Problem with the store and several questions.

I tried all the methods listed below:

Method 1: Make sure that User Account Control (UAC) is enabled.

Press the Windows key and from the splash screen, type "UAC" and on the right, select settings.
Select change user account control settings and check here.

Method 2: Check the date & time zone is correct:

Follow these steps to change the time.

a. double-click the current time on the lower right of your screen.

b. then click Change hour date, then click on the button to change time zone

c. Select your time zone and the tick to automatically adjust clock for the time being, then press OK

d. press on apply, then OK.

Method 3: Run the network troubleshooting and check if you can connect to store.

Follow the steps to run the network troubleshooter utility:

a. press the keys Windows + C on your keyboard to show the charms.

b. type Troubleshooting , and then clicksolving problems under settings.

c. now, tap network troubleshooting in the optionSearch .

d. clickutility troubleshooting networkto run the troubleshooter.

Method 4: If you use a proxy connection, then try to disable the proxy and then check if the problem persists.

Follow the steps to disable the proxy:

a. open Internet Explorer

b. click on the Tools buttonand then click onInternet Options

c. click on the Connections taband then clickLAN settings

d. uncheck it Server Proxy use.

e. click on apply then Ok to save the changes.

Now, check if you can access store.

Method 5: Cache reset Store.
Follow the steps and check out them.
(a) right click on the start screen
(b) click on run
Type c) in WSReset.exe
(d) press enter
(e) restart the computer and check.

Method 6: analysis Run SFC
(a) right click on the lower left corner of the screen and select 'Admin command prompt.
(b) type following command, and then press ENTER: "sfc/scannow".

Method 7: I suggest that you disable the antivirus installed on the computer.

Method 8: CDevil Windows Firewall settings

 

(a) Type in the Panel on the Start Page.

(b) on the left side, click on Control Panel.

(c) click on Windows Firewall.

(d) in the left pane, click "allow an app or feature through Windows Firewall."

(e) under the features and applications allowed, look for store.

(f) make sure that you have a click in private or Public.

(g) then see if you can open the Windows store.

Not a SINGLE one of these methods have worked. When I go to my home screen and click on store, he told me 'we could not connect to the Bank. This could have happened due to a server problem or a network connection has expired. Please wait a few minutes and try again. "I did it on my network troubleshooting, all right, I am able to connect to everything, but I've NEVER been able to connect to the store. I also tried before asking this question. I don't know what happened, or how he did it, but the store has started working when I was on other networks, he didn't always works at home well. I finally download and install windows 8.1 and it fixed the issue together.

    Last weekend, I have an irritating problem with my HP 15 laptop. Bought two years ago and upgrades to Windows 10 a year ago.
     
    First of all, my touchpad started to not work properly. It "freezes" and I can't use it until I click the ESC key, but it doesn't last and "freezes" again a few seconds later. Then, everytime I open a window where there is a text box (Start menu, edge browser, Control Panel, etc.), the number 5 is entered automatically and permanently, as if the button 5 has been blocked. I did a quick check and button 5 do not seem physically stuck.
     
    Yesterday, I restored the system to the factory settings, so I'm back to 8.1 for Windows and then upgraded to Windows 10. Everything seems to work fine, but this morning, the problem was back. Is there something I can do? What is the problem caused by Windows 10 or the computer? Should I restore it to Windows 8.1? Everything worked great til last weekend, I don't know what that was.

    I understand that you have a problem with the keyboard and the touchpad on your laptop from HP 15.

    Have you tried to use a keyboard external and mouse at all?

    Have you tried to go to Safe Mode to see if the problems persist in there?

    Have you tried to perform a material or forced reset Reset?

    Did you do a test of material?

    Have you updated your drivers?

    It could be a driver problem to be able to look at that for you, I need your model number. I wish I could give you an answer or not, but at this point without the troubleshooting results and the model number, it is difficult for me to say.

    I can say that if everything works in point 8.1 of Windows without problem, the driver TROUBLESHOOTING is a great place to start. Please try to follow these steps for the keyboard and the touchpad of troubleshooting:

    • Beginning
    • Search for Device Manager
    • Search results, open Device Manager.
    • Click on display
    • Show hidden devices.
    • Click the arrow next to keyboards.
    • Right click on the name of the keyboard device.
    • Select uninstall.
    • Continue deleting the names of devices in the category keyboards until the feature of all the names have been uninstalled.
    • Restart the laptop twice.

