Problems of Silverlight with LoveFilm

I'm running a PC with a 64-bit Windows Vista Home Premium (fully patched), use Internet Explorer version 9.0.8112.16421 (updated version 9.0.20).

My wife subscribes to LoveFilms, and I want to configure our PC so that we can watch stuff on it.

By accessing the Lovefilms site, I can watch trailers, but the option "Watch now" has "Install Silverlight" below, by clicking on this fact anc see a box pop up that says "required Silverlight.  "You need Silverlight version 4.0 or later to view this title - please check them that Silverlight is enabled or install.

I have installed Silverlight - version 5.1.20513.0 - so I know this isn't the problem.

However, when I try to activate (according to the instructions here: http://www.lovefilm.com/help/dyn_faqs.html?editorial_id=40849) the toolbars and extensions of pop-up doesn't list Silverlight at all (even if demonstrate them as "All add-ons"), I can't see if it is enabled, or even to allow it.

Lovefilms are spectacularly useless on this issue, and their customer support has been disabled (even saying at one point that Windows Vista is older than Windows ME!).

I hope someone can help me with this... Please?

He sorted out myself...

Simply used the 32-bit version of Internet Explorer.

For some reason any Lovefilm does not work on the 64-bit version.

Hope this works for you also.
