Problem with the icon get statistical Reporting in UCCX to connected on agents

Attempt to use Get Statistical Reporting simple script to send calls to voicemail in cases where no agent is connected without success. Have followed the examples of web and read through topics of discussion Cisco similar but unable to make it work. Does anyone know if there are settings in cuic to allow access to scripts in real time, the agent status reports? I have attached a picture of the control script if anyone has any suggestions.

Problem is that the name of your CSQ is actually Test_ CSQ in the Administration UCCX I can see in the statistics in real time, while in the script you have defined as TEST_CSQ inside the TEST_CSQ variable. Change the name in the script to match what you set on the evolution of the world on UCCX UCCX to match what you have set in the script. While working with CCX remember it is case sensitive in which Test_CSQ and TEST_CSQ are two different things.

    I use Windows Vista Home Basic on a Dell Inspiron 1501.  I have recently accepted that some guest downloads Windows with terrible results.  First downloads do not appear to have been accepted and the system of guard stop and startup trying to cancel.  Second as I result, I seem to have lost access to a range of Windows tools.  For example in Panel I can't open system icons or Windows Update.  Nor can I access these services from any other avenue on the computer.  Whenever I have find an icon or a file screen flashes a dialog briefly and then disappears.  The effect of this is that I'm completely unable to access or to implement the recommended tools or services that could solve this problem.  My ability to manage my computer has been reduced to zero.  Dell were not receptive and I can't get a response from Microsoft

    I appreciate your ongoing efforts, I would like you to answer all of the steps listed here. Please do the steps listed, if you are still running into errors do NOT run everything as the PSDR printer utility. I think that the multiple uninstall and relocations are now causing a problem.  I understand that you already did uninstall it and reinstall by following the instructions, but I think we can try a different approach. Please post back and let me know the result and we can continue from there. See below:

    • Hold down the Windows Logo key () on the keyboard and the 'R' to open the dialog box run, type %temp%
    • Delete all files and folders in the temp folder. Choose Skip if all pop ups seem to say all files cannot be deleted

    When I add a reminder to a PDF, I have two problems. One is that when I go to print the document with the comments, the position of the note of sticky notes on the printed page change where I placed it (I try to place the bottom of the projection arrow type down the text that I am to comment on). The second problem is that I can't change the size of the sticky note in the page. When I searched for solutions, I got the answer that I can resize by grabbing the bottom right or bottom left, but that has no effect on the size. I am relatively new to using sticky notes in DC, for any suggestions would be welcome.

    Very well. I solved the problem of size. Display of the Page edition/preferences/and select the default value of 96 pixels (for some reason, I got that that 500). The size was much smaller. Then when printing, sticky note icons remained where they were supposed to be.

    How can I get the icon 'Remove hardware safely' to stop making its sound? It makes the bonk sound which indicates that you can remove your device. It slows down the PC games and is just annoying. I used the troubleshooter and checked all USB options that have been listed under my 'pilot' and the message I get says that they are enabled and work correctly. When he makes his tone, the icon in the taskbar disappears and reappears then.     To turn off the sound for the connection / disconnection of devices, follow these steps:

    a. click Start and select Control Panel

    b. click on device sound and Audio

    c. under device sound and Audio, click its tab

    d. under program events, select the device connection and in the Strait, make scrolling the drop down for None.

    e. also repeat the same for disconnection device

    This should do the trick.

    I have problems to connect to my Oracle database.  I don't know what was the cause, but now when I connect to a database that has been working well for the past two years, I usually get an ORA-12541 error.

    I run lsnrctl status on the server and get a prinout like this:

    A few times during that time, I was able to connect to the server, via sqlplus, however, it took 10 minutes before the connection is online.  Once I'm connected, I can ask my paintings as expected, but I need an application to connect.

    If anyone has any ideas on what could be the problem, please let me know.

    In fact, there was another thing, I changed when I finally got it works, although I don't know if it was related or not.  In my folder with my track logs, I had a huge (> 4 GB) listener.log file.  I deleted this file right before that I ran the command netsh command to reset and then restarted.  This file was also a bit special, because it had not been updated since around the time that I first encountered this problem.  It seems to be updated on a minute by minute basis, now that I've removed the old.  Is there a problem with this file becomes too big?  My drive was not out of space, but it is very curious that this stopped file update on the same day as when I started having the problem and now works properly again.  I wish I had noted the exact time until I deleted it.
