Problems of L50 - B - 02 L satellite with mouse pad

Hi all

My two week old Satellite L50-B02L giving me problems with the mouse pad. Sometimes, when I do a right click, he enrolled as a 'left' normal mouse click. For example: when I want to do a Google search and to open a link in a new tab, I right click the mouse on the link and select in the window that opens. But occasionally comes to open the link, as if I just normally clicked it. Even in Excel when I want to right click on a cell to change the content. Just, it selects the cell as if I clicked "left".

And with sometimes I hear happen all the time, but it is certainly NOT a bad click. It happens a few times in a row and all of a sudden I can right click again.

... Any ideas on that? I have already looked through the settings of mousepads etc but found nothing that could solve. I have not updated any drivers or anything yet (no idea how to do this).

Thanks in advance!

Anna

Have you tried to set the touchpad 'by default' settings.

At the moment there is no keyboard or mouse compatible compatible with all Sony TVs however, some Blu - Ray players can support keyboard Standard 101 via USB (wired).

  • I have a Dell XP laptop with mouse pad problems.

I have a Microsoft Wireless Notebook Optical Mouse 3000. It would be a good solution and how do I install it. I can't find anything about compatibility. No matter what I click or try, I still just have sent Windows 7 info.

    You have two separate issues.

You do not explain what are your "mouse pad problems", and because you didn't also determine which laptop Dell model you have, I can't give you specific advice.  Take a look at the following page which, although specific to the laptop computer Latitude 131 L, applies to your touchpad as well. http://www.support.Dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/DSN/en/document?&docid=361927

If you want information specific to your laptop, go to Dell support and enter your service tag, then search for answers using the keyword "touchpad".

If your touchpad hardware is actually dead, or if you want to use a mouse instead of the touchpad, the Microsoft Wireless Notebook Optical Mouse 3000 is a reasonable choice.  If you just plug the transmitter into a USB port on your computer and turn on the mouse, it should work without needing to install anything (you may need to reset the transmitter and the mouse buttons to reset on each device).

If you want to "features", download the software IntelliPoint here: http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/download/DownloadResult.aspx?category=MK&type=Mouse&name=BX3-00008&os=XP_32&lang=en

He is the main support page.  Use the drop down lists to select your model and operating system:http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/download/download.aspx?category=MK&type=Mouse&sku=B2J-00001

  • Satellite L775 - mouse pad does not work properly

I have a laptop Toshiba Satellite L775. I run Win 7 Home Premium. My mouse pad does not work properly. I also have a Logitech Anywhere MX wireless mouse. I tried the mouse pad to work properly with the key FN and F9, but it does not work. And you really have no idea if that turns or out of the mousepad anyway, subj for another time I guess.

What does not work, but I have to do is to go to Control Panel then mouse option load that and just scroll the tabs without changing what each time and then close and the touch pad works. But only for this session. If I have my laptop nearby, or turn it off, I have to start throughout the whole process.

What's past and how to fix this?

    Thank you very much.

    > What's past and how to fix this?
After reading your ad, I still don t know what is your problem.
    > My mouse pad is not working properly
How to understand this? What does not work properly? What happen exactly when you start your laptop?

I recommend you to buy a separate USB memory key and to create the eventual recovery USB flash memory support.

Please also check this other procedure described in this HowTO from Toshiba

    Hello

I have problem to start the energy saver, which became part of value Pack. I have instaled the latest version of this software. It installs, but it does not work. I click on TPwrMain but nothing happened. When I click on computer TosCoSrv is working for everything but nothig to happen next. TPwrMain work in backgorund but I can't use it.

I've recently updated my bios. My system is Windows Vista Home Premium. How used energy saving (and other functions of VAP) Please, help me.

    Sorry for my bad English

    Welcome them

    Sophers

    > Energy saving is as I said, not really a program.
I agree with Adrian. Energy saving Toshiba Vista is not the same as Windows XP Home edition. All the power will be managed with Vista.

Toshiba has added a few options, but this is like some kind of patch to extend your power option.

