  • the 6-9 Bluetooth iPhone iOS not stereo pair with 2013 VW

Other VW owners have the same problem after the passage to iPhone 6? The dealer is useless.

My previous iPhone 4 has worked ok most of the time; I could pair, make/receive calls, listen to music (Media-IN & BT, although the latter was bad),... etc, and when it didn't work I blame VW SW/HW for these question that plugged while. But nothing with the iPhone 6. The car stereo BT is not see it. And then there is the other problem - bad cable/connector. I can't even the branch now. Maybe that was part of the matching process? Is not supposed for BT, not only is the obsolete cable, I don't know there is peeling/synchronization issues even if I don't get paired/connected somehow because VW had no SW updates for this. I tried last year when I was pretty it disconnect, loss of control... etc., but no update dealer (of course they blamed me, the phone and nothing else). What a surprise. It is the major drawback of the technology in the cars - it is obsolete as soon as you drive off the lot and nothing gets updated, not to mention upgrade, while you are devices. Solution: buy a new car. Now, to find a new cable or adapter if possible. I want to play music! If anyone can help, information, please post.

  • Problem about the iPhone 6 s MORE and Ford SYNC (Ford Ecosport) bluetooth pairing.

    Hello Apple community!

I have an iPhone MORE 6s firmware iOS 9.2.1 running and a Ford Ecosport trend M/T (bought last March 2015).

I always pair my iPhone with audio system in my car (Ford SYNC) every time I jump in my car every day. I drive 4 hours per day and I'm fond of listening to music with my iPhone through the car radio in my car. But while playing music a few days ago my iPhone just disconnected my car bluetooth device. I tried to pair it several times, but it keeps disconnecting. I switched to the USB mode (I always connect my iPhone to my car for the end of charge and also to listen to music when I want to disable my iPhone bluetooth), my iPhone is connected, but all I hear is static, whenever I play music from my iPhone.

I tried to delete my audio system phone master reset Ford SYNC and bluetooth devices list and also reset my iPhone, but it still shows the same results. I would appreciate anyone's response on what I live now.

Thank you so much in advance!

PS: I already upgraded my iPhone iOS firmware to 9.2.1 before that happened.

    Kind regards

    Marc

    Hello, m.asebo.

It seems that you are having problems with your iPhone 6s more lose connection to the audio system of your car there. You did some great troubleshooting so far. Great job. The following Knowledge Base article offers up a few big steps to troubleshoot your iPhone:

Get help to connect a secondary Bluetooth device with your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

    First try these steps

    1. Make sure that your device iOS and Bluetooth Accessory are close together.
    2. Make sure your Bluetooth accessory is on and fully charged or connected to power. If it uses batteries, test them to see if they need to be replaced.
    3. Restart your Bluetooth accessory.
    4. Make sure you have the latest version of iOS on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch.
    5. On your iOS device, go to settings > Bluetooth and make sure Bluetooth is on. If you cannot turn on Bluetooth or you see a spinning gear, restart your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch.
    6. Pairing the Bluetooth accessory, replace the accessory in detection mode, then pair and connectagain.

If you still cannot match or connect your Bluetooth accessory

Check with the manufacturer of Bluetooth to make sure that your accessory works with your iOS device. Contact the Apple Support if you have any of these problems:

    • You can't turn on Bluetooth or the setting is gray.
    • You cannot connect any Bluetooth accessories with your device.
    • The accessory manufacturer has confirmed that your accessory works properly.

Thank you for reaching out to the communities of Apple Support.

    Kind regards.

  • shutter of Bluetooth on iOS 9.2 problem

After that I have upgraded to iOS 9.2, my bluetooth on selfie stick pane doesn't work anymore.

My other iPhone still on iOS 9.1 works very well.

It seems that iOS 9.2 has the bug or turn off the bluetooth pane.

    Anyone has the same problem?

    Thank you

I have a question where I have several buttons shutter blue tooth and neither one of them works on my iPhone 6 s.

The two shutter buttons still work on my iPhone 5 and has worked with IOS 9.1 and after upgrading to IOS 9.2.

