Problem with the Toshiba bluetooth stack

Hello, I'm having a problem with toshiba bluetooth stack. I had windows vista installed in my laptop. I decided to upgrade to Windows 7. I got a bluetooth mouse attached to my toshiba bluetooth stack in windows vista. After the upgrade to windows 7 my bluetooth mouse is not working any more and it is not listed in the list of devices. But, when I turn on my mouse, the system battery bluetooth bar turns green as when the device is connected, but it does not work and the device is still not listed. I'm trying to redetect, but it is not detected. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the bluetooth stack, but in the reinstalling my devices are always listed.

Can someone help me or tell me how to manually remove all connected devices? Thanks in advance.

You have selected the option to remove all device configurations?
If not, then please try it and then reinstall the Bluetooth stack.
You can also do this via command line.
Just run the following command as an administrator:
MsiExec.exe /x "{CEBB6BFB-D708-4F99-A633-BC2600E01EF6}" / qn DELETEALL = 1

In addition, remove the batteries from the mouse for several seconds.

Right click on the Bluetooth system tray icon > Options... > Security > view paired devices
Remove your entry for the mouse device when it exists.

  • Problem with uninstalling the Toshiba Bluetooth Stack for Windows

Guys, I have a problem with uninstalling the Toshiba Bluetooth Stack for Windows v4.00.22 on my laptop Windows XP SP2. Whenever I choose to remove the "battery Bluetooth for Windows by Toshiba" (or "Bluetooth HID Switch Service") the installation program starts to prepare, but crashes after a few minutes - the only way to continue is to turn off the laptop.

The same thing happens when I try to update the stack to the latest version - the installer says that the old battery has to be removed first and crashes after trying to remove it. So is it possible to remove it by hand? I really don't want to reinstall Windows!

I don't have a copy of the original Software v4.00.22 to recharge so if you have a copy or know where I can get a copy I would gratefully

    Thanks in advance.

I would try to delete the folder: "C:\Program Files Toshiba Stack.
Registry settings will remain, but should be repaired after a new installation of the Bluetooth stack.

  • Still problems with the adapter Bluetooth Toshiba Windows 7

    Hey there, it's me again.

I am referring to my 'Problem Bluetooth on Windows 7' subject:

I thought after the solution of bluecat that my problem has been resolved. But it isn't really.

After you install the Windows fix, it worked just a short time. But now the problem is the same.

When I remove the Toshiba Bluetooth Stack and try to work with Manager Bluetooth of Windows, I see that the Bluetooth icon is to come and one to go on the taskbar. In Device Manager, I said Windows, that it is not closed the device to save power. But I think that the device is on and walk and stop...

I really absolutely have no idea what is the problem, but I get terribly angry.

    Details:
    Windows 7
Dell Wireless Bluetooth internal adapter 350 (but it is manufactured by Toshiba)
Experienced pilots: Vista Pack of profile of the Dell homepage (no battery installed, driver only) / Toshiba Bluetooth Stack (the latest version)

    This is the old thread:

    Hi all

Just as I installed Windows 7, my keyboard and Bluetooth mouse do not work very well.

I use the Dell Wireless 350 Bluetooth internal adapter, Toshiba Bluetooth Stack 8.00.02 and the keyboard and mouse Logitech MX1000.

To connect the devices on my computer, I first have to disconnect the Bluetooth adapter by pressing Fn + F2 on my Dell i9400, after re-login I can search and connect devices correctly. They work fine as long as the laptop is running.

After restarting the laptop, devices no longer work. They are still in the known, but not connected Bluetooth stack. That's why I have to unplug the adapter Bluetooth, another time and reconnect in order to connect the two devices.

I first thought, it's a Windows problem. I thought that Windows is able to ask the adapter to save power. But when I go to Device Manager, there is no box for this option, as known from other devices (Te USB Ports). If this isn't the problem. I think the problem is something else, maybe performed by the Bluetooth stack.

Windows XP it worked perfectly. I used the same hardware and also the battery Bluetooth Toshiba (uploaded on the homepage of Dell).

    Someone at - it ideas?

    Thank you!

    Hey there

Yesterday I did Format C: and installed Windows 7 news.

I do not have a bluetooth driver for my Dell Wireless 350 Bluetooth adapt (made by Toshiba).

And now: the mouse and the keyboard work. I even do not see anywhere in my system, but they work.

There is no bluetooth adapter in my device manager and I had do not connect the keyboard and mouse with my computer. She simply do nothing.

