Problems of Mount ReadyNASOS 6.4.0

I'm getting a timeout trying to mount on an another NAS Netgear. The problems started when I updated to 6.4.0.

I tried the 6.4.1 - T35 BETA (Beta 3) which seems to fix the problem initially but now will not rise.

Can anyone help?

Ok. I give up; I did a factory restore as 6.4.0 is simply too unstable.

My advice is to stay on 6.2.5 unless you, spend hours to discover why is more simple tricks that are used to work.

  • Problems with mounting frames

    Hello

    I have a timeline with 20 images and one image in each of them.

    I added a button to move an image for every time I click (mouse up) button.

    But when I reinforced with all frame of 20 for the first time and start a new "cycle" to frame 1, it seems like I get two advances (frames) instead of a sequel. And this speeds up to three three forwards instead of one on the "third round". Can someone please help me to see the logical problem?

    This is my code:

    () btn_forward.addEventListener
    MouseEvent.MOUSE_UP,
    {function(evt:MouseEvent):void}

    If (currentFrame is totalFrames)
    {
    trace (currentFrame);
    gotoAndStop (1);

    }
    on the other
    {
    trace (currentFrame);
    gotoAndStop (currentFrame + 1);
    }
    }
    );

    When I trace currentFrame on the first 'tour', I get this result:

    First click:

    1

    Second click:

    2

    Third click:

    3

    And so on...

    And when I trace currentFrame in next "round" (second) I get this result:

    First click:

    1

    2

    Second click:

    3

    4

    Third click:

    5

    6

    And so on...

    Any ideas?

    You must add your event listener exactly once.  When you add it a 2nd time, you have two headphones etc.. :

    var listenerAdded:Boolean

    {if(!listenerAdded)}

    listenerAdded = true;

    () btn_forward.addEventListener
    MouseEvent.MOUSE_UP,
    {function(evt:MouseEvent):void}

    If (currentFrame is totalFrames)
    {
    trace (currentFrame);
    gotoAndStop (1);

    }
    on the other
    {
    trace (currentFrame);
    gotoAndStop (currentFrame + 1);
    }
    }
    );

    }

  • Central Seagate NAS - "Invisible" Time Machine backup

    Running OS X El Capitan (10.11.3), have a central Seagate NAS connected to the same network.

    Struggling to locate/mount the Time Machine "partition" of the NAS using the Finder, even if the NAS works more or less perfect otherwise. For example, I have no problem to mount the NAS in the Finder and have accessibility without restrictions and read/write permissions to files on the NAS and visible files. I have also run the Time Machine backups with no problems, however, I can't physically locate the backup Time Machine (sparsebundle file) when you use the Finder. During the mounting of the SIN in the Finder (= "user1" user / password = *), I have 3 folders available and visible (with subfolders), "user 1", "Public" and "user 2". Unable to locate the backup in the any of these files.

    Then, when I run the terminal and run ' ssh ' user1@ipadressofNAS, then ´cd /', then 'data ls', I find several items, including the "Public" folder I mentioned, I do not see in the Finder above, and also a component called "user1.tm". Later in the user1.tm, runs "ls Data / user1.tm ', I find"mymac.sparsebundle"- that is.

    Then of course, the dedicated part time Machine is the NAS Server (I just pointed out Time Machine backup to the NAS Seagate available without being able to specify the directory), but I can not located this part physically using Finder. Just for reference, I also tried to find backups to the display of hidden files and directories using the Finder.

    Is it possible to physically see the backup Time Machine 'partition' in the Finder? I think that this was possible according to the default in some earlier versions of the operating system, but then the time Machine 'disc' disappeared as well as the evolution of the OS.

    A device third-party network attached storage (NAS) or a router is unsuitable for use with Time Machine, especially if it's your only backup. I know that's not what you want to hear. I know that Time Machine accepts the device as a backup destination. I know that the manufacturer says the device will work with Time Machine, and I also know that it usually seems to work. Except when you are trying to restore and find that you can't.

    Apple has published a specification for network devices that works with Time Machine. No third party provider, AFAIK, does meet this specification. They all use the application of Netatalk incomplete, obsolete Apple Filing Protocol.

    Apple does not endorse any device third-party network for use with Time Machine. See this support article.

