  This is because you have something before output to the browser, the
  Header(). If nothing is output to the browser (including spaces or line
  breaks) then the headers are closed and the command of the header() function don't work, then
  you get the error.

  Looking at your code again (I missed it the first time), I see you
  have the title of the page above the PHP code, and it is passed before the
  order header at the origin of the problem.

  Move the(and any other HTML or output
  You may need) below the PHP code and it should work.

  Click on the square next to the title field - this allows you to create/edit and delete entries.

  I'm new to Illustrator and I have a MacPro 2009 running OS 10.9.4 with Wacom driver 6.3.8 - 2 and when I go in the Blob brush controls, all menus popup to size etc only fixed and Random active and all other items are grayed. It's the same question weather I'm on CC or CC 2014. I tried to replace the file pref for CC 2014 and it made no difference. Is there a setting I'm missing?

• Problem with the Login user and scroll form

  What is the code in the trigger of your button When-Button-Pressed (WBP)? Maybe you should check to see if the form is in the Mode query in your WBP rather than try and remove the error? In other words, eliminate error - do not delete it. :)

  If you want instead to remove the error, there is a technique to built-ins call restricted to a trigger that does not allow them. Do this by the use of a millisecond zero Timer. For example:

  Well, it's just standard features of Oracle Forms. If you switch the Mode request form - you must run a query or cancel the query Mode! This is how it works. Your users need to understand that and accept it - just as they accept the functional also for other programs. ;) Another option would be to add a "Cancel request" button to your form and make it so it is enabled only when the form is placed in Query Mode. Just a thought...

  I personally prefer to prevent the occurrence of an error rather than remove the error. :)

• Problems with the Display Mode target on end 2009 27 "iMac

  Used late 2009 iMac 27 "in the view target in conjunction with a Dell XPS tower with i7 processor, Windows 7 and the best graphics card I could afford at the time connected by HDMI to mini display port cable.  Worked well for years.  Set aside Dell for a few months and the update of the iMac to El Capitan OS 10.11.3.  Recently tried old setup with same Dell PC and was able to move from Mac to PC, but the PC screen resolution was at the lowest setting. I got an error message when enabling/disabling to PC who said there was a problem with the port causing mini display of the system back to the lowest resolution. Impossible to reset at a higher resolution.

  I tested the Dell PC on another monitor, and it works very well at higher resolution (2560 X 1440). Now, when I reconnected it to the iMac (which works fine), the screen becomes black.

  Is it possible that the operating system upgraded (El Capitan) is not compatible with the targets using mini display port Display Mode?  Any ideas?

  Use your iMac as a display with the target - Apple Support Display Mode , also consider having a bad cable or connection. Does not hurt to try different cables, they can and will the bad!