    I do not understand this...

    What is a backup connection?

    What I tried:
-> Installation more recent Bluetooth Stack from Toshiba. Problem in the above message. I also installed the MS Hotfix. The same problem.

-> Installed "Vista profile Pack" on the home page of Dell, recommended for my laptop and Windows Vista. There is no battery installed. So I had to connect the mouse and keyboard via the Windows Bluetooth Manager. But the adapter was performed on and off windows, the icon in the task bar came and went and came and went. Connection is good, 1 minute then a few seconds. Not possible to work with the mouse.

And now, without having to install a driver, it works. Am I stupid?

  • How to change the settings of the BT COM port with the Toshiba BT stack?

I have a Tecra S11 with Windows7 64 bit and I need to connect via Bluetooth to a remote the BT series device. I want to use the BT interface on board.

The BT remote appliance 38400,8, N-2 (stop to the most common place 1 2 bits). Problem: I find nowhere to change local BT Com port settings.

The physical port HW parameters can be changed. See:
HW COM1 with the port settings: http://i42.tinypic.com/epg5qr.jpg

But I don't get the same tab for the port of BT:
BT COM40 without port settings: http://i40.tinypic.com/24mcduw.jpg

Not even the BACK order 'mode' allows me to modify the ports of BT

Curiously, if I have the COM40 to a virtual machine on the same S11-tunnel (virtualbox), the machine virtual XP * can * change settings and communicate correctly with the remote device. How is that?

Can _How Yes, I change the port COM BT with the Toshiba BT stack settings? _ my version is 8.00.12 (T), which should be the most recent available. I also updated the BIOS.

    Thank you

    Additional details.

I tried to run the application as Administrator: still does not work.

I crossed Win registry with regedit and gave all permissions to all users: still does not work.

With the registry editor, I forced the port in 38400,8, N, 2 in 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE NT\CurrentVersion\Ports': still does not work.

Note that not only the application target complains, but also does not work the PuTTY used as a terminal series.

The Toshiba BT application see the remote device were undetermined, serial port, Dev.B. No provider.

I'm lost and stuck. Advice greatly appreciated.

  • How to manually uninstall the Toshiba Bluetooth Stack?

Hey there, I have a problem with uninstalling the Toshiba Bluetooth Stack v4.00.20 on my laptop Windows XP SP2. Whenever I choose to remove the "battery Bluetooth for Windows by Toshiba" (or "Bluetooth HID Switch Service") the installation program starts to prepare, but crashes after a few minutes - the only way to continue is to turn off the laptop. :(

The same thing happens when I try to update the stack to the latest version - the installer says that the old battery has to be removed first and crashes after trying to remove it. So is it possible to remove it by hand? I really don't want to reinstall Windows because of this.

The reason why I want to uninstall or update the stack is because my Jabra BT620s headset does not work with it. I can connect and use it as the headphones (the music quality is good enough), but I can't use the built-in microphone. It works with the Widcomm stack but with this one I have quality problems.

  • Software problems - Microsoft Office - Toshiba Bluetooth Stack

    :_| Hi all

I use a USB Bluetooth dongle to transfer data between my PC and my cell phone.

Since the installation of the software Toshiba Bluetooth Stack (first of all, I used the 5.0 and later upgraded to the last 6.10.10) I have problems with Microsoft Office.

When I try to double-click any document office (Word, Excel etc.) It takes about 30 seconds for Word to open software and then additional 30 seconds for the Office document to open it in the software-> almost 60 seconds!

But when I open the desktop in the start menu software - programs - Microsoft Word, it is opened in about 2 seconds! However, while the office is _opened_:
    1. when opening a document threw the file menu - open there are still 30 seconds for the document to open.
    2. When you try to open any office document (while the office is open) threw the Windows Explorer, it takes 30 seconds.

Now, I am writing in the Toshiba forum because when I cancel the Bluetooth manager of the _msconfig_ utility and reboot, the PC and the Office once again is working percfectly.

    Help, please

  • Profile of helmet in the Toshiba Bluetooth stack?

    Hello.

While trying to connect my headset Motorola HS820 Blutooth on my laptop Toshiba Tecra M1, the laptop will only recognize the "Serial Port profile" headset and not the "Headset Profile.

I'm under that Windows XP with the newest Toshiba Bluetooth Stack installed (bltstk-s-p20-30012-.zip)

'Toshiba Blutooth utility Guide' don't mention that not the profile "headset" as one of the profiles taken in charge.