    Network backup, use as destination an Apple Time Capsule or an external storage device connected to another Mac or a 802.11ac AirPort base station. Only 802.11ac base stations support time Machine, not older model.

    Otherwise, use Time Machine at all. There are other ways to save, although none of them are nowhere near as effective or as well integrated with OS X. I don't have a specific recommendation.

    If you are determined to continue to use the device with Time Machine, your only remedy for any resulting problem is the manufacturer (who will blame Apple, neither you nor anyone else but herself.)

    Have a problem with the entire monitor as there are two sets of cables from the lcd panel, we have a sockett and other two wires (black and white) are equipped with an individual connects the microphone. I tried to find a manual anywhere, but could not. Can anyone advice on this problem of mounting?

    Where on the motherboard is the connector corresponding to these two wires?

    Hello

    These two wires (black and white) belong to the WLAN antenna and must be connected to the wireless network card. For this model of laptop wireless network card is optional and I don't know if the card is inside.

  • No response from the keyboard on Equium M40X

    Hi all

    Posted before on this problem, just mounted a new keyboard, but getting no response from it, the luminous numbers lock is on, but nothing works, it is a new keyboard, my old one was doing the same thing, reinstalled the system using a usb keyboard but still the same, no response from the keyboard, any ideas?

    Hello

    Connect the flat keyboard cable properly to the motherboard?
    Make sure that the keyboard cable is firmly connected to the system board.
    If the internal keyboard has been correctly connected, so I think there must be something wrong on the motherboard.

    I think detailed diagnosis can be done by a technician with experience much more as a common user like you and me.

  • Windows starts, but does not charge not (black screen with cursor)

    [Sorry for the long post, but I feel the need to explain my situation]

    I have the following problem:

    I turn on my PC, and Windows shows it is normal loading screen, then it goes in a completely black screen, with just the mouse in the middle. By the size of the cursor, I can say that it is in a low resolution, probably 800 x 600 (compared to my usual 1920 x 1080). I am able to movements of the mouse, but with no particular purpose without something to click on. No other keyboard input seems to work, except for press SHIFT 5 times, which shows the keys dialog box to self-retaining (with just 'yes' or 'No' options, no other connection); and Windows key + U, which shows the ease of access Center. CTR + Alt + Del does NOT work.

    So far, that's what I tried (in chronological order):

    1. Start in Safe Mode, Safe Mode with network, safe mode with command prompt Mode, start low resolution video, last known good configuration: all give the same result as to start normally.
    2. Repair of your computer:
      1. Startup Repair: find the registry errors (I realized and fixed this more later on)
      2. System Restore: did not find any previous restore points (I know with certainty that there is, I took the habit of making regular restore points).
      3. Windows memory diagnostic: not found error.
      4. Command prompt:
        1. Ran the command chkdsk /f r, has no error report.
        2. Ran sfc/scannow: I don't remember the exact report, but he asked to restart the computer to complete the repair of the problems. I rebooted and ran the new order for the same result.
        3. Forced the scan with: sfc/scannow damaged = c: \ /offwindir = c:\windows, concluded and repair errors, not always not load windows.
    3. Ran Dell Diagnostics start, found no errors.
    4. Startup Repair ran found once again the registry errors. I found the solution to this in a forum for Microsoft Help ( answers.microsoft.com/.../f77d5355-b8be-41d6-af24-cae994e1768f ) and fixed the problem. I rebooted, but the problem persists.
    5. Startup Repair does not detect now no error. I tried restoring the system again, we find 2 restore points dated AFTER the beginning of my problem. I decided to restore it in any case, but none of them worked.
    6. I ran Windows Defender in offline mode:
      1. Quick scan: and found 2 threats and remove.
      2. Full system scan: found 4 more threats, removed 2 of them, the other two could not be removed because they were in an ISO file.
    7. I've tried steps 1, 2 and 3 with no luck.

    With every step, I am aware that I am closer to having to reinstall Windows, then I decided to see if I could still access my HD to save my personal files. I did a live Linux CD (with Ubuntu), but I have a problem of mounting the readers, because they are in a RAID0 configuration. "sudo dmraid s" gives the following error: "ERROR: Sie: number of devices in RAID wrong value"isw_dbdffjficc_ARRAY0"[1/2] on/dev/sdb.

