• Problem of deploying an application that uses a public key

  I have an application that I connect to deploy using the keys provided by RIM. To access this application, the user must connect by entering a user name and password. So far, and for security reasons, we have not stored the password in the persistent storage.

  New feature requires that the password is stored in the persistent store - I followed this article I found who speaks to protect certain objects of persistent storage:

If I don't use singer file, I can extract without a problem but then the app does not work properly.

  I try to import BlackBerry code in Eclipse, svn. It is not verified as a project, so I'm the control using the new project wizard. Unfortunately, it doesn't give me an empty project. How can I get around this?

  If one found work around this please let me know.

  It's a little more difficult with the JDE Plugin 1.0, but you will need to manually extract the project to the folder, then use the new project wizard, and give the project the same name as the file recovered.

  This should make your project withdrawn a BlackBerry.

  I'm having a problem with a deployment of teststand (2013 Teststand, LabVIEW 2013)

  I have a deployment that deploys my project LabVIEW that contains all of the drivers (classes and lvlibs) for use in my sequences.

  During deployment (LabVIEW options), I uncheck "exclude vi.lib", "exclude user.lib" and "exclude instr.lib" because the deployment should also work on a PC that has only some runtimes and an operator interface.

  The build is complete without errors, but I can't open the deployed project...

  --> not on a development PC because it detects conflicts (XNodeSupport and some in vi.lib picture.llb of the vi)

  --> not on lifetime PC (file not found)

  Else you have noticed the same behavior?

  He works with LabVIEW and TestStand 2010.

• Problems of deployment OR after Windows Update

  After completing an update of Windows, all my installers of studio project of measurement (using the configuration and deployment of VS 2010 project) stopped including the VC merge modules ++.

  Long story short, the update improved my Microsoft_VC100_CRT_x86.msm and Microsoft_VC100_ATL_x86.msm files, and new files have different version numbers the installer could not find the merge modules dependencies OR.

  I fixed this problem by crushing the new MSM with old files.

  My question is this: How can I prevent this from happening in the future? Disable Windows Update is not an option for me.

  It seems to me that the libraries NOR should not care about the specific version of the MSM VC100. If VC100 is up-to-date, the improved version should be included as a dependency of the libraries OR. Is there a way to get there?

  Thanks for the compliment. We try very fort make the best product possible.

  Unfortunately, there is little we can do in this case. As Measurement Studio is running in the Visual Studio development environment, the application distributions are all managed by Visual Studio. I suggest you contact Microsoft technical support about this issue.

I add a reference to the dll in the folder c:\oracle\product\10.2.0\client_1\ODP.NET\bin\2.x. I create and publish Web services and checked that Web services are working correctly. I ran into problems when I installed the latest version of the ODAC for Oracle 11, where the webservice Gets the following error ORA-03134 - this version of the server connections are more supported. Based on what I read here and ther panels, it seems that when I installed the ODAC for Oracle 11 he installed a policy file that redirects all calls to use Oracle 11 components data access rather than that I've specified explicitly in my project.

• Problem install driver Brother MFC 8300 (using Windows Update)

  I need help for my printer to work with a new installation of Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.  I had to reinstall due to a CMOS error, I think it was because of a dead battery.  It could even be something else because I had other problems with this facility (explained below).  In any case, the printer is a former Brother MFC 8300 (he was a workaholic!).  Past times, I have re-installed Windows, there have not been any problems with this printer.  I just install Windows Update driver (the driver is named 'Brother MFC8600/9650 Series' in Device Manager).  But this time the installed "Windows Update" the driver and says that everything is working properly but when I go to "Devices and printers" it does not appear in "Printers and faxes" (as he usually does).  FYI, there is a list for "USB Composite Device" in "Devices" that shows "Brother MFC8600/9650 series" as a scanner.  Don't know what that means.

  I also tried to manually download the driver of 'catalog.update.microsoft.com '.  I downloaded 2 different versions of the driver.  It has a size of 2.0 MB file and the other has a 2.3 MB file size.  I found myself by installing do not either because I didn't know where the appropriate destination location has been using the 'Expand' of the 'Command Prompt' command with "expand -F: * " ."  I think that the file for the "Windows Update" file size is 2.1 MB (my memory is not the biggest however).

  I suggest that you restart the Printer Spooler service and see if that fixes the problem.
