Problems of transfer/answering a call when using the headset with 79XX phone - CSCun26289

Runing on CUCM 8.6.2 and preparing an upgrade to v9, we have recently updated our IP phone firmware.

We use the 79xx series. We have updated the firmware to * SCCP41.9 - 3-1 SR 4 - 1 s *

We are now facing a very strange problem that is referenced in the bug below.

When you use the helmet our users cannot transfer an ongoing call or answer a call when ther is already active.

There seems to be a fix in 1.0000 ES27

Does anyone know where this fixed version?

9.4 (2) Firmware was released Friday. There is no release notes for this version, but in tests, it seems that the bug has been squashed.

    Have you tried to test with another helmet? Maybe your neadphones's MUTE switch. Please check this box.

    The problem has been fixed (I think) but in a most unusual way. Let me explain.

    When I was closing down to give the computer a rest yesterday, there was a pop up saying that vprotector expected to close. He really wanted the process of closing until I clicked on finish the process. Curious to know what vprotector is, I searched on the net and got a lot of shots, saying: it is a virus and should be deleted pronto. So I searched the hard drive for the vprot. * and found in the folder program files for AVG!

    I then went to AVG to see if it's really a part of AVG and they said yes. If there is a problem with vprot, the toolbar is at fault and needs to be reinstalled. There was one click here to download and run the part of the program to fix the problem. However, I had WebRoot antivirus running that stopped the download of this program as a virus. Because I trust AVG, I've disabled WebRoot and reinstalled the AVG search bar.

    I haven't restarted WebRoot and computer flying along as it should, and OE is the link to IE when I click on a link as it has always done.

    Seems to me to be the faulty AVG toolbar and a cross with two virus programs upward was at fault. Thank you for your time. Your reply gave me a chance to think differently this problem could arise.

    Computers are really complicated machines and we have to be complicated to deal with their problems.

    iPhones have a proximity sensor which is supposed to automatically turn off the screen when you hold it in your face. If this is not the case you can take the phone and have it checked.

    Open drive

    Go in Edition > Preferences > General

    Uncheck the option, the online storage see the opening of the files

    I installed a video for jwin JC-800 on webcam on my windows xp pc. I used the disc of the included software to install drivers, etc... When using the sites web cirtain to activate the camera, such as windows live instant messaging, it stops the pc.

    The cam is also up when trying to use the "audio and video Setup" prompt Windows live instant messaging to adjust the parameters of the cam for a display of web cam or video call, although sometimes it will start and run ok on messengr - as no adjustmentsare have made to the settings of the camera video or audio. On other websites, during the implementation for video chat, the pc stops when "enable audio" is selected. Also, when turn on the cam directly from the desktop icon and try to configure the space required for video captures the pc shuts off or the programwill camera become UN-responcive and jam. I tried programs assistant camera, device and windows as well as the control panel and help centers copatability, but don't know enough to mess with the configuration of services/programs/settings on the pc to fix the problem

  • Where is the DBMS output window when using the PL/SQL Editor in v1.5.5?

    I find the output window of DBMS when using the SQL worksheet, but where is when I run a PL/SQL procedure in the PL/SQL Editor window?

    I'm used to using TOAD (and want to use SQL Developer, because it's much better behaved when executing procedures, among other problems, TOAD refuses to reduce to a minimum when it executes a pl/sql procedure) and it allows me to edit a pl/sql procedure, enable the DBMS output window, run the proc, and have the DBMS lines show up in the said output window.

    I can't find the same functionality in SQL Developer. I've seen a lot of posts (this forum and a Google search), but they all talk about the SQL worksheet. This is not what I want.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Single line vertical when using the ADF to Scan or copy on HP Officejet Pro 8600

    Printer HP Officejet Pro 8600 Premium (CN577A)

    OS: MS 7 64-bit

    When you use the ADF for my printer HP CN577A Officejet Pro 8600 Premium, I get a single vertical line on the document which is produced. This occurs when copying or scanning, both black and white and in color. If I scan or copy using the glass, I do not get the vertical line.

    I already tried troubleshooting.  I unplugged the printer, left without electricity for several minutes; that didn't fix the problem.  Then, I cleaned the rollers and glass; I always get the vertical line, but only when using the ADF.

    My firmware version is up to date (CLP1CN1150CR).

    What should I check next?

    The only difference between the ADF and scanning flat, from a point of view of the scanner is there on the glass, it happens.  I suggest you get a bright flashlight and examine the corresponsing area hence is the line, it's almost certainly a spot on the strip of thin glass which is being just in the right place.

    I've seen some people suggest that put a flashlight almost parallel to the Strip, it shines from the bottom can highlight the area problem.

    Method 1:

    You can try to reduce the hardware acceleration and check.

    a. click the Start button, Control Panel.

    b. now, select appearance and personalization, and under display, select adjust screen resolution.

    c. now, select adjust the resolution.

    d. click Advanced settings.

    e. now, click the Troubleshooting tab, and select the change settings button.

    f. in the Security dialog box, click on continue.

    g. move the hardware acceleration slider to the third notch.

    h. click OK and restart Windows.

    I see that you have found one black vertical line when using the ADF. With a few steps, we should be able to solve this problem.

    Make sure that the printer is connected directly to a wall outlet. (do not use a hub or a surge protector) This ensures that the printer is full on and can help this situation.

    Hello. I'm having a problem with Excel crashing, freezing when using the spreadsheet. I work on a PC with WINDOWS 7 SP1 64-bit, through a server that is running Microsoft SERVER 2013, WINDOWS 7 PRO 64 BIT SP1. We use 5 PC via all current server running the same version of operating system that use the spreadsheet and in most is used only by 3 PCs anywhere, anytime, even if EXCEL is not on the server, it is running locally on the PC.

    My guy TI tell me the spreadsheet while working on too big to 2 k! They keep asking us to reduce the size and to separate the workbook to solve the problem. Personally I don't believe a Word, we do not use formulas etc just cells with digital text and the alphabet.

    Now last year on the advice of our computer SCIENCE company, we have been advised to upgrade our server and our PC because terminals that they were getting their limit of operation which I accepted. These have been updates middle of last year.

    On this basis, I believe that society COMPUTER trying to throw dust on my eyes as I do not think that they provided the wrong material and are unwilling to admit it.

    Counsel on the question worksheet would be great I need to come back with some kind of evidence in support of my way of thinking.

    I hope that makes sense, I know a little but not professional!

    Thanks Anubha Goel, final I got it to work... The serial number in the physical box that you buy in the store wasn't the number for the software.  It was the serial number in the cloud, very difficult to know when you see a serial number in the box with the Cd online.  But thanks for the reply to my post.