  • Problem creating the disk hard recovery Satellite A200 + touch pad

So I lent my laptop to my daughter until she could get enough to buy a PC.
Well, I got it back that only she has installed a bunch of stuff to the point where it is blowing on vista even after than my attempts to clean I decided to start the laptop using the creation of recovery disk came with the laptop.

But now, I used about 8 dvd discs, trying to create a good drive but I restart fr. with the disc in... nothing happens. I'm trying to spend directly in vista... and he says can not read the disc. I've recreated the disc several times and the same result and well, it was the only type of restore disc that came with the laptop]

Also as I've gotten at the time when I use the touchpad my cursor is jumping around, is that fixable?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello

Sorry, but something must be wrong in your post. As far as I know Satellite A200 comes with original Toshiba Recovery DVD. You should not create anything. New laptops like A300 do NOT come with DVD recovery and each laptop user, it should only create, but not with Toshiba Disc Creator. For this Toshiba application offers another tool. The name is Toshiba Recovery Disc Creator. It is not the same tool. So you have probably original Toshiba drive.

So if you have it please use this recovery DVD as described in this thread:

  • Cannot conect my 2415 TV Satellite with conector RCA

    Hello

I have a satellite with nvidia geforce4 420 go 2415 s205 and I can't connect my computer to my TV RCA conector, I see the image of the windows background, but nothing else. I think the reason why it is Win XP SP2, but I would like to know if anyone can help me with this problem.

    Thank you

It is well known that service pack 2 live upward 420Go GForce drivers (see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/890601). I also have a laptop with VGA 420Go Gforce4 card and it I blew after SP2. Although mine was a different matter (black bar on the right side of the screen) that yours, following my instructions below will provide you with options for best performance of your system, including appropriate options to implement your 2nd screen.

Allows to check the basics first:
The 2nd display can operate in two different modes:
    (1) in clone mode (you see exactly the same image as on your laptop screen)
    (2) in extended mode (you can see a second [TV out photo] screen, where you can drag and drop programs since the first screen [computer screen]

You can go to the display properties, check the button [TBD]. This will show a 1 big on your laptop screen and a number 2 on your TV.
Move the 2nd monitor picture box depending on when your TV is close located.

Now you can drop ANY PROGRAM in the TV screen with your mouse by moving the programme area on the side of your 2nd screen.

    Now to the real solution:
Let me tell you what I'd do:

    (1) download the latest drivers for nvidia4 420go directly on nvidia.com site: http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_2k_93.71.html
    (2) unzip the files in the folder proposed (c:\NVIDIA\Win2KXP\93.71\...)
    (3) visit the website: http://www.laptopvideo2go.com/enhancer and create a compatible .inf file for YOUR model. The only thing you need to do
select on the top of this Web page is: version 93.71 and the max of your TFT (true pixels of your screen TFT) screen resolution.
    (4) click the download at the bottom of this Web page and save the NEW, created the nv4_disp.inf file in the folder in step 2) replacing the old a.
    (5) now you are ready to install the driver from the folder in step 2) by starting the installation program. EXE file

Once the latest drivers are installed, you get a good NVIDIA menu on your control panel (and the to-do bar) where you can set up ALL the POSSIBLE PARAMETERS for TV output and so on.
The steps described above are needed, because Toshiba does NOT UPDATE the drivers of their Notebooks more. The way I describe you get the BEST PERFORMANCE for your laptop.

    Good luck

    Hello

just a quick question: is the recovery for Vista work? I mean, it sounds like a hardware problem, but usually if the machine worked well before, it must be another problem. The image that was created with nLite is maybe defective...

  • Problem of event reminder of the registry with Linkam ActiveX controls

    Hello

I have a problem in configuration reference VI to interface with Linkam ActiveX control with an event callback function to register. I created a VI strictly typed with re-entrant execution, with all the correct connectors, as shown in the picture below, but LabView complains of a broken wire. The only difference between the input and the output seems to be that the result stands as an asynchronous function, and the entrance wants (synchronous) normal function? I can't find any option to make my VI reference become synchronous. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what to try next? Thank you very much

    Davide

    Hello

Make a right-click on the terminal 'Ref VI' choose 'create the callback VI '.

Do not try to build it yourself, it never works. :-)