    Touchpad:

    • Type of research, "Device Manager."
    • Click on Device Manager,
    • Expand mice and other pointing devices.
    • Right click on the TouchPad,
    • Click on uninstall.
    • Restart the computer laptop twice,
    • Reinstall the TouchPad card.

    I found a document of troubleshooting for you to try also called Portable keyboard troubleshooting. Please be sure to follow the steps described in this document.

    Have you tried to reset the bridge? CTRL (Windows) / Opt (Mac) + click on the bridge to start icon and select open boxes.

    Otherwise, you could manually delete the cache, but we need to know the answers to questions to say where he is.

    With only 1 graphic I get what I want, but when I try to add the 2nd or the 3rd, they show without my defined x-scale and with the offset x different from the first chart.

    Here is an edited version of your code that works on my computer.  A problem that I know that I fixed it was that your presentation of the STATE was in the name-oriented mode but you use the variables based on the number to assign it X and Y channels.  The execution of these commands in a loop FOR makes it much easier to debug the code and to avoid any annoyance at first.

    Aero - Windows 7 - How to troubleshoot problems with Aero

    (1) first of all, click on the Start button and type in Aero. Now, click on find and fix problems with transparency and other Visual effects of link.

    (2) a new Wizard dialog box opens. Make sure that you click Advanced to solve all problems automatically.

    We bought a new laptop and 13 items today. We spent the day trying to get it set up. We tried to download the 13 items at least 6 times. Whenever it took about 45 minutes to download, but when we open the file and click on set up it says that there was a problem with the download and it recommends that stop, restart and download it again? How we work what goes wrong? We had to remove the files and start every time. I don't have another day to try to get this sort. Should not it is just a matter of downloading and then, should not come with a message to install and we just press Yes and it works.

    You can also download the trial version of the software directly (No Download Manager) through the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.  You should get two files, an executable file and a compressed file.  Run the executable file and it will install the rest.

    Don't forget to follow the steps described in the Note: very important Instructions in the section on the pages of this site download and have cookies turned on in your browser, otherwise the download will not work correctly.

    Agree - all this talk of loops FOR is completely irrelvant.
    A refcursor is usually the exact mechanism to return a result set.

    What is C_RESULTS?

    Just use SYS_REFCURSOR.

    No need for local variable.

  • Problem with the locale and date serialization in java

    I have a serious problem with Flex dates and need a solution as soon as possible. I have a Flex 2 front end that uses remote java objects to talk to the database. I have a Flex 2 DateFields form. The dates of these are stored in the datebase. However I need the dates to be stored exactly as users them selects regardless of the locale.

    What is happening at the moment is we are developing in Ireland and in selecting a date, filling an actionscript VO which is in turn transformed into a java VO (on a server in the United States) and when the date is stored in the database is one day before the date that we have selected. It seems that the flash player uses the locale with a time of midnight (GMT) users. When place the conversion to the EAST, it stores the date (GMT - 5), which causes the being Eve.

    I changed my flex code to set the date at 12: 00 time even if he converts and subtracts 5 hours it will always be the same date. But this does not work, it seems to work sometimes and not others and is very inconsistent. I can't understand why it works sometimes.

    Its makes me mental - someone has experienced this problem or did someone knows a solution PLEASE?

    I'm not very familiar with your specific question, but I wonder if a combination of store dates as the first milliseconds since midnight January 1, 1970, universal time, stored as a string and then when presenting the data are aware, locale would solve the problem.

  • Satellite C850 - found problems with the networking and the FN key

    I work on a Satellite Toshiba C850, that my parents recently bought and spin in a certain number of questions.

    (1) wireless won't connect to my network. Have done the following: verified by connecting on two other computers, reset the router, the open network, reset the map, reinstalled the realtek drivers, checked the settings in the networking of Toshiba Utilities. End result is he's going to try, and fail. Wired LAN works fine.

    (2) FN key does not work. Have you checked the region and it is OK, have tried to use the Flash cards - no change, checked with the screen keyboard and can check the FN key does not register.

    I noticed that the first problem is common, but there are obvious positive results. If anyone can offer any assistance, I would appreciate it a lot.

    Before you begin to discuss your problems can you please tell us what OS you are using?
    Are you using the original OS that you got with your laptop? I mean original recovery image has been tested and works correctly, with the factory settings that all should especially the FN keys.

    1 / What do you mean with refusing? your WLAN is visible for your laptop?

    2 / if there is problem with the feature keys FN and you use Win7 try please reinstall extra package from Toshiba.