Does anyone know if the headset profile is supported or if the Bluetooth Audio devices will be supported in the future?

Is there a new stack of Blutooth? Where can I get?

    Thank you.

  • Problem with the Toshiba recovery process

    Hi guys,.

I had some problems with my laptop and decided to return to the factory settings. But during the process, because of a few mistakes that I didn't understand, formatting process was broken and I guess that the recovery in my hard drive section was damaged. So, I could not use boot from the hard drive. Becacuse Toshiba did not give me recovery disk when I bought it, I had to boot the pc with cracked windows. I never use illegal software, but I had to do this temporarily. In any case now Toshiba has sold me an extra price, thank you Toshiba!

Today, I had the cargo, and Toshiba Turkey sent two recovery disks. In the first disc, there are preinst.swm files under the ZZIMAGES folder. And in the second disc, there are some files named as bin, efi, planfolder, boot, sources etc.

What should I know? Hot to go back to my original windows? And how can I do a recovery of these two DVD recovery usb drive?

    Thank you, best regards better.

    Any help pls?

  • Re: Partitioning is a problem with the Toshiba recovery system?

I'm french, so don't be afraid of mistakes.

I wonder if I can I repartition my HARD drive I want

First, I explain what I realized with the FAQ:
If Vista wouldn't boot, Toshiba Recovery in WinRE (eisa configuration) hidden partition offer we have to fix, and then use the DVD burn or HDDRecovery directory in E: to repair partition.

My question is if I don't have the DVD (or I lost it):
If I can I repartition my HARD drive (not the partition recovery, but expand the C: partition to reduce E :) partition without causing problems to recovery?)
In other words the recovery to the boot partition will update the position of recovering files in E:
And if it works, can I just copy - paste the E: c: HDDRecovery then E: while I format E:
    Thank you for your answers

    Hello!

If you copy the folder of disk recovery HARD complete with all the files it should normally work, but I do not know Mr. I had never tried it.

But if you have the Toshiba disk recovery is on the safe side. So, you can restore the factory settings whenever you want.

  • Problem with the adapter Bluetooth Logitech speakers on Windows 8

I use Windows 8 Pro, but I had the same problem on the consumer Preview (some things are different now though)

I use a Dell Inspiron N5010 laptop with a Dell Bluetooth 365 module.

When I first install the Adapter Bluetooth Logitech speaker it works fine (there is no driver for it but windows installs the driver of basic ad2p). The problem I have is that after the computer sleeps, stops, or restarts the unit is unplugged (as expected) and I can't reconnect (only to remove the device and install again).

In Windows 8 Preview of consumption when the device is plugged in, I could separate and connect it to the sound settings, but it would vanish from the sound after a sleep settings, reboot or shutdown.

I could easily connect or disconnect the device by double-clicking its icon in devices and printers in Windows 7. If I do the same thing in Windows 8, an error saying "BTWuiext has stopped working".

So basically after every sleep, closing or restarting I remove and reinstall the device...

I also tried troubleshooting of devices and printers, and I checked that Bluetooth Service is running.

Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you.

    Hi radufly,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Communities. From your problem description, I understand that, after every restart, sleep or a stop, you need to reinstall the drivers for your device. Please correct me if I misunderstood.

I understand how it could be frustrating when things do not work as expected. Please, I beg you, don't worry I'll try my best to resolve the issue.

radufly, it seems that the device is not compatible with the Windows 8 environment. I recommend you to contact Logitech support http://www.logitech.com/en-us/support/support-contactus and check with them if they came with drivers for Windows 8.

  • Problem with the Toshiba product registration after reinstall

    Hello
    I completely reinstalled my laptop.

Now in the "begruesungscenter", sorry I don't know the English expression of the right and the notifications from Toshiba program says I ve to save my mobile on the Toshiba site.

But I've already registered my laptop, is it possible to do it again? Or to change an entry in the registry, that the laptop is registered?

    Hello Stephan

Sorry but described is not a problem and the subject of this thread is really bad. What you use is the recovery image. This recovery image is in fact the factory settings. It is a logic that begins each time after installation of operating own will be the same procedure.

What you need to do is to interrupt the procedure of registration and complete the installation of the OS. If your laptop is already registered you must not do it again and again. I recommend to disable this automatic boot record (msconfig) or check if you can remove the system.

    Good bye
