I reboot 3 times, I tried to manually remove them several times, they always, never to return, they are deleted.

  So, basically, I can't reset the cbt on VM2. I double check this ctkenabled are all 'fake' (tried also uppercase) still no luck. Any ideas how I could get rid of these ctk.vmdk files?