If you encounter problems with an iPhone 6 s, I think that the back of the phone rather than the version of IOS.

Others have apparently Bluetooth problems with the new iPhone 6 s and the latest version of IOS (9.2) seems not to have fixed.

I hope that IOS 9.2.1 will address this, but I don't know if it's still on the list of points for this version Apple.

Hello. Please you not to Apple here. This is a user forum. All users are waiting for the next update with bugfixes.

Try resetting your device. This will not erase your data stored on that device.

    • Press and hold the sleep/wake button
    • Press and hold the Home button
    • Press and hold both buttons until the display turns off and on again with the Apple logo on the subject.

Alternatively, you can go to settings - general - reset - Reset all settings

If that doesn't work, restore your device to factory settings. Please note that this will delete the data on your device.

Take a look this Apple Support article: use iTunes to restore the iPhone, iPad or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support.

  • iPhone iOS 10 5 and restart problem

Context: a year and a half months ago my left side of the screen (iPhone 5) began to burst, an indication of battery failure. I ran to an apple certified service in the country, I've been during the holidays. They asked 100 euros and five working days, so obviously, I changed the battery in a store not certified in 1 hour (unware of the battery, they put in). With iOS 9.3.5 all was well for the whole of this period later. No problem at all.

Problem: last Tuesday (so after one year and), I have updated to iOS 10. Once again everything was working fine, until this weekend (3 days later), where my iPhone 5 has started to reboot frequently, i.e. Saturday and Sunday should have restarted more than 20 - 30 times without reason.

What I tried: I reset all the settings in the settings menu, I did reset function sleep and home button, I restored my iPhone IOS 10 5. Nothing. The reboot occurs again. Last thing I noticed is that the reboot occurs less frequently (100% sure) while the iPhone is in charge.

Question: is this a software problem on iOS 10 (do not believe now to be honest), or just the coincidence of a pile of problems that have occurred with the iOS 10 update, or something else? Here, I changed the battery (76 kilos), or give the iPhone engineering to get a new one for 198 pounds?

Any help is welcome. Thank you very much.

I solved it. I just changed my battery. No problem since then.

I have an iPhone with IOS 9.2.1 6.  It does not open the jpg files attached to an email, although it opens the jpg files before a recent update of IOS.  My wife 4 IPhone opens the jpg files attached to our email.  I never had this problem with my iPhone 4, iPhone 5 or my iPhone 6 until a recent update, but I do not know what update caused the blackout.  The mobile phone seller did a search on the web and not found any reference to it.  A hard reboot was not helpful.  Any suggestions?

What email provider? What happens when you try to open the JPG file?

  • Problem syncing between iPhone 5 (iOS 9.2.1) and iMac (OS 10.11.3)

I have a problem syncing between iPhone 5 (iOS 9.2.1) and iMac (OS 10.11.3). Purchased or updated on the iPhone apps are not copied on the iMac, during synchronization.

    Howdy Paul Peeters,

I understand that you purchase apps on your iPhone and you want to synchronize on your iMac.  For these applications automatically added to your iMac, you may want to activate the automatic downloads on the Mac.

This article explains what you see.

If your applications are not transferred from iTunes to your device after the update to iOS 9 - Apple Support

iOS 9 includes a new feature that allows you to download only the parts of a necessary application for your device. This saves the storage space on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch when you install an application that supports this feature. Update to iOS 9, iTunes is not used to restore your applications when you restore your device. Instead of this, optimized versions of your apps download from the App Store directly on your device.

If you can see the apps on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch, and they seem to be waiting to download, make sure that you are connected to WiFi or Internet. Once you are connected, the optimized versions of your apps download automatically to your device.

Similarly, applications that you add to your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch won't sync or transfer to iTunes on your computer. If you want to download apps from iTunes, turn on automatic downloads in iTunes preferences. You can also download previously purchased apps to iTunes.

    Best regards

Try opening the iPhone before connecting to Windows. If the film is not empty, then the device should be listed in Windows Explorer. If it still does not show try to restart the computer and the device, and then try again. If it does not show more in iTunes then try iOS device is not showing in iTunes for Windows.