    Important details:

    I changed my graphics about 4 months ago (a 750ti of Nvidia GTX for an ATI Radeon HD 6450), and told me that I can run short with the power supply. The new card requires a minimum of 450W, and I think that my diet is 460W. This may or may not have something to do with this question, I have no idea.

    My 2 hard drives of 500 GB RAID0 configuration has brought me a lot of problems of the day 1. One of the HARD drive would be randomly (I am able to hear a clicking sound different when this happens) failure and the computer would break. At the start, he would ask a boot device. The Dell boot utility would then recognize only 1 readers, but would end without errors. After a reboot or two, everything would be fine and would be boot windows normally (apart from the usual error recovery screen) with no sign of corrupted data or anything. As I said, it happened are the arrival of my PC, but restarting a couple of times still attached. From now on, the two HD seems to work very well, the Dell utility recognizes two of them and found no errors in one of them, and I can access any directory from the command prompt.

    Is there anything else I should try before reinstalling Windows?

    Before the installation, I really wish I could recover my files (I have important documents of the College), is it possible to do this?

    Sorry again for the very long post (and for any errors of language, English is not my native language) and thanks in advance.

    Since you have not yet had your data readers. I recommend a Windows installation without formatting the drive... I don't like this solution, but at this point, you have probably tried everything.

    Use a reinstallation of Windows 7 installation DVD, make sure that you select...

    Select custom: Install Windows only (Advanced)

    If you do not select one of the route options and everything simply highlight the largest partition and click Next:

  • RESOLVED: External Volume RAID 5 TPG "split into two" once connected to the new Windows 7 64 bit install

    I have an AMS Venus T5J external drive enclosure (DS-2350J); It is filled with disks Western Digital 1 terabyte Caviar Green 5, model WD10EADS.  The device of Venus using a control panel with a JMicron JMB393 chipset, which is able to create RAID volumes to a connected host system transparently.  I used it to create a volume of 4 terabyte RAID 5 covering all five disks.  I've been accessing using a laptop Toshiba P105-S9337 with a card PCMCIA Vantec eSATA interface, which worked, but was not very effective.  Of course, it was necessary to structure the volume as TPG due to its size.  That has been a challenge.

    My primary system was Windows XP 32-bit installed, which does not support GPT disks.  I experimented with Ubuntu and another distribution of Linux, which supports the GPT, but ran into problems to mount the RAID 5 volume transparently (it may have partially been my inexperience, but it * should * have been easier).

    So I decided I have to install Windows 7 on this system, so that I could get access to this RAID her volume.  The system is based on an Asus M2N SLI Deluxe motherboard, which has an eSATA port integrated driven by a JMicron JMB363 chipset (NOT capable port multiplier).

    Windows 7 installation, installation of the JMicron driver for the motherboard and log box RAID, Windows little wanted to assign the 'disc' a new disk ID in order to to use.  I met regularly this process in the past without problems, when the new disks are presented on a Windows system, so I thought that anything that allows him to do.  However, has as expected making accessible existing volume.  After investigation, I discovered that Disk Manager believes that there is a space UNALLOCATED 1.67 TB and nothing more!

    At this point, I was naturally anxious, because I had data on the volume.  I checked the volume by connecting it to the laptop Windows 7 (32-bit) with whom he had previously worked and found a slightly different and more revealing image in disk management: there were TWO regions illustrated for the disk, an exactly 2 TB and the other TB to a 1.67, this last occupant clearly space greater than 2 TB.  These two regions, yet once, were listed as unallocated.  In both systems, Windows 7 was also clearly assumed the volume she TPMS, since the two I saw the option convert to GPT... which is already!

    That's happened?  Simply allowing Windows write a disc ID to this volume somehow corrupt?  How can I recover the previous volume of 3.67 unique TB who was present?  Should I just order in disk management to convert it to a GPT disk?  Is a non-destructive operation?

    I solved this problem with a perfect result...

    In short, I could use TestDisk to recover completely with all data intact original partition table.  It took several tries, several hours waiting for the paint to peel (scanning) and finally a brief dialogue with the proponent (Christophe Grenier).

