  Hi, I am a beginner using Adobe animate. I managed to do design an interactive infographic to incorporate into a Web site. But I have a problem with the published html file. The html file is generated, but when I click it, only a blank page opens on my internet browser. As far as I understand it, computer graphics itself should open in the browser. Can someone please advise what I could do wrong?

  I'm just kicking the tires on this new 5.1.2 environment and testing to get it up and running, but I see some really weird storage related issues while trying to do the basic tasks in the GUI.  When I try to provide more than 1 VM in a TIME I get an error indicating insufficient permissions or data store has exceeded its limit on the number of files and when I try to publish things in an organization in the catalogue of this organization I get an error message indicating that the native clones of the vmdk file hierarchy is too deep.

  The storage array access r/w and root for data warehouses, so I really feel like permissions are not the issue.  Does anyone have ideas on this?

  Resolved:

  This has proved to be a problem associated with VAAI table level.  We run R31 code on our storage VNX and 'Clone support nested VAAI' array not coming into game until R32/INYO to VNX.  I temporarily spent at FC storage because doing an upgrade right now is not an option for us, but I did a few tests by installing the data warehouses NFS to an array of INYO to these hosts and managed the same tasks without problem (very quickly I might add).

  Well, I found the problem and a solution.

  The thing is: my project was not limited by the size, this is the number of files (200).
  I realized that BB has released an SDK 2.0 (I used 1.5) and I tryied to compile with the 2.0 and everthing works fine!
  The problem is how bbwp.exe communicate with rapc.exe, maybe he tryies to send files by command line and it has a limit. With the new sdk, it uses a file temp with all orders. This is why it works.

  The maximum size of 7MB, I can't say anything, because my apps are about 3-4 MB. But good to know, if I can put in my documentation.

  We are on Classic HFM 11.1.2.3 and we use DRM for metadata. When we try to load the metadata (.app) of DRM in HFM, it gives the following error:

• Problem in the downloaded CSV file

  I have a problem in the CSV file downloaded using the IR report. but the problem is at the opening of the CSV, its zeros the decimal. For example, 1.10 becomes 1.1

  It is a column of type varchar, whose number. CSV if I use double quotes for the average number of what it will become a character (= "1.10") = 1.10 instead.

  I have a custom procedure to download the CSV as download IR.

  If I open the CSV file in Notepad or any other editor means that the values appear correctly.

  Can we resolve this problem through our custom procedure? How to solve this problem?

  You are correct Nicolette. This is a problem in Excel, y at - it another way to solve this problem through PL/SQL. while I came up with this question.

  I did a workaround solution in excel to display the correct value without the zeros. Problem is now solved.

  I think that there is no other way to solve this problem of PL/SQL.

  I need to let you know about a problem of GUI which is performing production and publishing workflows using LR after the last update of the main users.

  Another updated. I solved my LR 15.2.1 problems and seems to work fine now.

  Advice for anyone with GUI main questions LR 15.2.1 running on Apple MacBook Pro retina edition 2013 with Apple El Capitan in what concerns the CR2 files. The symptoms started after the upgrade of 15.2 CC.

  OS X Symptoms: Finder related - if you have slow full resolution display in the finder, it is to say select a RAW (not jpeg) image & press SPACEBAR to preview image, if the image is about 15 to 25 MB & if it takes more than 20-30 seconds to load the full resolution with excellent clarity or you get the Gables of rendering then it's maybe that your library caches are chocked.

  Symptoms of Adobe LR: LR 15.2.1 - GUI does not, collage, inadmissible on files CR2 once the file cache has been read or changes.

  Depending on how clean your machine is ie Contact AppleCare to help you to clear the data in System & User Library Cache, then perform a HDD of first aid with OS X Utilities.

  Restart your computer, and then try again, the Finder preview my now taken 10-15 seconds to make it complete, which is normal for such a large file. Also somehow clean the cache has significantly improved the LR15.2.1 as well.

  Regarding LR 15.2.1 CR2 files read better again, and I can see updates in near real-time. Watch also the son for GPU issues performance as well, as I mine off, restarted LR & closed completely to the bottom of the laptop and rebooted again allowing the GPU box and who can to help also.

  As a result of slower Finder preview rendering, to solve this problem, I can re - install El Capitan to still solve my problems if I want, however I decided of don't not at this point, simply because of the risk & maybe needing a full hard reinstall, which mean the loss of data, and I don't want that, without making a backup first. I am happy to continue to work as it is until I had time to backup and make the full re-install, what I'll do in my local AppleStore...

