  I lived a few problems with my Blackberry Curve 9300 (very slow and low application memory, etc.) and so I decided to restore the factory settings.   1. Installation on your BB, a bundle of BONES which includes the language of your choice
  2. Including, in this installation, the language you want (two locations, I recall)
  3. Activation, on the BB, the language of your choice

  So, please, start here... it's how you choose the package operating system appropriate for your needs:

  Then choose your package via this Portal:

  Then, from a PC, you can install any compatible OS package (for example, for your BB model number) to a BB via this procedure:

  • Don't forget ICT the boxes on the screen to select components to install, ALL those relating to the language of your choice

  Steps I took to get my system working again.

  -While the installation worked, I selected "forget device" in the menu of the device.

  -Done a complete uninstall of the software of Office BB, including user settings. (A reboot is necessary)

  -Download a new copy of BB 7.1 desktop software.

  -Installed software, reconfigured synchronization Organizer and everything works fine now.

  HIII everybody... I use bb9320curve with os 7.1, until a few days back everything worked well, in my opinion if it was my friends or community mailer. Then due to several reasons, I disabled my internet connection for a week, now, even once, I enabled the internet, I received a message that in 20 minutes I start receiving my notifications by e-mail, but nothing happened. I have not received all messages on my phone (but a lot through my Inbox in regular line).  I tried to reboot, perform a hard reboot by removing the battery while on and so far nothing has worked.   From what you describe, I agree that the problem is with the BB to a level of material - and no amount of OS, software, or internet-remote diagnosis can do something about it. If your BB is still under warranty, then seek assistance through this channel (usually from your place of origin of the purchase). If your BB is not under warranty, then you have a difficult decision... you want to know how much someone would charge you for repairs and then decide if it's worth the expenditure only or just buying a new device.

  I just had a 8120 from Rogers in canada and am curious to know if it has Japanese language support. I can't find any info in the manual of junk of Rogers. The company that I work is a Canadian subsidiary of a Japanese company, so a lot of my email of bosses is in Japanese. I did a search through the forums and through the support database perfectly useless. The results of the search of the database of support exist mainly press without any useful technical details which I find exceptionally delayed.
