi won't work on your noteboook as it is currently configured if it has any other wlan card but an Intel, one.
My hard drive has failed and had to be replaced. My original Windows 7 Home records have been resettled. I had to update the software for my printer. When I used the printer, it worked normally. When I rebooted, the hard drive was not found at the start, and I had to unplug the printer from my machine. I tried six USB ports with the same result. the printer worked fine until what I restarted how the hard drive wasn't until I unplugged the printer cable"
Any help would be appreciated.
