    Backup rules fill in the dashboard management rule after Foglight upgraded

  • Description

    After that an upgrade of Foglight was conducted, several backup rules are created for rules that have been published before the upgrade. For example:

    Cluster VMW IO network
    Cluster VMW IO network (backup)

  • Resolution

    During the upgrade procedure, the FMS has detected that some of the original rules have been changed in some way. It copies the rules previously upgraded in backups, before trying to merge the contents of the update rule in the former.

    Assuming that the FMS works as expected, the rules of backup can be deleted. However, it is best to confirm this in the respect of the rules first before making deletions.

    When editing rules, particularly rules OOTB (out of the box), it is recommended to copy the original rule, disable the original rule and edit the copied rule. This should reduce the risk of the problem described in this Article.

  Good so I had to update my post because I had to give the good news! However, that is how I am and I almost try everything and tinkering with different things. My audio works now. I went back the download Acer drivers and manual for my camera and I checked under 32-bit Windows 8, which was windows available. I installed my ID which has been deleted before when I had restarted or any number of things, I tried, and then I went in Drivers and installed the Master Installer. I made sure that I extracted all the files before proceeding with the installation. After it restarted my laptop I heard the Windows startup sound and I knew that it worked because I had no sound at all before. Not sure why it worked, but it did! • S205 - problem with the keyboard (right shift key)

  Two days ago, I met a rather strange problem with the keyboard of my S205 (running Win7 64 bit). For some reason any the right shift key is no longer works as a shift key, but it has the same function as "Alt Gr" key on the right side. FYI: German keyboard. For example, the @ is on the same key as the Q here and normally I have press the AltGr key to type a @. Now the same thing with the right shift key.

  I tried a couple of things already, none of them helped. I have accidentally changed the layout of the keyboard, checked once again in the Control Panel, everything is OK here. No Fn - keys are activated. I tried to plug in an external USB keyboard - on that one, the shift key works fine. The right shift key is the only key that does not work properly. I even tried the keyboard on the screen so I could see which key was pressed when I pressed the SHIFT key and she showed the "Alt Gr" - button is pressed.

  If you have updated the drivers from Windows update, sometimes this kind of problem occurs with windows generic drivers for cause of driver incompatibility, suggest always update drivers only via the ThinkVantage System Update utility. Update only the application of Microsoft Windows Update.

  Our engineers are working on this issue, in the average as you try the below work around.

  After you change a 16-bit image using the Liquify Filter, edited areas are lighter than the rest of the image.

  Solution

  In the meantime, there are two solutions:

  Use pictures 8-bit instead of 16-bit images with fluidity

  Disable the GPU use to liquefy holding the key Option (Mac) or Alt (Windows) key down while you select the Liquify Filter in the menu filter.

  If I understand you right you can see when laptop starts and you see Toshiba welcome screen. Is this good?
  When you enter the BIOS settings you see thise lines too?

  Later, when you see the desktop on the external monitor, you can use the FN + F5 key combination to switch between an LCD and external monitor. Please try to use it and post comments if it works or not.

  Recently updated my XperiaX10i (French version, not operator sim locked). No problem with the update itself and the phone seems to work fine.