  • replaced RAID controller - new signature or use existing assignment request

    Hello

    Recently, I replaced a problematic to find RAID controller that the virtual drives are not mounted automatically by VMWare after a reboot.  I guess it's because when I add data warehouses, I wonder to use the existing disk signature or to assign a new signature.  At the beginning, I chose to use the existing one.  If I chose to create a new signature, this will solve my problem of mounting disks does not automatically?  If so, my BONES existing comments will be tactful or they might have problems?

    Resignaturing a data store should not harm the data on this subject. However, after resignaturing you can see all the VMS in the inventory as inaccessible and need to remove the inventory and add their .vmx files in the data store Navigator right click. What you can try is to manually mount persistently store data from the command line to see if that solves the problem without resignaturing (see http://kb.vmware.com/kb/1011387).

    Hey,.

    All of my iSCSI LUNS have a problem being mounted by my hosts. This is a new host with a new iSCSI SAN. I tested it in dev with 5.5 and all went well. The only difference is the material that dev and production run on. Both use iSCSI Software maps, but the production environment has an Intel PRO 1000 with the support of the TOE. Not sure if this is important enough to warrant mention, but hey wouldn't go through hoops, etc..

    iSCSI Software adapter has two network cards, each separate vSwitches who are dedicated to the iSCSI Software map. Both show "Consistent" and "active".

    The paths are set to Round Robin by VMware for the multipath.

    Hi all

    Before my last post: http://forums.adobe.com/message/3977155#3977155

    I have purched the new processor with the following specifications:

    CPU: i7 2600 k 3.4 ghz

    MB: Asus p8z68v pro

    Graphics card: Gigabyte 560ti OC

    Memory: Ripjaws-X 2 * 2 * 4 GB 1600 mhz cl7-8-7-24

    OS HD: 500 gb caviar black sata III

    Power: 900W Antec Gamer a current high

    Case: Fractal Design Black Pearl XL

    DVD: Pioneer BDR + LG burner

    Cooling: Scythe kama cpu cooler sck 2000 grand cross

    I had a problem of mounting of the above, then a decent cooler. The problem, as stated there, was the extra memory space.

    This model is a good choice should I go for the cooling water instead?

    Second, don't the antec gamer worm is pretty decent? I could buy the NVA High Current Pro 750 w, but it would cost me an extra $ 36.

    Third and last, are there changes if I'm running windows 7 pro or ultimate to windows version 7?

    Thank you and best regards,

    Mehdi.

    You want only a block of POWER Gold Label, so that would mean that only the latter is possible. The first link is the only Bronze Label and is not good enough for extended periods of heavy load.

    Go to Extreme Power Supply calculator and download the Pro version. Then enter all your components, including the projects for expansion or additional disks in the future, including the devices USB and FW, fans, etc.

    Charging system to 100%, capacitor ages at 30% and then add 10 to 15% of the power for safety. Pay attention to the amperage on each rail. Not every power supply delivers the amperage required on each rail as required for your system, even when the total power is sufficient.

  • Can I use the video recording in PP CS4 format and how

    I got a good break on the forum and now feel upwards to do a job more :)! I have images of 1983 on VHS tape and would use PP CS4. I tried to capture with an analog card (fire bird), but ended up with a mess!  With my TV, I have a recorder Panasonic, this program of standard definition of documents. Finally, I worked that if I play my VCR VHS / reader in my DVR, it could work as a friend told me that they had a few simple and good results with a Combo VHS/DVD recorder. (mine is a combo which, alas, only plays DVD!) Now, I think I have reproduced the same result and that I receive on my recorder HD DVD looks pretty good. My DVD allows me to edit a bit like cut unwanted pieces out of it, then I can copy it to a DVD-ram. Then, it's where my disturbances began that I seem not to be able to use this clips on PP CS4, could someone help me with this? Thank you.

    I don't know the exact details (my camera and Codec http://www.pacifier.com/~jtsmith/PProCamera.txt list has a link to the DVD Demystified FAQ) but due to the file system used a VOB file can not be greater than 1 or 2 GB (I think 1Gig, but not 100% sure)

    When you double-click a VOB to a DVD to play, the video always starts with the 1st VOB since they have a kind of "file pointer" routing built inside the VOB... of course when editing on a timeline of the body, you see what is in the file, only not the file pointer routing

    As well as the general file pointer routing in each VOB, the 1st file contains a bunch of EXTRA stuff that can cause problems for mounting, so Hunt note convert

    If you are able to edit the VOB with no extra steps... do