• Problems with the "use tiny file names...". "checkbox in the settings of WebHelp box

  Given that the RH 9 is only able to run on Windows, the checkbox "Use tiny file names..." ' (see image below) can cause some unexpected problems when generating output for a unix (or linux) platform. I found this recently when generating output of web for a project that is visualized on a linux platform machine and met hundreds of broken links unexpected help.

  

  If this is the first time you generate your project output, this function works very well - it converts all topics, image files and all what it takes to display help, lower case. However, if for some reason, you had generated previous outputs without this box, and now you have decided that you want all your files output in lower case, just check this box and regenerating the output will not work.

  The reason is simple - the Windows operating system does not distinguish between upper and lower case in file names (e.g., fichier.htm name is the same as the FILE name.) (HTM). UNIX (and linux) are case-sensitive and treat these files are two separate files. Therefore, HR fact not (cannot) change existing file in your folder names with this checked out and gives no message indicating such when generating the output. In this case, the only way to solve this problem is to delete the folder containing your output files and have HR to regenerate your project from scratch.

  I had an additional problem which has made things even worse. In a project for a linux platform, I have unchecked the box during the creation of project by accident (perhaps over a period of days or weeks). Then, due to another problem, I had to restore my project at an earlier stage. At this point, I discovered that my necessary help links of the files using lowercase and uppercase the filenames for all work very well.

  I've seen no mention of this in the HR documentation, so I thought that I must draw the attention of the HR community.

• Live data / problem with the permissions of files

  Just try an old version of Dreamweaver MX 2004. I use my service for server/test remotely webhosting server functions. It is running PHP 4.3.10 and MySQL 3.23.58. I was able to set up the database connection and test - retrieve a recordset with no problems. By following the tutorial, I found that visualized wouldn't work, he just gave me a warning about file permissions be wrong. It turns out that when Dreamweaver creates a temporary file of the work-in-progress to upload to the remote server, the file is created on the server with owner = rw, group = rw, r = world, which explains why it does not-group must be set to group = r. The file is created on the fly and then immediately deleted by Dreamweaver so it is impossible to manually set permissions on the server and probably pretty useless too.
  
  I tried just to save the file and the preview in the browser that forces again to be uploaded to the remote server. The first time, it resulted the browser offering a download of the file box instead to run the page. The reason is - again - that Dreamweaver updates downloaded file permissions to include the Group = rw. If I manually set permission for the group the r = group that it works very well.
  
  It turns out that Dreamweaver always puts the permissions of files on the downloads of files (checked php and html) on the remote server / tests to include the Group = rw. Once I have it placed manually on the remote server / tests to the Group = r for a php file, everything's fine and later additions of the same file do not change it again.
  
  I checked with the Web hosting company and their second line reported back that the default file permission they put on downloaded files includes group = are so DW that causes the problem of definition of group = rw first.   Specifically, Dreamweaver supports the ability to use a remote server for testing purposes. It seems reasonable to test the site locally using the real remote environment in which it must be applied if the site is not already online.

  It turns out that the problem for me is related to what the remote server and tests of server connection configured to use SFTP. This caused the files created on the remote server to have RW set for the group that has been causing all the problems. When the value to use FTP standard, is very well - prepare file permissions properly when downloading and data online works as expected.

  Another SFTP side effect was that the site FTP log contained the Interline - am added to many of them whenever the remote server has been consulted but no text. On the configuration of the connection to standard FTP log fills up with messages as expected.

  If your file doesn't exist as a result of the application being installed, then, vs created when the application is running?  If so, your file would be File.applicationDirectory, not in the applicationStorageDirectory.

• WHS 2011 Media - Web remote access - a problem with the media of files appearing not

  I'm running WHS 2011.  When I connect via a remote web access and media sharing is turned on, I can see the three categories in the window 'Library' - 'Browse images', 'Browse music' and "browse videos".  I have several songs in the "ServerFolders\Music" folder on the server and I used to see the album art in the home screen remote Web access under 'Browse music. "  Now, the icon 'Browse music' on the screen of remote access Web says "0 songs" even if I have not moved or removed all the songs in the folder ServerFolders\Music on the WHS machine.  If I go to the "Shared folders" window and open the 'Music' it on access web remote, all the music files are listed as expected.

  I don't know how to reset or refresh the window "Multimedia library" in order to recognize the music files I have on the server.
